I rented a CPAP machine from this company and got a letter from the maker of the machines saying there's a recall on them and they don't suggest people keep using them. This company never sent a letter offering any solution to these worries, so I had to contact them myself. They said it might take months to fix the issue and the best they could do is put me on a waiting list for a temporary machine, which might take around a month. I called Medicare to ask what I should do in the meantime, but the representative didn't have any info about the recall. She said this company is still charging for the machines that are said to be unsafe for consumers to use.

This complaint is about a bill that was sent to my wife, ***, for payment on 4/11. The charge of $100.77 seems too high for the item described. I tried calling on 4/3 and 4/6, and even left a voicemail for the billing department, but they didn't respond. On 4/7, I called again and asked to speak to the billing manager. After waiting for a long time, Ms. *** answered. It was a really difficult conversation trying to make her understand that I needed a clear invoice explaining the charges. Eventually, she agreed. I'm writing this complaint because I'm not confident that their billing procedures will improve in the future. It's unacceptable to have such incompetence in their billing process. The problem is made worse by the fact that we haven't received any clear documentation explaining our responsibility for payment for the CPAC equipment lease/purchase.
