Kelly Nissan I'm really disappointed!

I'm really disappointed! This dealership is a total rip off! I bought a key fob from them for $277, but they didn't tell me it was non-refundable. I found a cheaper alternative for the key fob, so I tried to return the expensive one, but they said they don't take back electrical items (I didn't know that before buying it). By the way, I tried to return it within 2 hours of buying it! The key fob wasn't even programmed, and they didn't cut the key either! I've been a Nissan customer for over 15 years, and I'm really disappointed with how they handled this situation. This dealership is a rip off!

Kelly Nissan On 12/6 me and my daughter went to Kelly Nissan to buy a car we saw on their website

On 12/6 me and my daughter went to Kelly Nissan to buy a car we saw on their website. We already had our own money so that wasn't a problem. My daughter test drove the car and really liked it, so she decided to buy it. But when they showed her the detailed price, it was $1,000 more than what was listed on their site. The lady who was selling it and the manager said that the extra fee was for "reconditioning" the used car, like cleaning it and changing the oil and stuff, and that the new buyer had to pay for that. I told them that this wasn't fair and it was tricky because my daughter expected to pay the price that was listed, and she shouldn't have to pay for the work that the dealership needed to do to get the car ready for sale. Anyway, my daughter still bought the car, but I still think it's not right that she had to pay an extra $1000 more than what was advertised. Also, the salesperson told her that the car was certified and still had a factory warranty, but the manager said that wasn't true, so they gave her wrong information too.

Kelly Nissan On Saturday, Nov 7th, 2020, we needed a new car and decided we were interested in the 2021 Nissan Rogue

On Saturday, Nov 7th, 2020, we needed a new car and decided we were interested in the 2021 Nissan Rogue. Unfortunatly, we were told by a Nissan sales rep that 2021 wouldn’t be available until next month, which is December . Not knowing 2021 arrived on Nov 9th. Since they told us the 2021 rogue wouldn’t be available until December, we got the 2020 rogue S Trim. However, we were cheated and were sold an entry-level rogue Trim S for an amount of 31k. Exactly a week after, we were at another Nissan dealership looking to trade in our 2020 rogue for the 2021 Rogue, and a sales rep pointed out to us that Kelly Nissan charged us way too much for that entry-level trim. Other Nissan dealers are selling brand new rogue S Trim for 27,245- 3000 rebate. A brand new 2021 rogue S model doesn’t even cost 31k. What is the outrageous amount on 2020 Rogue (S) for?. The Sales Manager from Kelly Nissan added an extended warranty, and he did not explain how much it will cost before adding to it. I went later on to cancel that after I found out. We were cheated and made to finance a car at an inflated price. We feel scammed, and this act is unacceptable in business practices.

Kelly Nissan I bought a 2020 Nissan Rough Sport AWD SV on 09/19 from Kelly Nissan

I bought a 2020 Nissan Rough Sport AWD SV on 09/19 from Kelly Nissan. They asked me to include an additional fee of $795.00, so I did. Later, I traded my fully paid-off 2020 Nissan Rough Sport AWD SV for a 2021 model with all the features I requested. I contacted Kelly Nissan multiple times and spoke with a finance person. They told me to reach out to Nissan Acceptance, which I did. However, Nissan Acceptance informed me that Kelly Nissan was responsible for handling the refund. I also contacted the cancellation department, and they told me that the dealer or creditor should handle the refund. When I contacted Kelly Nissan again, they refused to answer my calls or return them. Frustrated, I reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs, who confirmed that Kelly Nissan was indeed responsible for my refund. Finally, I called the dealership manager and left a voice message, informing them that I would file a complaint. Eventually, I received a call back from Kelly Nissan. A woman explained that they changed their policy a year ago and no longer provide refunds for ***. Now, I need to know if I am legally entitled to a refund.

Kelly Nissan I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change for my 2019 Nissan *** in January around 10 or 11am

I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change for my 2019 Nissan *** in January around 10 or 11am. They said my car would be done that same day around 1 or 2 o'clock. They said they would call me when it was done, but I never got a call. I had to call them an hour before they closed to ask if my car was still being serviced. A representative told me they tried to call, but it went to voicemail. However, they never actually called me because I was waiting for the call all day. They told me to come and get my vehicle because they said it was serviced. So, I went and paid for it, and they just gave me my keys. Almost two and a half months later, my engine locked up and I started having leak issues. Out of nowhere, my car showed an engine malfunction and reduced speeds while I was driving home from work. I saw the notification and immediately pulled off at the nearest exit (which was ***). When I reached the first stoplight, my car's mph dropped to 0 and smoke started coming from the engine. After several attempts, my car wouldn't turn on anymore. I put the car in neutral and pulled over to the side of the road. I had to get a tow from Liberty Mutual through my aunt because I didn't have money for a tow. After my car was towed home, I tried putting oil in it the next day, hoping it would fix the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't work. So, on March 11th at 10am, I took my car to Pepboys to get it serviced, hoping it was just a starter issue. However, they confirmed what I suspected - my engine was locked and there was no oil in it. Kelly Nissan basically cleared my car codes and put an oil service sticker in my window without actually changing the oil.

Kelly Nissan On 6/5, I took my 2005 Nissan truck in for servicing 'cause it was overheating and there were no service lights on

On 6/5, I took my 2005 Nissan truck in for servicing 'cause it was overheating and there were no service lights on. Thomas J helped me out, and it cost me a whopping $1,417.51. But guess what? On 7/1, my vehicle started overheating again! I talked to Mr. Rick K (the service manager) about the problem, and he told me to bring it back in. So, I took my vehicle back for more inspection, and they said it was the fan clutch. Apparently, because the vehicle was running hot, the transmission sensors went out too. I could only afford to replace the fan clutch, and that set me back another $349.01 (at least they gave me a loaner car). Mr. K told me that the transmission sensors were a whole different issue, but I thought all these systems worked together. That's why I had the vehicle diagnosed in the first place! Unfortunately, as soon as I got home and turned on the AC (it was a hot day), my vehicle started running hot again. The engine light, temperature gauge, transmission gauge, and cooling system were all at their highest temperatures. And to top it off, I noticed a scratch on the front driver bumper. I tried calling the service department for a good 40 minutes, but no one answered. All I got were voicemails. Finally, the General Manager, Mr. David C, picked up my call and listened to my concerns. He told me to bring the vehicle back in on Monday. So, on 7/13, I took the vehicle back and spoke to Mr. C and Mr. K. They both agreed, in front of everyone, that the car running hot caused the transmission sensors to go out. In the end, I was told I needed a diagnostic test to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. But guess what? My vehicle is still running hot and has even more problems now. They misdiagnosed it, and I basically just wasted my money 'cause my vehicle still doesn't work. I want a full refund for the repairs 'cause now I have to go somewhere else to get my vehicle serviced.

Kelly Nissan Today is 9/29/2022

Today is 9/29/2022. On 9/24/2022, less than a week ago, I bought a new 2023 Nissan Rogue from Kelly Nissan. I only went there because my sister told me to, but now she regrets it. On the same day I drove the car off the lot, I smelled a little burning smell, but I thought it was just something in the air. I never thought a new car with less than 16 miles would have this issue. Later that day, I noticed the car was leaking fluid underneath. Unfortunately, the dealership was already closed for the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday to take it back. I brought it back immediately on Monday morning, but they made me wait for hours and said they needed to work on it. It's terrible! This is a brand new 2023 car! Days passed and I ended up calling to check on the car, but now I don't want to keep it anymore! The sales manager, ***, said he had no update on the car. No one from Kelly Nissan has contacted me about this issue, and I'm really angry! I told the sales manager, ***, that I want to cancel the sale and get my money back, or I want a brand new car, not a repaired one! He said no. He also promised to call me back, but he never did. More bad service. I'm extremely disappointed with Kelly Nissan because they don't support the products they sell and they don't prioritize customer satisfaction. I plan to contact Nissan corporate headquarters to complain about this dealership and the car issue. I want my deposit refunded and the sale cancelled, or I want another new car that isn't the "repaired" one. I'll make sure everyone on social media knows how terrible this dealership is. This is completely unacceptable. If this issue isn't fixed soon, I'll also talk to a lawyer.
