I placed my order around 1pm on july 19. I followed up on the order around 2pm because normally they arrive in about 45 min. The manager advises that the location is very short staffed and the driver had 5 to 6 deliveries to do on this last trip. I understand completely your short staffed, but at least a courtesy call that the delivery is going to be late...

Jimmy John's Disappointing Changes at Jimmy Johns: Shrinking Portions and Slow Delivery

Been a regular at Jimmy Johns for a couple of years now and I gotta say, things have been changing. Used to be that the delivery was lightning fast and the food was decent, but lately it's been a bit of a letdown. Noticed that they've been shrinking their portions while keeping the prices the same. Not cool, man. But the real kicker for me is that their delivery has gone from speedy to non-existent. Twice now I've ordered online and waited and waited, only to have to cancel because the food never showed up. JJ tried to blame it on not having enough drivers, but that's not my problem. All I know is that I ordered food and it never came. Sorry to say, but I'm done with Jimmy Johns. Ain't nobody got time to deal with that kind of hassle. So long, JJ.

Jimmy John's Poor Customer Service Experience at Jimmy John's in Fort Worth, TX

I visited the Jimmy John's location at 5701 N Tarrant Pkwy Ste. 109, Fort Worth, TX 76244 on October 16th at around 3:00 pm. I had to wait in line for about 3 minutes, which wasn't too bad. The cashier was busy counting the money in his drawer, so I decided to sit down in one of the booths. I have a bad knee, so standing in one place for too long can be a bit of a challenge for me.

After about 3 or 4 minutes, I got up to go back to the cashier to place my order. However, he was still counting the money in the drawer and couldn't take my order. He said he was in the middle of a shift change, but there were two other employees behind the counter when I arrived, and another one came in while I was sitting down. I was a bit confused as to why no one could take my order.

I waited for another minute, but no one came to take my order. I decided to leave the store and go to another sandwich shop to get my sandwich. I was disappointed with the customer service at Jimmy John's. It was not a good experience for me.

Overall, I think Jimmy John's needs to improve their customer service. It's important to have enough staff to handle the customers, especially during peak hours. I hope they can address this issue and provide better service to their customers in the future.

Jimmy John's Poor Customer Service and Delivery Experience at Jimmy John's

So, I decided to give Jimmy John's another try on 6/10 after a while. The first time I ordered, it took them several HOURS to deliver, which was a bummer. But this time, I got a call from them saying that the delivery time would be over an hour. They gave me the option to cancel my order, which I did.

But guess what? Two hours later, a delivery driver walked in with my order! I told them that I had cancelled it, but they left it anyway. I was pretty upset and called to speak with a manager. But they were "busy" and someone was supposed to call me back.

I didn't hear back from them for a few days, so I called again on 6/16 and spoke with Vander. He agreed that I shouldn't have been charged and took my information. He said that Willie, the GM, would be following up with me.

But it's now Friday 6/18, over a week later, and they still have my money. No one has followed up with me yet, which is pretty frustrating.

I'm really disappointed to have to share this story because I actually like their food. But if you need it delivered, I wouldn't recommend it anytime soon. Hopefully, they'll get their act together and improve their customer service.

Jimmy John's Disappointed with Jimmy John's: Shrinking Sandwiches and Lack of Transparency

I recently had a Jimmy John's sandwich and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. Actually, the last three sandwiches I've had from there have been pretty bad. I couldn't help but notice that they've shrunk the size of the french roll in half. Now, half of the sandwich is inside the roll and the other half is outside. It's just not the same. I like to have bread with every bite, you know? And the bread itself is dry, which just makes it worse.

What really bothers me is that they made this change and didn't even tell us. They just acted like we wouldn't notice. I mean, come on. We're not stupid. We know that times are tough and things are getting more expensive. Why not just be honest with us and raise the price a little bit? I'd rather pay a little more and get the same sandwich I used to love. It just feels like they're trying to manipulate us.

On the other hand, In and Out Burger recently raised their prices and they're still delivering that amazing burger we all know and love. Kudos to them for being upfront about it and still giving us what we want. We're willing to pay a little extra to keep them in business. But Jimmy John's? Not cool.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Jimmy John's. I used to love their sandwiches, but now I'm not so sure. I hope they start being more honest with their customers and give us the quality we deserve.

Jimmy John's Disappointing Delivery Times at Jimmy John's: A Review

I've been ordering from Jimmy John's for a while now, but the last couple of times have been a bit of a hassle. I usually order online, but the last two times it's taken FOREVER. Yesterday, I tried to place an order and after waiting for 35 minutes, I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled. What the heck, man?! I was so frustrated.

Today, I decided to give it another shot. I placed my order and waited...and waited...and waited. After 45 minutes, my friend asked if I wanted to grab lunch with her. I was about to say yes when I decided to check my email one more time. To my surprise, there was no cancellation email this time. I was relieved, but still annoyed that it took so long.

Just as I was about to call the store to cancel my order, the delivery guy showed up. He was really nice, but I couldn't believe it took 45 minutes to make a sandwich and walk it across the street. I get that they're busy, but come on! At least give us a heads up if it's going to take that long.

Overall, I still love Jimmy John's sandwiches, but the last couple of experiences have been a bit of a letdown. I hope they can improve their delivery times in the future.

Jimmy John's Disappointing Experience at Jimmy John's Chesapeake VA Location: A Review

The Jimmy John's franchise has been around for a while now, and I recently visited the Chesapeake VA location. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The basic sandwiches lacked substance, and I found myself having to add all the cheap vegetable fillers just to make it somewhat satisfying.

I decided to compare a recent turkey and cheese sandwich I had at Jimmy John's with what I would make at home. I typically use a slice of Boar's Head Oven gold real turkey breast from a quality grocer/deli, which is about 8-9 inches long by 4-5 inches at the center of the cut. It does taper off, so if I were to cut it in half, it would be about 4x4. But what about the size of the turkey product that Jimmy John's uses? How many slices (or half slices) do they use on an 8-inch #4 Turkey Tom? And what brand do they use? Does it resemble real turkey breast at all?

And let's not forget about the cheese. How many slices of cheese are used at no additional cost? Is it only provolone?

I just don't understand how Michael Symon endorses such crap, unless of course he's good friends with the founder/owner. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John's and would not recommend this location.

Jimmy John's Unprofessional Response to Missing Cookies at Jimmy John's: A Bizarre Experience

So, I placed my order on jimmyjohns.com and when I got home, I realized that the two cookies were missing. I was a bit disappointed, but since the store is located 7.2 miles away from my house, I decided not to go back that day. However, on the 8th of June, I happened to be in the area and thought of stopping by to get my cookies.

When I got to the store, I was asked to provide a receipt, which I did by showing the clerk my phone. After waiting for about five minutes, the clerk came back to the drive-thru window and said, "I apologize for the inconvenience, but since it has been a few days and you did not come back sooner, we cannot give you your cookies."

I was a bit surprised by the response and asked to speak to the manager. To my surprise, the guy at the window came outside and approached my truck in a threatening manner. I was taken aback by his behavior, but luckily, another guy came to the window and told him to go back inside.

Unfortunately, I did not get my cookies, and the whole experience was quite bizarre and insane. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was not professional at all. I hope that the management takes note of this incident and ensures that their staff is trained to handle such situations in a better way.

Jimmy John's Unprofessional Behavior at Jimmy John's on Ball State Campus: A Review

So, I decided to check out Jimmy John's on the Ball State campus in Muncie. When I walked in, I noticed that none of the staff were doing anything. They were just standing around and chatting with each other. I work in the food industry, so I take customer service very seriously. I understand that sometimes it can feel like there's nothing to do, but there's always something that needs to be done.

While I was waiting, I saw a woman put her foot up on the counter and continue to chat with her colleague. I don't mind employees talking to each other, but they should never do it when there's a customer in the store. It's just not professional.

To make matters worse, I overheard one of the employees talking about how their general manager comes to work drunk. That's just not okay. It's unprofessional and it puts the safety of the customers at risk.

Overall, I was very unsatisfied with my experience at Jimmy John's. I walked out without even purchasing anything. I hope that the staff can improve their behavior and provide better customer service in the future.

Jimmy John's Disappointing Experience with Jimmy John's: Incorrect Orders and Excessive Mayo

Every time I order from Jimmy John's, it seems like they forget something. Whether it's my drink, chips, or both, it's always something. And don't even get me started on the mayo and mustard. Even when I ask for light mayo/mustard, they still slather on at least 2 tablespoons. It's ridiculous! I mean, come on, they have the entire order with instructions on the receipt they staple to the bag. How hard can it be to get it right?

And let's talk about the sandwiches themselves. I'm not a picky eater, but I just can't stomach a quarter jar of mayo on any sandwich. It's like they don't even care about the quality of the food they're making. Do they even stop to consider, "would I eat this?" Of course not.

I've eaten at several Jimmy John's locations, but the one at 1200 Cooper Point Rd SW UNIT 400 in Olympia, WA 98502 is by far the worst. They have absolutely no pride in their work. If you order delivery from there with a couple of special instructions, be prepared to be ripped off and disappointed.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Jimmy John's. They need to step up their game and pay more attention to their customers' orders. It's not that hard to get it right.

Jimmy John's Disgusting Discovery: Rotten Pickle Worm Found in Jimmy John's Sandwich #pickleworm

I just had a not-so-great experience with Jimmy John's. I ordered my sandwich to-go using their mobile app and added a pickle, cut in half, to my order. When I got back to my office and opened the pickle, I was horrified to find a rotten pickle worm inside. This little guy had left a trail of excrement behind it, which was just disgusting. I mean, who wants to find a dead worm in their food, right?

I thought that anyone preparing food would have noticed the worm and thrown it away before serving, but apparently not. I contacted the store to complain, but they told me to contact customer service. I sent two emails to customer service, but I haven't received any response yet. I'm starting to feel like I'm in a "pickle" here, because I'm due a refund for the rotten pickle, but I can't seem to get anyone to respond to my complaint.

To make matters worse, I found out that pickle worms are poisonous. I'm not sure if there's a secret pickle worm conspiracy going on, but I'm just glad that I'm still alive. Or maybe I'm just grossed-out. Either way, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John's. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated a prompt response to my complaint. I hope that they take steps to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. #pickleworm

Jimmy John's Employee attitudes, lack of customers service never getting an order correct.

I have been going to JBLM Jimmy Johns at the main shoppette since it opened up. I always order the same sandwiches every time. Two italian nightclubs. One normal cut in half and the other sandwich add extra peppers and no mayo and cut in half. The three last visits Jimmy John's has either left the mayo on it, did not add the extra peppers or did not cut the sandwiches in half again.

I went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon, 6/7/2023 approximately at 5:45 PM. I asked if they could please do me a favor and include the extra peppers, take off the mayo and cut both sandwiches in half. The gentleman taking the order said yes, we can but that he did not appreciate the sarcastic tone in my voice. I then pulled forward to the pick-up window and politely asked the three gentlemen talking to each other, can one of you please tell me how to politely ask I can get the sandwiches the way I ordered them. I then told them it was not a sarcastic tone. I followed that statement up with "if I am paying extra for peppers and I don't get them, that is stealing. The one gentlemen stuck his head in the window and asked me, "was it me". I replied "what do you mean was it you, what do you mean"? He said again, "was it me"? I said no, but the gentlemen behind him looked familiar. That gentleman that looked familiar said he didn't even work there. The guy in the window kept saying lower your voice and breathe. I did not appreciate the unprofessional attitude like I was the problem and that I was getting out of hand. If he cannot take care of a customer and this is what he does, trying to make it the customer's problem, there is a problem. Should I have to sit in the drive-thru line every time, and open all my sandwiches to ensure they are made 100% to my order. I don't think so, but I will from now on.

These are simple orders, it isn't rocket science. I am not really sure why this went down the way it did, but I was not able to be served when everything was said. I was waved forward and was told I would not be served. Really, that is the way Jimmy John employees are trained to take care of customer issues. There was no reason at all why that situation got out of hand. If this is the way soldiers and the public are getting treated, they don't deserve to have their restaurant on a military. post. Thank you for your time.

Desired outcome: Training on customer service and how be-littling customers makes the situation even worse. People just want their meal prepared like they ordered and this is a continued problem with this store.

Jimmy John's Order placed

I placed a order for 12 wraps, the order was placed and paid for successfully. I received a phone call from the manager at the location that told me he was canceling the order because corporate made a mistake.

I understand that corporate may have made an error. However, they took my payment and processed my order and the order should be filled. Otherwise, it is considered false advertisement.

Jimmy John's Management

I would like to speak with someone who can deal with someone in management at a jimmy john store, threatening an employee who is handicap, & is being intimidated in front of other employees by higher up managers ? I'm not sure if it is tolerated in the hand book of jimmy johns? For managers to bully & intimate, degrade employees over their health? But as long as I've been an employee, I've been dealing with allot of forms of harassment, bullying & I've transferred stores. Even kept my own mouth shut & just dealt with it. Now here it is 8 years later, nothing has changed. Got my job being threatened & the manager doing this in front of other people. There is no respect. I now have my hours being taken away. I've been having health issues over 20 years, I was hired with these issues. Now I'm being treated differently over this ? Especially due to my car accident.

Desired outcome: There really needs to be some management meetings on how to treat there employees who have disabilities. How to treat your coworkers period ...

Jimmy John's No service

On 8/4/22 I placed an online order for 2 Thai chicken wraps, 2 chips & a cookie. With tax, driver fee & tip, the order totaled $33.67. Someone from Jimmy John’s called to say they no longer offered these wraps, so I was going to change my order, however, he said there was no driver. He said he would just refund the money back to my credit card. Unfortunately, this never happened. I contacted Jimmy John’s 11/25/22 to advise we were never refunded the monies & was told a manager would call me. No one ever returned my call, so I called back the next week to request to speak to the manager. She advised she didn’t work there when this happened but would contact corporate. I never heard back. I called Jimmy John’s on 12/12 & received a text on 12/13/ they were returning my voicemail & sorry they missed my call. They advised to provide feedback @ their link. As of today, I have not heard back & my money not returned. We didn’t receive bad food & service rather we did not receive any food or service so Jimmy John’s basically stole $33.67 & never returned our money! They won’t reply to our calls & feedback!

Desired outcome: Need a refund of 33.67 as we never received food or service. We were charged yet your employee said the wrap was no longer available & couldn’t substitute a different sandwich due to there were no drivers to deliver any food!!!!

Ive ordered several times from the Jimmy Johns in N.Charleston , SC. Not only once but three times my order has failed to be made. They didn't call me to from what they say there's no delivery drivers which Ive ordered through door dash so I'm not understanding why that's even a problem when door dash should be the one delivering my order. When I called them the first time to check on the first order they informed me they've canceled my order an that no I couldn't come to pick it up with the time beig 8:15 there was plenty of enough time for my order to be made which obviously my order wasn't even made to start with then i said well there's still 45 mins why can't I just come to pick it up the man said because were closing we like to start our cleaning early so we can get out of here an every things already being put up i said so at 8:15 your cleaning up an canceling orders 45 mins early he said yea we are making any more orders. then my order to night 12\6\22 they tell me same thing which they failed to contact me an tell me or give me the option to come an pick up my order said my money was refunded which doesn't go back to card until 3days later yea this is uncalled for im a single mom an the money i spend is all that i have at times so 3days after my order is ridiculous because i ordered thinking me an my child would be eating with the order ive made so I'm left with nothing something needs to be done about this locations management an team members if they hate there jobs that much then they need to go find employment else where because they clearly suck at their jobs an i am not happy at all with my experience with yalls company please get back to me an let me know why i should stay a valued customer thank

Jimmy John's Product

The service was great and fast however this is my 1st time at JJ's and I am having a hard time wrapping my head how people can eat cold meat (including bacon) on cold bread. I felt like I was back in Colonial times. We spent $45 on 4 meals and no one finished. Since we are in the year 2022, I believe you could put a microwave in the stores so we can eat like civilized humans. I will have to say I was not a fan.

Jimmy John's Hiron at 56th street indianapolis

I worked at this location...I contacted you while working here about possible sexual exploitation of a high school female worker. My initial complaint was that Hiron was allowing this high school staff to be used for late night rides home till she wrecked her car by staff that expressed savy online tinder and anonymous hookup awareness. That same exploit fella committed a felony by firing an extinguisher on my person for calling him a mooch. Hiron, also, took a personal loan out to pay for this which cost the company about $2000 in hourly pay. Hiron blamed me for the extinguisher and fired me for disturbing him. 3 years later this guy who exploited this woman has a case against him for strangulation and interfering with the 911 call. She looks completely exploited by this situation. I need a w2 ...he isn't providing it either...ownership needs to make a change.

Desired outcome: New manager who knows what sexual exploitation is.
