Laybye review: Stuff misleading me

I did a laybye and I was told I can be able to continue with the payments in any studio 88 said by one of the stuff to be assisting me with the laybye at studio 88 Heidelberg Mall...short dark guy with a beard

Only to find I'm gonna relocate for 3 months due to work and now I wanted to get a refund they are telling me that I can't because I don't have a slip said by the manager mapule matla of Heidelberg.

What I wanted to find out is ..is this how studio 88 treat costumers.waiting For a little mistake to happen so they win costomers money...to maximize their budget?

I'll take this situation very seriously if it won't be addressed and resolved

Hope some will see this because tomorrow I'm going to call the head office to find out because I want my money.i never took any item from studio 88
