On Febuary 15th my truck was at a reputable mechanic whom suggested taking it to a reputable transmission shop.! upon suggestion from the mechanic I was to have it towed!...I contacted AAA to have it towed to the transmission shop. A hour later the tow driver shows up and asks what was wrong with my truck? I said the rear is bad and i need to take it to this transmission shop! The tow driver then states to me and i quote" that place is a rip off, i have the parts back at my shop and i will start on it as soon as i get it back!...it will be done tomorrow! I explained to the driver that I needed my truck due to a family emergency! he said no problem...needless to say 2 weeks later and 2 thousand dollars later i got my truck back! I'm just wondering if AAA believes in this type of business?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
KARLS IS A FRAUD... BE CAREFULL HE DOESNT WARRANTY HIS WORK..WILL TELL YOU IF A PART GOES BAD IT ISNT HIS PROBLEM TALK TO HIS SUPPLIER.. HE KARL I DIDNT BUY THE PART FROM YOUR SUPPLIER YOU DID.. YOU TALK TO HIM..HEY KARL IF YOU DONT WANT TO WARRANTY YOUR WORK THEN JUST DONT CHARGE A %50 MARK UP ON ALL YOUR PARTS..AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF WHEN I WAS TALKING TO HIM HE STARTED TO USE 4 LETTER WORKS AIMED AT ME IN HIS WAITING ROOM WITH CUSTOMERS SITTING THERE.. THAT ALONE SAYS ALOT OF WHAT TYPE OF PERSON KARLS IS.. A JOKE IF YOU ASK ME...
Karls Towing does not guarantee their work even when it is still under the warranty, They do not guarantee their labor. Very poor service. Business owner can only speak with 4 letter words and refuses to fix any problem they did work on. BEWARE go someplae. else. This company is a joke
It seems that mechanics use the label AAA as a sign of being reputable when it doesn't mean anything at all. I got sucked into it too. Sucks, but now we know better...get a friend who is a car mechanic so he can tell you the truth.
