September 2, when my credit card was approved and by September 5 they gave me information specifically the tracking number of my credit card as it will be delivered, [protected] this the tracking number they gave,

September 05 of 10:20 am it was in Baguio Delivery Team as I track my credit card for me to know where it is, also within that day 12:17pm to be specific, it was out for delivery, but then 16:43 it says that shipment is with concern, and 17:35 return to hub. I was expecting a call or text but it didn't happened so I waited again because it was just the first day of delivery.

The following day September 6, 12:58 it says that it is out for delivery, but again no call or text and again it was return to hub by 19:47. I felt uneasy, because what could be the problem, no information given to me by call or text, no contact reach out to me.

So by September 07 I tried to redelivery/transfer to pick up my credit card but no response again, also I book pick so that I could just get my credit card in one of there branch.

September 07 of 15:15, there were shipment problem and by 19:26 it was en route to SCS Return.

September 8, shipment has been received in SCS Return. It was very disappointing that no one in you team reach out just to contact me or just give proper information, then by this day (September 08) my credit card is in SCS Return without any notice. Hopefully you could give action with this matter. That was not only an item but my credit card, my name was on that card. Please di immediate action into this

Desired outcome: Just please deliver to any BPI branch here in Baguio.
