Order this Kinectic Smartwatch back March of this year. It arrived within about 4 weeks. I didn't really like it so it was put away or lost. Shortly after I began receiving notices that they (Kinectic) would be withdrawing $39.00 for a subscription. I called the company and informed them that I did subscribed to the web site and that I no longer had the watch there fore I didn't need the app. They stated that it would be canceled. After several phone calls and emails, I have still not resolved this issue. Kinectic is still deducting $39.00 a month with the last deduction being June. My next step will be to my bank too stop future payments
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of all deductions and some type of response to the fact that this has been canceled.
