I've always had a great experience with Kloud9 IT, but Jacob was extra helpful in helping me resolve issues with my desktop. Super kind and efficient!

These guys are great! They always have time to walk you through what needs to be done, and they do it without making you feel like an idiot. LOL Glad we partner with them!

While there was consistent communication, the services did not fit my needs and we were unable to come to an agreement. Many of the hours purchased were wasted on lengthy emails that were not necessary and took away from actual IT services being provided.

Kloud9 IT has always been a pleasure to work with, no matter what issue arises. I worked with Brandon most recently and I so appreciate his thoroughness, professionalism and how he followed back up with me the following day to be sure that the resolution was still satisfactory. Timely and professional services from Jacob Luna. We were locked out of signing on to our Church Windows software service that was put on the Kloud six months earlier. Jacob was able to reconnect us to the accounting software immediately allowing us to not fall behind in recording transactions. Best IT support in the 25 years of providing accounting services. Five stars!

I have been a Kloud 9 customer for the last 5 yrs and I wouldn't wanna use any other service besides them. Mark Johnson and the team at Kloud 9 have been beyond helpful to our company. I've called them whenever I've had any issues and Mark has worked tirelessly to get my issues resolved, between Mark, Jorge, Jacob and the rest of the Kloud 9 staff I feel at ease with any IT stuff because I know they have my back. what a great service, Thanks again Kloud 9!

My Company has used Kloud9 for a few years now and I absolutely love their service, anytime I've ever had an issue whatsoever Jorge along with Jacob and the Kloud9 staff took care of it immediately, these guys provide such an essential service to our company I wouldn't ever want to be without it, I really can't say enough about them and the awesome quick service Jorge and Jacob have provided for us, I'm really grateful that we decided to use them and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Two employees who shined earlier this week: Chris was out to our office to troubleshoot and fix an issue with our CEO's laptop. It was more difficult than we all anticipated. Chris spent the time to dig deep and solve the issue. In addition, I appreciate how Chris was happy to meet with two other team members to help them with an IT issue, no grumbling or rolling of the eyes. Chris stayed at the office longer that scheduled and was very professional, handling each of the issues here. I appreciate that and I appreciate his keen sense of problem solving. Chris was not satisfied until all issues were competed well. John helped me over the phone last week and was so thorough in resolving my IT problem. The way that John checked everything and made sure that what he fixed was set up and working properly before we disconnected, is something I am thankful for. With Kloud 9 being our new IT support, I am very satisfied to date. It is the professional, eager, patient and encouraging attitudes along with the competency and ability.

I received excellent customer service from Kloud9. John C. was very patient and walked me through the steps to solve my IT issue. He was polite and professional.

Our company has used Kloud9 for our IT needs for two years. Without a doubt, they have one of the best Customer Service Departments with which I've ever worked. The representatives are incredibly knowledgeable and solve our issues very quickly. I highly recommend Kloud9!
