I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when I found LCL Beauty online. They seemed like a legit company, and they even answered my emails before I bought anything. So I went ahead and ordered a product from them, and it came pretty fast. But then, when I tried to use it, it didn't work like they said it would on their website. I was pretty bummed, but I figured I could just reach out to LCL and they would help me out.

Well, that didn't happen. I tried to contact them through PayPal, but they never responded. Luckily, PayPal was able to give me a refund, but I still had to pay for shipping the product back to LCL. That was a bummer, but at least I got my money back.

Overall, I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with LCL Beauty. They seemed like they were gonna be a great company, but when it came down to it, they didn't deliver. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for my beauty needs in the future.

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of LCL Beauty and their white hydraulic facial bed. I've had it for a hot minute now, since 2013, and it's still going strong. It's super easy to use, with a lock and swivel feature that makes it a breeze to adjust for my patients. And let me tell you, it's comfy as heck. My clients always comment on how relaxed they feel during their treatments.

But the real MVP here is the customer support from LCL. Debbie is an absolute gem. She's helped me figure out which equipment is best for my practice and is always super informed and helpful. She gave me some top-notch directions on how to properly use the equipment, too. I can't recommend their hydraulic bed enough, and I definitely suggest buying directly from LCL. They really know their stuff.

I recently bought a bundle kit from LCL Beauty, which included a hydraulic table. We've had the equipment for just over a month now and have started seeing clients. Unfortunately, we've had the table flip over twice with two different clients. We've tried repositioning the base, but it didn't help. When we contacted customer service, they told us that it's outside the return policy and they won't exchange it for another table. They're saying that it's user error and wanted to know if we have video of our clients falling or if we stay in the room while they get undressed. This is a spa, and working in the customer service industry, I know that this is not how you treat customers.

I'm not asking for my money back, and I've spent a lot of money with them. I'm not complaining about their other equipment, but there is definitely something wrong with this table, and they should replace it. They stated that this has never happened before, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. I've even found other posts from people who have had the same problem.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the customer service I received from LCL Beauty. As a business owner, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and addressing their concerns. I hope that they will reconsider their stance on this issue and work with me to find a solution.
