JUUL Unfulfilled Promises and Disappointing Discounts: A Review of Juul's Auto-Delivery Program

Yo, I gotta be real with y'all, but this company ain't living up to its promises. I was hyped when they said I could get a $40 gift card if I did 4 straight orders of Juul pods on auto-delivery. But nope, they dished me and said the promo done ended. Then, they said I could get a $40 rebate instead. Finally got it, but when I tried to cash it in, the dang thing don't work coz I ain't a first timer apparently. Ugh, excuses after excuses, am I right?

So, I was feeling less than impressed, but still wanted to order pods cause, well, addiction's a real thing. I put in a whopping $107 worth of order, expecting at least a $40 discount or that sweet, sweet gift card. But all I got was a measly 5% off on auto-delivery. Ain't even close to what they promised. Straight up disappointing.

I ain't finna just let this slide, y'all. I cancelled my order and I ain't buying from them again until they make good on their word. This kind of conduct is whack and I ain't about that life. Get your act together, Juul. Fix this mess or lose a customer for life. Pathetic much? Yup.

JUUL A Warning to Juul Users: Downhill Experience and Frustrating Warranty Claim

Juul, oh boy where do I even start? So, like, I've been using this thing for three whole years now, trying to quit smoking, and let me tell ya, I'm more hooked on vaping than I was on the cigs! At the beginning, life was great, barely any problems, but then the government banned menthol. I mean, I used to smoke that flavor, go figure! And ever since then, it's been downhill. The pods, man, they're always leaking, not hitting right, and the taste is just off. And don't even get me started on the new devices, they ain't worth a dime. They don't hit right, the light doesn't even stay on and it's enough to drive me bonkers. I have this ratty old one that's literally falling apart but still working better than a new one! Juul used to be the greatest thing ever, and now it's just a giant pain in the butt! I'm telling ya, quitting this winter and never looking back!

P.S. If you ever need to try and start a warranty claim, good luck! You add your name, phone number, and email, right? Then they ask what your issue is, and when you click it gives you a bunch of bogus advice that doesn't even work. Like, once a pod is leaking, there's no going back, you might as well toss it. And then it's time to contact customer service, but guess what? It takes you back to the same darn info page, but this time it's EMPTY! Wasted my time, I'd rather just suffer than deal with that headache! And don't even get me started on how these guys are becoming billionaires out of this whole thing!

JUUL Impressive Customer Service: My Experience with Juul

I jus purchased a Juul about uh couple months back and I have dang near zero issues with it. But then maybe 6 months latuhhhh lo and behold I noticed that the innards of the lil thang were starting to slip on outta the al-you-min-um shell. So I reached out to the big dogs over at Juul and let 'em know what was goin' on. I mean, yeah it still worked okay but I didn't want it fallin' to piece on me. Anyways, took 'em like 12 whole minutes to get back to me and they said they were sendin' me uh new one ASAP. And lemme tell yah, I had that new Juul at my door in like 2 days, maybe a lil less. And it was the updated model too! The one with the big ol' port to charge it up. And guess what y'all? It's still kickin' and smokin' like the day I got it!

But uh, hold ya horses there, cuz I ain't done yet. Jus the othuh day, maybe 3, 4 days back, I started experiencin' some uh, well lemme be honest here, some leakin' from the pods. Not from the mouthpiece but from the bottom. And let me tell you, that ain't no good. So, I messeged Juul and let 'em know what's up and that I'm hardly even usin' these suckers before they're emptyin' out. And lemme just say, they hit me back up real quick like. And they said they'd send me some new pods without me havin' to spend a dime. And y'all know what? They did, and now I got new pods aplenty and they ain't leakin'.

Now look, I don't wanna be givin' Juul too big a head here, but their customer service is pretty darn good. I'd give it a 10 outta 10 and that's the truth. The only reason I ain't givin' Juul a full 5 stars is cuz them pods are a lil too pricey for me. 17 bucks for just uh handful of these bad boys is a lil steep if you ask me. But other than that, Juul is some fine product and their customer service is second to none.

JUUL Review: Juul E-Cigarettes - The Rise and Fall of a Discreet, Flavorful Product

I remember when I started using Juul, I was really young and just wanted to fit in with my friends. Some people argue that the different flavors lure in kids, but let's be real, it's the nicotine. The Juul was popular among us kids because it was so discreet, it looked like a flash drive and we could charge it in class without anyone noticing. Those pods lasted forever back then, I used it so much and only needed one or two packs a week.

But, with popularity comes scrutiny, and Juul was no exception. They faced tons of lawsuits and the quality of their product has definitely gone down. The liquid just doesn't hit the same and their customer service is an absolute nightmare. It sucks that they were targeted for something that plenty of other companies were doing, and then other companies just popped up with different flavors.

Honestly, I kind of wish Juul would just disappear and we could all just forget about it. It used to be such a great company with top notch quality, but now it's just a shadow of its former self. Hopefully, they can turn things around and bring back the quality that we all loved so much.

JUUL The Juul Starter Kit: A Costly Investment with Short Lasting Pods

So, I'm not what you would call a chain smoker and before the pandemic struck, I was used to vaping. However, when the local vape shop shut down during the Covid-19 crisis, I was forced to stop vaping and go back to smoking tobacco. Although a 30-gram pack of tobacco would last me two weeks, the smell and carcinogens of the smoke always bothered me. That's why I decided to try something new and purchased the Juul starter kit, which came at a similar price to my regular tobacco pack.

However, after just three days of using the Juul, all four pods were exhausted! That came as a big shock to me! It costs ?8 to buy another four Juul pods that will only last for another three days. So, to have enough Juul pods for two weeks, which is the duration that a ?15 pack of tobacco would last me, I would need to spend a whopping ?48! Crazy! For the same price of ?20, I could buy 100ml of vape juice and add another ?8 to buy a three-pack of coils which lasts for about three weeks.

Despite its sleek design, I must say that the Juul is not worth the investment because it burns a hole in your pocket. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend buying the Juul. Instead, anyone who wants to enjoy vaping and save some money should look for an alternative that better suits their budget.

JUUL Juul Vape Pens: A Deliciously Healthy Alternative to Tobacco - A 5-Star Review

Wow, where do I even start with these Juul vape pens? I mean, first off, let me just get this out there - if you haven't tried Mango Juul Pods, you are missing out big time. It's like a little piece of tropical heaven in your mouth. I had been off cigarettes for a solid 2 years and was feeling pretty darn good about myself, but then I tried these bad boys and was almost tempted to go back to the cancer sticks. But then, praise the lord, I talked to a Juul representative who told me to hang in there and try their other flavors. So I gave Mint a try and, let me tell you, it was also delicious. But, of course, just when I found my new favorite, the dang legislation came in and ripped it away from me. So, with a heavy heart, I switched over to Menthol, even though I had stopped smoking menthol cigarettes a long time ago. But, you know what, I eventually got used to it and now I am a happy 4 years off cigarettes with some serious improvement to my lung imaging and overall health. My doctor and family are stoked about it too, maybe even more than I am.

Now, let's talk about the company itself - Juul. They get a lot of flack from people who don't know what's up. I mean, come on, they're just trying to provide a healthier alternative to cigarettes for people who are addicted to nicotine. What's wrong with that? But, nope, they have to deal with a bunch of uninformed non-vapers, snobby vapers, and legislators who are just trying to stir up some unnecessary hysteria. But, you know what, Juul has always treated me well. They handle my order issues quickly and go above and beyond my expectations. I can't say the same about some other brands that I deal with regularly. So, if you ask me, Juul gets a solid 5 stars for their product and service.

In conclusion, if you're trying to quit smoking or just looking for a delicious alternative to puff on, give Juul a try. Don't let the haters discourage you from making a healthy choice for yourself. And, hey, if you end up loving it as much as I do, then we can be Juul buddies.

JUUL Inconsistent Taste in JUUL Virginia Tobacco 5% Pods - A Disappointing Experience

I gotta say, I've been a huge fan of JUUL for the past year. It helped my mom and me quit smoking them nasty cigarettes 100% thanks to the Virginia tobacco 5%. Always tasted amazing, never failed to please. But lately, we've been buying four packs of the Virginia tobacco (5%) pods and every other one has been tasting off. Not in a good way at all, man. It's been a real waste of money and pods, cause I've been throwing them out when they taste funky. I've been trying to get them from different places, but it's a gamble every time. It's starting to burn a hole in my pocket, you feel me?

I don't wanna stop using JUUL, cause their stuff is real good, but this has been happening too much lately. It's not just me either, my mom's been dealing with the same problem too. The only ones that have tasted weird are the Virginia tobacco pods at 5%.

Look, I ain't never going back to smoking cigarettes again, but I gotta be honest, sometimes I'd rather puff on one of them than taste that off flavor I've been getting half the time I buy the Virginia tobacco pods. It's been happening for the last few months, and I dunno what's going on. Sigh.

JUUL Disappointing Customer Service and Policies by Juul: A Review

The customer service provided by Juul is really disappointing. When I first got my Juul, I lost the charger and ended up ordering a new one for the next day. However, I found the original charger the following day and decided to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so as Juul has a ridiculous policy that orders cannot be canceled after 45 minutes of placing them. Who knows they need to cancel something 45 minutes after you place it? I normally don't until the next day. The worst part was that I paid $22 for the next day shipping, which I didn't need as I found the original charger the very next day. And to make matters worse, I didn't receive the charger until two weeks later, which meant the next-day shipping fee went straight to their pocket.

Just two days ago, I saw a new promotion on their website that offered the new Juul silver for no additional charge with their auto-ship for pods. So, I decided to avail the offer and ended up paying $65 for the silver Juul and pods. But if I knew it was going to cost me that much, I wouldn't have availed of the promotion.

The last time I had a problem with Juul was about four months ago, and I forgot how terrible their customer service was until today when I decided to cancel my order. There is no number available on their website, and the only contact option is email. When I tried contacting them, they never answered, and I always received a message stating that I was outside their business hours.

Customer service isn't rocket science, and it's not that hard to be good at it, but Juul seems to fail monumentally in this regard. It's frustrating when you can't reach out to them for help, and the policies they enforce are so rigid that it's impossible to get any assistance. If Juul doesn't step up their customer service game, they risk losing more customers in the future.

JUUL Irresponsible ID Verification and Frustrating Customer Service from Juul Vapor

I was trying to buy a starter kit from juulvapor.com. I went to create an account online and they couldn't find me. My information is private because of my abusive ex, and juulvapor.com wanted me to upload my ID. That would have been alright if juulvapor.com themselves were using their own system. However, they're using a 3rd party that uses facial recognition, and that makes me uneasy. I don't trust the 3rd party to keep a copy of my ID and everything on it safe. They don't redact any information. They store everything. No thanks. I decided to buy a starter kit at the store. After a few days of getting pestering emails from juulvapor.com, I thought I should email customer service to delete my account information, and explain why I didn't want to go through with it.

To my dismay, I received a response saying that they're sorry my ID upload didn't work and I should try again. They didn't even read my email in the first place. So I replied to point out their mistake and to tell them I wanted my account to be deleted. I didn't want the emails anymore. Then they apologized for their mistake. They said that they deleted my account, but, also blocked my address from receiving orders from them in the future. That was frustrating because I didn't ask for that.

I really hope juulvapor.com finds a diffferent, more secure company to work with. If they do, I would happily make an order online again. But for now? I'm barred. What kind of sarcastic jerks work there? Their customer service is horrible.

JUUL Juul: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly - A Frustrating Experience

Tried my friend's Juul and have to say, it's a pretty slick little device. Went to their website and dove head first into the whole process of putting through my order. Did all the age verification stuff and was happy to find out I was cleared. Placed the order and my card was debited almost immediately. But then... nothing. Four days on and I was getting antsy, so I hopped back on their site to check the status of my order. Surprise, surprise - my order had been cancelled without any warning or notification. Uh, what? Not one to give up that easily, I forged ahead and tried again, re-entering all the relevant details. Once again, I went through all the verification procedures and was given the green light. Place the order (card debited again) and five long days later... canceled again. Ok, Juul, what gives? I tried contacting customer service, but it was a total mess and I got nowhere. So I resorted to complaining on Twitter and finally got a response. But let me tell you, it was beyond frustrating. I was given a bunch of excuses that kept changing, first about a payment problem (wrong!), then about my age and identity (seriously?!), and finally some BS about not being in the right country (total hogwash!). I called them out on all their nonsense and was told a customer service rep would get in touch with me. Except it's been a month and I haven't heard a peep. So, needless to say, I won't be using Juul again or recommending it to anyone else. And in the meantime, I found a competitor that did a much better job (despite having to deal with a hurricane). So long, Juul.

JUUL Terrible Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with JUUL

I'm really disappointed with JUUL. They seem to have ZERO respect for their customers, or even people who might be interested in their products.

Let me tell you a story. I tried to get in touch with their "service" team because I was having trouble with their website. I needed help, and I reached out to them expecting them to be able to assist me.

But do you know what they did? They completely ignored me! I received no response. No answer. Nothing.

What's worse is that they demanded a bunch of personal information from me before they even bothered to reply. They were really pushy about it, too, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure what they're doing with my data, but I definitely don't trust them with it.

And what really gets me is that they didn't even seem sorry about any of this. They acted like I was the one being unreasonable, when really all I wanted was some basic customer service.

Honestly, I would stay away from JUUL if I were you. If they can't be bothered to help people who are interested in their products, I can only imagine how bad their support is for actual customers.

JUUL Disappointing Service from JUUL: My Package Never Arrived and Customer Support Was Slow to Respond

So, I was looking forward to receiving my JUUL package, but it’s been two whole weeks now, and nothing has arrived yet. USPS said that it was delivered, but I definitely didn't get it. I reached out to their customer support team, and I must say, they were slow to respond. It took them 20 minutes to reply, and that too with irrelevant questions that I had already answered in my initial query. I was really frustrated by this point.
Honestly, I expected better from JUUL. I mean, any other company would have resolved this matter promptly, but not JUUL. It's weird, they're typically so good at what they do. It’s really disappointing to see them unprepared and struggling like this.
So, because of this lacklustre service, I’m now considering switching over to their competitors. I'm also going to tell all my mates to do the same because why waste your time and money when you can get better service elsewhere? It's a shame because I really enjoyed JUUL's product, but it looks like it's time for me to move on.

JUUL Review: My Love-Hate Relationship with the Juul Virginia Tobacco Pods

Been using Juul for like forever now. I ain't gonna lie, I love the Virginia tobacco. But man, the pods gotta go, like seriously! Them things are just the worst sometimes, like 2 outta 4 will be good and I'm like, come on now, can't y'all do better? Plus, they constantly leak, like seriously? Ain't nobody got time for that! If you leave them in your car when it's warm outside, they leak all over the place making it taste so gross. And don't get me started on how hard it is to clean inside them [censored]s. It's a real bummer that a big company like Juul can't get it right. I spent $20 on a pack of 4 and sometimes gotta take the sorry [censored] ones back to the store because they no good. Can we just make the pods similar to Fuse? They got it going on with their pods, they're perfect! So Juul, please, please for the love of all that's holy, step up your pod game, ya feel me? Thanks!

JUUL Don't Waste Your Money on JUULs - Try GanjaGuys.net Instead for Durable Vapes

I gotta tell ya, I've been using JUULs for almost a year now, and I'm gonna be real with ya, I ain't too impressed with 'em. Y'see, I done bought a couple of 'em from the juulvapor.com website, and wouldn't ya know it, but dang near every single one of 'em stopped charging after a month! I mean, what the heck, JUULs?! I had to get one replaced under warranty, but after that, they wouldn't honor any more replacements. And that's after every single one of 'em was registered! I done spent a good $500 on these things, but it seems like they just can't make 'em last, y'know? So, I gotta say, I'm done with these janky little things.

But, here's the good news - I done found myself a new company that makes some pretty sweet vapes. It's ganjaguys.net. Now them's some durable pieces of work, let me tell ya. I been usin' their products for over 4 months now, and they still work just as good as when I got 'em. So I'm gonna keep on buying from them, and not JUULs. If ya don't wanna waste yer money on stuff that's gonna break after a month, take my advice and get yerself a vape from ganjaguys.net. You won't regret it, I promise ya.

JUUL Juul pods' declining quality: A user's perspective after 2.5 years with the device

I recently decided to share my thoughts on the Juul, as a user of this device for 2.5 years. Initially, using the Juul was great and I had no issues with it. Recently, however, the government has banned mint pods and since then the quality of the Juul pods, in general, seems to have declined.

I have personally noticed a significant decline in the quality of the Juul pods since the mint flavor was banned, and I am sure those of you who use Juul can relate. A pack of 4 pods now costs $20, and unfortunately, it seems that half the pods in the package either taste burnt, leak, give no hit at all, or give what most Juul users refer to as an "air hit."

I have no logical proof to confirm my claims, but I can say that this is just based on my personal experience. The Juul that we all once loved and enjoyed from [protected] no longer exists, and it is sad to see such a rapid decline in quality. So I would advise everyone to save their money and search for a better product because Juul has lost its charm and quality.

In conclusion, purchasing Juul pods, in my opinion, is a waste of money now because the product's quality has declined significantly since the government banned mint pods. It is appealing how it was before, and if things don't change, Juul is going to struggle to offer quality products in the nearest future.

JUUL Unbelievably Bad Experience with Juul Canada Online: Fractious Customer Service and Privacy Issues

My experience with Juul Canada Online was just unbelievable – and not in a good way!

When I tried to make my first purchase, I had to cancel it right away and fix it to include the first-purchase promo that was promised when I signed up. But the customer service rep Jherome acted all high and mighty with me, like he knew everything and I'm just some kind of idiot.

He just had to make sure I understood that since I cancelled my first purchase, I technically still have not made one and therefore can't use the promo. I mean, what in tarnation? It's like they don't even want me to buy their products!

But that's just the tip of this crummy customer service iceberg. I've asked them like six times to delete my data and protect my privacy, and they just kept dragging their feet. I had to wait for several months for them to respond and even longer for them to actually follow through. It's like talking to a brick wall if you ask me!

Overall, this was honestly the most frustrating experience I've had with any customer service team in any industry, and I would never recommend Juul Canada Online to anyone.

JUUL Disappointing Experience with the JUUL Electronic Cigarette: Inconsistent Vapor and Frustrating Customer Service

I gotta say, I was really disappointed with the JUUL electronic cigarette. Don't get me wrong, I was excited to try it out, but man was it frustrating. First of all, the shape is just weird - who thought it would be a good idea to make it rectangular? It doesn't feel natural in my hand at all.

But that's not even the worst part. The charging and vaping contacts are a nightmare. They constantly need to be cleaned and adjusted just to get decent vapor flow. And even when everything seems to be in place, the vapor is super inconsistent. One hit will have barely any vapor, the next will be perfect, and the third will somehow manage to flood my mouth with liquid. Gross.

And customer service? Don't even get me started. When I called for help, I got connected to someone from the Philippines. Now, I don't have anything against Filipinos, but it was incredibly frustrating to try and explain my problem to someone who struggled with more complex English. I had to simplify everything and even then, I'm not sure they really understood what was going on.

Honestly, save yourself the frustration and check out the eSTICK instead. It may not look as cool, but at least it works consistently and doesn't flood my mouth with disgusting liquid.

JUUL JUUL Review: Flashy Lights, Inconsistent Vapor, and Frustrating Warranty Process

I gotta tell ya, I got me one of them JUULs and it was vaping all on its own like a crazy machine. The light dang near blinded me with all them different colors flashing. Plus, I never knew what I was gonna get with each pull, the vapor was all over the place. So, I tried to hit up the website to get some warranty action happening but dang, they make it harder than trying to find a needle in a haystack. All them tabs on the site just lead ya in circles. And why the heck do I gotta call someone just to get my warranty started? Makes no sense to me.

Now, this ain't my first rodeo. I done had two of these JUULs in less than six months and neither one of them is working like they should be. One of them don't even function at all, just dead as a doornail. And the other one, well, it don't charge right and even when it did, it couldn't produce no vapor. I swear, it's like it didn't even know when I was sucking on it.

I thought I was being smart, getting two of them so they'd last longer, but boy was I wrong. I just wish I could get that warranty without all the hassle, ya know?

JUUL Disappointed with Juul: Terrible Customer Service and Short Product Lifespan

I bought a bunch of Juul devices and was super excited about them at first, but I've had nothing but trouble with them. Every single one of them stopped working within a year of purchase. The first time it happened, they just sent me a new one no problem, but when it happened again with the replacement one I got, I was pretty frustrated. No matter how hard I pulled or what POD I used, I couldn't get any smoke to come out.

So I contacted Juul customer support and they gave me a bunch of gobbledygook about having to ship the device back and wait 3-5 days for them to assess the situation and then another 5-7 days for them to ship me a new device. That's two whole weeks that I'd be without my Juul! And they wanted me to buy a new device in the meantime!

Honestly, I'm so fed up with this company at this point. Their customer service is terrible and their products just don't seem to last very long. You end up spending more money on their PODS than you would on cigarettes, and what's the point of that if they won't even replace a device that just conks out after three months? I'm not going to give them a rating in customer service because it's just that bad. The product is okay, but it's just not worth the hassle in my opinion.

JUUL Making the Switch: My Experience With Vaperesso Vape Mod and Tank Compared to Juul

Juul, man oh man, let me tell ya. This thing was the bane of my existence for a hot minute. I musta spent a good hunnit bucks every week on pods, and let me tell ya, they were always leakin' and givin' me a crappy puff. Talk about a let down, amirite? And don't even get me started on the taste, always had a burnt flavor to it. Not good, not good at all.

But finally, I got the guts to switch it up and try somethin' new. Enter Vaperesso vape mod and tank. Let me tell ya, this thing is the bee's knees! Plus, I started using keep it 100 vape liquid and juice head product, and man oh man, I'm 100% more satisfied than before. Not only does it taste better, but I've saved hundreds of bucks. That's right, I bought my first two bottles over a month ago and I still got over half left in 'em. Now that's what I call a steal.

If you're still rockin' with Juul, lemme give you a little advice. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on those pre-filled pods. Instead, make the switch to reusable pods and buy whatever liquid you like. Trust me, you'll thank me later. I used to go through at least one pack of Juul pods a day. Do the math, bud. And if you're like me with bills up the wazoo, every penny counts.

Bottom line, skip Juul and try somethin' new. You won't regret it.
