Not customer friendly, arrogant, and archaic systems. There are far better precious metal sellers available. Kitco Metals Inc. ain't the best choice, ya know? Their customer service is a real pain in the neck, always actin' all high and mighty. And don't even get me started on their outdated systems, it's like they're stuck in the Stone Age or somethin'. Trust me, there are way better places to buy precious metals from.

Terrible! I ordered somethin' and waited a whole month, but what I got was completely different and useless to me. They're sayin' it's what I ordered, but it ain't. No way, it's clear as day that it ain't. And then they give me the runaround, sayin' they can't help me and askin' for a picture. Awful place!

Kitco Metals Inc. is the absolute worst investment company I've ever dealt with. They're so disorganized, it's unbelievable. They'll randomly shut down your account without any valid explanation and hold onto your hard-earned cash for a whopping three to four weeks before giving it back. It's a total nightmare! Trust me, there are plenty of other trustworthy companies out there that actually know how to buy and sell ***. My advice? Steer clear of Kitco at all costs.

I gotta find a new biz! My first order just sat in my mailbox, supposed to be delivered to my door. My mailbox is out in the boonies, anyone can get to it. They promised it wouldn't happen again. But guess what? It happened again! I called and complained, they said they'd look into it and get back to me. So I shot 'em an email too. Still haven't heard a peep!

I've been dealing with Kitco Metals Inc. for a good number of years now, and I gotta say, they've been on point with every single transaction. They're always quick, accurate, and super professional. I just signed up today, so it's still too soon to say. But I had to contact customer service about a problem with the website. The wait time was short and the agent fixed it nicely, fast, and well. I couldn't have asked for more. I'm excited for my future interactions with Kitco. Maybe those who complain here always have issues - some folks are just impossible to please.

I selled silver to Kitco. A service was supposed to pick up my package and send it - they never came. Kitco was supposed to take four days to process my check after receiving the silver - they took 43. I described some of the commemorative bars by their weight, mint, name of series, and date of issue - Kitco deducted $1,500 from my payment because the bars "weren't what they were expecting." I wonder if that would have happened had the spot price for silver gone up instead of down in the time since I "locked-in" my price? Two Kitco reps told me they'd research my transaction and get back to me the same day - neither did. This entire ordeal has been shady and amateurish.

The marketing copy on ***'s website promoting their *** products contains a blatant lie. It is extremely misleading and someone should be held accountable for this. They claim that their platform allows for 1:1 direct ownership of fine *** securely stored in the Royal Canadian Mint's vault, exclusively for Kitco *** holders. They also state that as a *** owner, you have complete ownership rights and the option to buy, sell, hold, or request physical delivery of your precious metals. They even suggest that this is suitable for investors of all sizes.

However, this is not true at all. The only thing a *** holder can do is exchange the real-time value for US Dollar value, which can only be spent in the online Kitco store on whatever items they have available at that time. This program is a complete scam! It is truly outrageous and someone should face legal consequences for this deception.

I ordered 3 coins from Kitco Metals Inc. Two of them arrived together as planned, but the other one went missing. After waiting for over a month and a half, I finally got a call from Kitco saying that the insurance would cover the loss. I was happy about this, but then they told me they couldn't replace the coin because it wasn't in stock. They said I had to wait indefinitely until someone sold the same type of coin to them. These things don't happen often, but I understand. However, I have better things to do with my money than let Kitco hold onto it without any interest for an unknown amount of time. So, I asked for a refund. Now, here's the funny part: they gave me two options. The first one was to send me a refund check through certified mail for a $30 fee, or they could send it through regular mail for free. At first, I chose regular mail, but then the lady on the phone told me it was a bad idea because regular mail can't be tracked. She said if the check got lost, they wouldn't be able to do anything about it. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior. My advice is to stay away from Kitco.

I went to Kitco to find a better way to buy and sell silver in small amounts. But they ain't like that! I'll still use their app to track silver prices, but I won't buy from them. I messed up by not looking hard enough for hidden fees in their metal pools before sending them money. The first time I saw a transaction fee was at checkout. I don't have much money to play with, but I thought with $500, I could be patient and wait for silver to drop real low, account for the $1.00 premium per ounce, and then wait for it to go up at least $1.50 to break even (they buy back at about fifty cents less than the bid price). It would've been okay, but when you add in the $8.98 admin fee, it's really hard to come out ahead. I looked for their fee structure and found it on their FAQ page, so that's why they still get 3 stars. The info was there, I just didn't look hard enough. So, I'll ask for my money back and just accept the original $25 wire fee as a lesson learned. Then I'll take my money and go to a local shop where you can get silver with a "Nominal" premium of around forty-something cents per ounce and no "Administrative" fees. Don't use this service if you plan to trade small amounts of metals, and remember, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
