I’ve been playing this game for two months two accounts I got so mad that I had one account closed and they were more than willing to do it I was playing a slot machine one day and the lightning button is right next to the max bet button I had the max bet had it on auto for a lot spins was maxed out at 1.5 billion So that’s a total of maybe a couple hundred billion what could they do for me nothing because whatever I lose in game in is my loss so they do all this stuff just for you to spend more money knowing that their game is just gonna take a right back the worst VIP sport of ever had they claim their algorithm is random but the dealer randomly wins every time that’s so random

This company is such a scam. After winning approx 4b playing poker omaha, next day I see I am suspended for apparently violating ToS? Like how is this fair. I want an unban or I will want a lawsuit against this fraudulent company. This is unacceptable! I did ask them to send me proof of violation but was denied. They did not give a good explanation and just suspended my account which is unfair and they don't even bother to reply. On their own words, they can just suspended whenever they like and scam the players who spend time and money on the game, which is unlawful.

After hundreds and hundreds of hours a thousands yes thousands of dollars spent for coins. They say they have an algorithm it is bull. I’ve played huge differences in minimum bet bets or maximum bets per spin. Once you start buying big amounts of coins with their max 100 bucks if you want to stay in a safe lane maximum wise you can play for about a week before you have to give them another hundred like starting all over. But if you go to a higher level of bet the outcomes become statistically out of sync. It’s true I measured 1000’s of pulls at a higher level and the return was tightened so much that you had to either keep flooding cash or lower your bet to get the betters odds of hitting. Example 1000 spins at a bet of 3.5 million coins you will hit and gain coins from where you started say hit 1025 out of 1000 bonus or free spin winner. I have purchased several of their promotions, but the system is designed to take back everything you buy as quickly as possible. The games have bots that will beat you on the River every time, with impossible cards, every time you bet big. If things were truly random, this would not happen every time to computer generated player. They gives you quests to obtain more winnings, but somehow turn off your ability to achieve these quests without losing more than you can make. Tell you to play games that are not even available to play. Tried to come to a resolution with support, and now they do not even respond to my questions. I was promised a bonus, (about 6% of what I had lost), but never received it. When I asked support to explain a loss like this could be possible in a random system, I was told it’s just bad luck. I have found out that the more you spend, the more they take. They require you to bet higher, and suffer greater losses. Don’t waste your money, it’s a scam that keeps getting worse.

In the month of April 2022 I watched over $50 billion chips be lost to a mathematically impossible number of consecutive lost hands using a system doubling down after a loss. While this sounds flawed... having a starting amount of over $30 billion chips and the ability to press your bet to from $1 million to $2.5 billion allows for this to work (in theory). What i have noticed and now documented is that once the better presses a bet to a large enough size the algorithm that is supposed to be "fair" no longer remains fair.

I tracked 1000's of hands of blackjack playing with betting sizes under or around 10% of the table maximum. The outcomes were exactly as table averages should be. Once you pressed the bet closer to, or more importantly to the table maximum bet, your outcomes were nearly 90% loss.

The app defaults you to larger tables as you win, resulting in you unknowingly taking on more risk and experiencing larger wins while you bet small at the larger tables. The game totally rigged, I played blackjack/slot/poker, the dealer deal cards never less then 20 and never river the cards. The dealer can won a 20 rolls of games and never lost. I confronted the customer services of pokerist and noticed their RNG certificate was not renewed. This had showed that the pokerist had illegally perform their control in winning the games. Secondly I lost to players in the games and the pokerist customer service mentioned I did international transfer of chips! They even banned my account which I paid for it. They had been unreasonably unfair to players! I hope the authorities may work out and audit them!

The abuse, cyber bullying and sexual harassment has to be criminal. There are gangs of woman that try to recruit young girls for sex and to do their bidding. I wrote several complaints, sent screenshots, player profiles….. Everything that was recommended. I changed my name and my photo. I switch tables to avoid the bullies! They have cloned my account and they wrote in the profile I was a lesbian.

Through careful research, I have discovered their profiles, names and aliases. The support on the game still does nothing! These animals are still reigning over the unsuspecting. The attached photos are of the leader. The person that her minions listen to.

Black Jack game is totally rigged. Fast way for you to lose a lot of chips in a short period of time then they try to sell you more chips. I want to practice for Vegas but losing 20 hands in a row is ridiculous. Dealer almost always gets a face card up and you get 15 or 16 more than half the time. Double down with 12 and you will go bust every time. Ridiculous! Play your free chips but don't buy them. Game is completely rigged and lots of bots playing stupid and outdraw you.

I do have seriously thoughs that Pokerist Texas Holdem by KamaGames is RIGGED. Explanation of this: when i play at lower stakes i have some chance to win the pot. At higher stakes, not only that is mission impossible, it is intended to loose chips and buy new. Small remark, I am playing this Pokerist for some time, alone Texas Holdem at least 2 decades. My account was permanently banned for no reason. I received a message stating I violated their rules and I asked which rules because I have not violated ANY of their rules but they will not tell me anything. I put time and money into that account just for them to ban it FOR NO REASON WITH NO WARNING! They said their decision is final yet will not tell me WHAT I DID WRONG!
