Frying isn't [protected]
Hi there
I am sorry to say I'm disappointed with the frying pan volume that for me as a present. Back in August it was given to me and I had a good couple of months out of it, but sadly, despite taking absolute care when cleaning it, it has lost almost all of its non-stick component.
Please advise what to do and whether this can be replaced? I do not have a receipt unfortunately.

Cast Iron Pot
I have bought a Kuhn Rikon iron pot at TKMaxx some months ago. The enamel cracked for no apparent reason after two months of use. I contacted Kuhn Rikon customer service in order to obtain information on whether it was safe to continue to use the pot. They refuses to give any kind of assistance and simply stated that I should contact TKMaxx. It is rather upsetting that a brand as Kuhn Rikon would refuse to provide such a basic assistance to its customers as answering basic questions on a product. Ultimately, they are the manufacturer of the pot and should be more attentive in their customer service.
dangerous product
I wanted to put this review out there, so others can beware of Kuhn Rikon kitchen shears. I bought this on QVC and they are marketed as all purpose shears. They say they are safe enough to use on paper, ribbon, anything.
I was using these shears and they fell out of my hand, onto my other hand, and easily put a half inch deep and even longer gash in it. Can you image if these feel onto a person's foot, or if a child got a hold of these! I needed stitches and lost a lot of strength in my hand. Aside from the ugly scar and permanent swelling---I'm just happy I didn't lose a finger.
These shears open far too wide and way too sharp to be advertised as all purpose. They are dangerous and think twice before allowing them into your home.
