Jim's Plumbing Perth review: Charges and not checking job before leaving

I had no hot water last Sunday so actually rang a company called "Metropolitan Plumbing" in Perth. The girl I spoke to said a Jims Plumbing van would come out as both companies had the same call centre. Misleading to start with? Kade or Cade, the guy who came out to look at my hot water system said it was split and needed replacing, fair enough, it was pretty old. I then asked him to look at my mums who lives at the back of my house. He said the release valve taps needed replacing so I said ok because he told me the whole unit could explode. 15 -20 minutes later it was done at a cost of $180 for hot water valve and $150 for cold water valve, plus $111 call out fee plus $204 for 3 x 15 minutes of work. Total $700... Highway robbery. today my mum had no hot water even coming out of her taps. Another Jims plumber comes out, the first guy hadn't turned the tap back on. How much will Jims refund me for my inconvenience all day and his stupid mistake? Probably nothing! Do not uses Jims Plumbing. Overcharged and feeling ripped off.
