I met Karoly and he was cool. He was nice and did his job good. He gave me a good price and said he would finish on time. The door was late, but the windows came on time. Karoly said his guys would do a good job and they did. The windows look dope. Passed inspection easy. Thanks Karoly and crew for helping me out. You guys rock!

I'm so happy with Karoly Windows & Doors, LLC! The whole thing was easy peasy. Karoly himself came out and did the measuring, and the office was cool to work with when it came to scheduling. The crew who did the installing were super careful with my house and covered everything up. They even cleaned up after themselves! The building inspector said everything was better than it needed to be. Karoly Windows & Doors went above and beyond for my family. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs new doors or windows.

I got 9 windows and 1 door put in by Karoly Windows & Doors, LLC. The guys who did the job, *** and ***, did a real good job. Even my contractor, who's seen a lot of window and door jobs, was impressed. *** and *** were real helpful and professional when I had questions before and after the job. Karoly Windows & Doors is a good company all around. I live in a big condo with 137 units and I'm gonna tell my neighbors to use Karoly Windows & Doors for sure.

This company is amazing. We heard about them from some friends who used them before. We met with the boss for a quote and they didn't push us to buy anything. The talking, planning, setting up, putting in, team, and cleaning up was all perfect. The installers came when they said they would, worked all day, and were professional and careful with everything. Our house is from the 1950s and had old, rusty windows. They did a great job! We're so happy. Karoly was better than I thought and I'd recommend them and use them again. You get what you pay for and Karoly is the best.

Karoly Windows and Doors was great! My neighbor told me about them and I ordered during the pandemic. My order was delayed because of shortages, but I didn't mind. My new roof was also delayed. The ladies in the office were helpful and kept me updated. The installation was fast and clean. They replaced 23 windows, 3 doors, and 2 sliding glass doors. Everything was hurricane impact rated. The workers were professional and did a great job. The windows look amazing. I got the Simonton Storm breaker plus product with a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend them!

Vili, Botond, Attila was my installers. They put in my hurricane doors and windows. First, let me start wit why I chose Karoli. Its an owner-operated company. No salesman just the owner that came out and measured. His prices were competitive to one other company and much better than two others. He was no nonsense and the only one that told me the truth about the time frame. he was two months further out than his competitor and considering he was using the same windows made me feel like I was dealing with an honest company. My installers were fabulous. They showed up on time every day and explained what their process was from the beginning. Meticulous, knowledgeable, and clean workmanship. They covered my furniture, vacuumed after each window, cleaned the window, checked out the operation to make sure it was correct. Great personalities, pleasant, polite, and talented. They did 15 windows, a double entry door, two other exterior doors, and a slider in 3 and one-half days. Couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. I would recommend Karoly to anyone that asked.

I was kinda disappointed with Karoly Windows & Doors, LLC. I waited like half a year for my windows, and one of them didn't even fit! They did manage to find one in a warehouse, but it didn't have a screen. The office lady said they'd rush me a screen in 30 days, but it took 60 and it was the wrong size! Plus, two of the three windows failed inspection by the city. My neighbors didn't have any problems, so I don't know what's up with that. I think they need more people working there, 'cause they seem swamped. They should double-check the windows and stuff when they get 'em at the warehouse, so they can fix any problems faster. The staff is nice and all, but I'm tired of waiting and getting the wrong stuff. Oh, and they just called to say the screen is still on back order with no idea when it'll come. What a joke! How long does it take to make a dang screen?

So, we were looking for some new windows and doors for our house in Central Florida and we found Karoly Windows and Doors online. They seemed pretty good, with good reviews and all that, so we gave them a call. They asked for our address and told us to email them some measurements, which we did. But then things got confusing. They gave us all this info about different options and stuff, but it was hard to understand. We tried to get some clarification from them and even asked Simonton and ***, but everyone gave us different answers.

We ended up just picking something because we were tired of dealing with it. We asked for a home visit from the owner, Karoly, to take final measurements, but then he called us and said they couldn't do the job because we were in Orlando and they were in Tampa. We were pretty upset because their website said they serviced all of Florida, including Orlando. When we told him that, he just said his employee was new and it wasn't his fault. He even said we wasted his employee's time! We were really disappointed with how he handled the situation and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Karoly Windows & Doors recently installed Simonton StormBreaker Plus windows in my condo located in On Top Of The World, Clearwater Florida. His bid was very competitive and I appreciated his detailed proposal of everything he was going to do, and they did it. He covered the floors and disposed of my old windows and screens and cleaned up all of the debris. I would definitely hire them again.

Karoly just finished replacement of our front door and several windows. This was the most satisfying experience from the initial visit from Karoly himself to the final installation. We received superior service throughout the process from his office staff to his installers. The installers we careful not to disturb anything in or outside the house. They cleaned up everything as if they were never here. I would give them ten stars if I could. In my many years and several properties, I have never been so pleased with a contractor. Great job, Great company. Forget the rest and contract with the best!

Karoly and his team are absolutely amazing! They did 16 windows for me for a very fair price! They helped me get this done step by step and I now have amazing windows. Actually upgraded from pgt to simonton(which I didn't think I could afford) double hung low e impact windows! Fantastic product and awesome people to deal with.Will recommend to everyone for their window and door needs.Already have referred a neighbor and shes on board I believe! Words cannot express the workmanship and customer service provided by Karoly windows and doors. They did a fabulous job on installing my new hurricane windows. Their customer service is superb - and I'm not exaggerating. I initially contracted with a different company, who was taking illegal shortcuts. After pulling out of the contract I started the process of looking for another company and came across Karoly Windows and Doors. I explained my situation to Michaela, who listened with intent ears. I mentioned that I was concerned because it was my goal to have hurricane windows installed before the season started and had it not been for actions of the other company my windows would have already been installed. I knew it would take weeks to go through the whole process again. Several days later Karoly and Barnabas came out for a consultation. I noticed on the paper work they had ASAP written everywhere. They were super nice, very knowledgeable and informative. I ended up entering into a contract the very next day. From that point on, they got the process moving. That was on May 22. It's June 29th and my windows have already been installed and passed inspection! I only needed 4 windows, but I still can't get over how quickly Karoly Windows and Doors was able to install my new windows. The installers did a great job in protecting my property and furniture during the install and they cleaned up so good, you never knew they were there. Karoly Windows and Doors truly went above and beyond what I expected. It's obvious that customer service is their priority. Thank you so much. Love my windows, they're beautiful!

Karoly Windows said my windows would be ready in 12 weeks, but it took over a year to get them. They kept 50% deposit for over a year. They lost all my paperwork, so I had to do it again. They got my windows in January but didn't install them until March. 2 of the 3 window panes they installed were broken. They said I had to pay them in full and it was a "Warranty" issue. I said I'd pay when they fixed the windows. I still have 2 broken windows and they put a lien on my house.
