I ordered 2 watches from Kinetic Pro on August 1, 2023. It's now August 30 and I have not seen the watches. I have emailed and they tell that they were delivered on August 26 and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number showed that they were delivered August 26 to somewhere in Kanas. I live in Washington state. I have tried calling but it states "there are no available representatives please leave email and phone number. Have yet to receive a call back.
When I ordered these I did not sign up for their App. 4 days after
I ordered I get an email stating they were going to charge $40 to my credit card.
I was able to cancel that. However how many others did not see the email and are getting charged for something they didn't order.
Is there a way to take legal action?
Desired outcome: Would like to get a refund or at least the products I payed for.
