Though i was skeptical of the site i gave it a try & on January 27th i earned enough points for a $20 advance as well as enough to process it within an hour. Ran into small problem connecting my debit card bit got it resolved & after 2 days nothing had happened. But then suddenly that evening my bank app showed klover had did verification process which I'm familiar with cuz ebay done same thing after my 1st sell before depositing $$ (withdrawing 1 cent then depositing it back. I was so relieved thinking finally! But then next day nothing, day after still nothing. It's now been almost a week & going on 4 days since bank account verification & it's still showing nothing. It says contact your bank which I've done twice & I've been with my bank for 22 years so when they say something I believe. And they show no issues on my side nor nothing coming through ir even trying to come through. What's even more irritating is can't get back all the points back spent towards the advance and it acts like nothing happened. I try to contact to find out what's going on just to discover phone support no longer exists & even more troubling there isn't any contact link to send message or email on the site. It just keeps auto answering with answers that aren't even close to or have anything to do with my issue. Talk about discouraging because I actually was starting to like the site but if I'm gonna earn points just to basically have them stolen back "what the !@#$". Plus something tells me that their going to try taking repayment over something that never went through since their obviously not giving me all my points back or even mentioning them. It's just acting like nothing happened. I'm really getting irritated & concerned over it because if they try to get repayment over something that never took place I'm going to have to file claim with my bank which I hate doing. Then I'll be absolutely Furious! I can't figure this company out at all. Somethings not right..
