Jim Bakker Morningside Church review: Products not received, not reimbursed.

In Aug 2016 I was supposed to recieve their montly water brick package, it was never sent & my debit card was charged. I had been trying very nicely to get them to resolve the problem by sending out the package I paid for. The monthly charge for the water brick & food packsge is $70.00. After waiting for 2 months & numerous calls I asked for the money to be reimbursed & it never was. In early Sept 2016 I was supposed to recieve their double jubilee monthly food package, it's a good deal of food & it costs $115.00 monthly. Instead of the double jubilee package they sent me only six packets of food. I called them immediately & was told to call UPS & tell them to pick up the package, I was refusing it & as soon as they recieved it they would credit my account for the $115.00. They recived the package 3 day's later but haven't credited my account. I have made numerous calls trying to get a resolution, all I get is lies & the run around. Just actually got off the phone with them now, still getting the run around & they're saying that the shipping for the six packets of food is going to be my expense even though the product sent out was wrong & the shipping expense was for a much larger amount of food. Nothing has actually been reimbursed yet according to them they're still working on it months later. Then 2 weeks ago I had $70.00 fraudulently taken out of my account from them. They said not to worry, it was just a little mistake & that they had actually done this to almost everyone of their customers that day. That money thankfully was returned to my account 3 day's later. I would say if you want to purchase emergency food, stay clear of Jim Bakker & his Morningside Church. There was a time when orders were filled correctly & I never had a problem but things have changed over there & it's to much money to lose if there's a problem. They don't have good business practices or ethics when it comes to resolving problems & refunding money.
