Let the company know that I was having an issue with the game, they told me the same thing I told them, then they locked me out of my game that I had been playing for 7 years, (spent a lot of money on), then set my game back to when I started 7 years ago. Company wants me to let them know my user number that is posted on the game they removed from my devices.
Desired outcome: re-instate game, give me game credits for the hours i've spent trying to get back into the game
