I learned sap hr in i grow soft, my faculty name is mr. Prasad, previous faulty is mr. Malla reddy, i joined because mr mala reddy faculty and later came our new faculty mr. Prasad, dear all don't join igrow soft worst faculty is mr. Prasad. (If you ask any question he will angry and he only ask you questions and insult in front of all students, mr. Prasad is worst faculty in igrow soft. I request igrow soft don't spoil good image and terminate mr. Prasad. He doesn't no time management mostly he is week in pcr and schema. Mr. Prasad same on you how many student life you will spoil.

He is not good in ABAP OOP

hi friends an important information to share about INDEX IT in ameerpet, I was enquiring about SAP CRM classes all over ameerpet. Unfortunately i went to this instutute where the cordinators said their faculty named "PRASHANT" is best and realt - time experienced. They made me to sit in demo session, the introduction was ok. he promised so many things about the topics he is going to cover.
after the fee payment, i, e one week later he is not coming to classes regularly by saying that he is having meeting in office, we enquired about him and got known that 1. he is not working any where.
2. his knowledge levels are zero, as he is the nephew of institute owner they are trying to make business.
3. friends u do one thing, if you go ask him about BUSINESS OBJECT (in google i searched for the subject), if some one says he doesnt know what is CRM BUSINESS OBJECTS, he is not a real-time consultant.
4. he is just teaching basics, by looking into the material that he brings to class.

i think now there is no sap-crm training in igrow soft i mean that without jawhar there is no crm in ameerpet market as well as i growsoft

have taken up training for CRM techinical at IGROW soft. I hope the below piece of information would help you all not to get fooled like me.

Trainer Mr. Arun aka Sri Ram, is actually good at feeding to the students, some basic concepts of SAP CRM Tech. However, with the level of knowledge he imparts, it is impossible to get a job in the market. Pathetic part is that he devotes more than 15 days for easily understandable stuff (basics) and repeated demos which will be of no use to anyone. once he comes to the end of his set dead line of 40 hrs, he rushes and finishes all important topics in 3 to 4 days. He covered component workbench in 2 days (of which one day the system was not working) and middleware in 2 hrs. He never demonstrated even a single program on CRM BADi implementations, component workbench and middleware ( middleware ofcouse is acceptable to an extent). I paid 9000 INR there which i feel is waste of money. The stuff he feeds is worth [protected]. Added SAP version is not 7.0 EHP1, and most of the things never work in the existing version of igrow's sap system.

My advice to you all is that if you are desperate and don't find anyone better in market, then only join. but bargain a lot quoting all these with UMA (receptionist) thereover. Wish u all a happy learning.

but now sundeep is agreed the fact written by sumitt that jawahar use to teach in igrowsoft since from 6 to 7 years where as laxmi ganesh is teaching in igrowsoft hardly from7 months.

Let me tell you all one thing.
Just dont listen to any of these postings where its difficult to find out who is actually correct and who is wrong
These could be posted by the relevant institutes or concerned people itself.

So i suggest you to do some home work before you take a decission.
Go to ameerpet and enquire with the different sources other than institutes and find out the real story like who is teaching from when etc. Institutes give different stories dont ever believe them.

"But one thing is for sure, 80% of the people and 8 out of 15 from a batch getting Jobs is unrealistic"

Hi summit,
Before complaining on some Institute and their faculty plz know the facts.Even i joined in Igrow soft for SAP CRM functional 8 months back, That time my faculty was Mr.Jawahar. He is one of the worst faculty i have ever seen in my entire life. There are lot many reasons to say that he is worst. He takes class for 45 mts out of which 15 mts goes on saying about himself like he is SAP CRM Lead consultant in India and many MNC companies approach him regarding errors in their project's. Mr Jawahar says that he is having 8 year's of experience in SAP CRM with different MNC companies wherein he is having only 3+ years of real time experience with Intelli group.He never comes to class on time, He delivers nothing about subject more ever if students asks any doubt's he escapes by saying that system doesn't support actually fact is he don't have real time knowledge on SAP CRM.He is having knowledge on CRM 5.0 which is old version. For us he covered only few topics like Base-customization, Marketing, Basic functions and little bit in Web- ui.Our course duration was 2 months but Mr jawahar has completed the course in 40 days that to with lot many leaves in that. So our batch met Mr.Venkat the director for IGrowsoft stating that Mr.Jawahar has not covered the topics which were given in Broucher. Mr Venkat Promised us that he will do justice to us.At that time only Mr jawahar got offer with some company so he left IGrowsoft .Then Mr.Venkat has appointed new faculty for SAP CRM that is Mr.Lakshmi Ganesh, Believe me guys he is awesome guy with lot of potential's, Down to earth person with no attitude . He is having almost 9year's of real time experience in SAP CRM and the way he delivers the subject is amazing he makes sure that everyone in class understands what he is saying. He takes class for almost 90 minutes. He covered each and every topic in SAP CRM infact he is the first guy in Hyderabad who thought Middle-ware he showed us how Middle-ware works it's just spoon-feeding guy's.The topic's which Mr.Lakshmi Ganesh covered for us are Basecutomization, Marketing, Sales, Service, Middle-ware, Web-ui and CIC.Mr Lakshmi Ganesh even took extra session's for us in weekends.He say's real time scenario's which help's us a lot in interview point of view and he even helped us a lot in Resume preparation . In our batch already 90% of them got placed in different MNC companies as SAP CRM consultants.
