Jerri’s Pet Place review: The owner lied and didn't take care of puppies

We found small puppies and we bought one from Jerri’s Pet Place. When we arrived to pick up the puppy, ours was so hairy and the owner explained that she was in hospital and her husband didn’t want to groom him. She said that the puppy was healthy and liked to play. We brought him home and it looked like he was slowly and didn’t know how to play. We took the puppy to vet, who said that there were the marks of inbreeding as well as the puppy didn’t get proper food and bred. So, be careful.
