Thanks for the Transmission. This transmission is good and it shifts well. I bought it from JDSportMotors and they did a good job installing it. The price was fair and the service was fast. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend JDSportMotors to others.

Do not deal with this company, they are fraud. They broker parts. They will use your credit card to pay as if the card were theirs. Stay away from these scammers.

I bought a 2007 Honda Odessy engine from these guys and I was kinda unsure when I bought it 'cause it was my first time buying an engine online. But they delivered the engine on time like they said, and they gave me all the papers and a tracking ID. Overall, I was happy with their service. I'll definitely buy more car parts from them and tell other people about it too. David was really helpful with my order.

This company is a bunch of liars and thieves. Don't do business with this company! They didn't provide tracking or shipping info after 2 dozen phone calls. Then they tell me on day 9 that my part was shipped to another state, and when I canceled my order, they charged me 30 percent for their mistake! They are scammers and thieves! The reviews posted here are probably made up! I repeat, don't do business with this company! They are not good and honest people!

I just had a great experience with JD Sport Motors. I needed to buy an engine for my 2007 Mustang and had a terrible time with another company that never called or showed up. I spoke with Gus who assured me that customer service was important to JD Sport Motors and fortunately it was the truth. He called when the delivery guy was on his way who arrived when he said he would and the transaction went seamlessly. Gus and the delivery guy were extremely pleasant as well. I recommend them highly!

This company was really helpful and nice when I bought stuff from them, but then they totally messed up my order. They sent me the wrong engine even though I gave them all the info about my car. I told them about the problem on 11/18/22, the same day I got the package. The guy I talked to, Alex, said they would pick up the wrong engine, but because of the holiday, it would take a while. I've called and emailed them a bunch of times since then, but they haven't fixed anything. When I call now, they either put me on hold forever or just ignore me. It's 12/18/22 now, and they still haven't answered my calls or emails. I spent $2250 on this and I'm so mad. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I'm never buying from them again! They basically stole my money!

I bought a transmission from JDSportMotors for $1550. They said it had a 60-day warranty. When I received the transmission, it was damaged and smelled burnt. I called them to let them know. They offered a 90-day warranty and said they would refund the labor charges if it was installed and found to be defective. They refunded $350 to my credit card for the labor. However, the transmission would not shift into second gear and would skip to third gear instead. I called them again to inform them that I needed another transmission. They told me to send it back, and if they had another one, they would ship it to me. Unfortunately, they didn't have another one available. So, I asked for a refund of $1500, which was the price of the transmission. They said they would only give me $1200 back because they had already paid the $350 for the labor. I explained that the $350 was for the parts and labor, but they insisted on only refunding $1200, claiming that shipping and handling were non-refundable. We had agreed on a $50 shipping and handling fee. However, they only refunded $1000. They still owe me a refund of $550 to my credit card because nothing was mentioned about anything being non-refundable. I want the full refund as I was promised.

I talked to Jdsportmotors purchase finalization manager *** on 05/13/2022. My order finalized on May 24, 2022 according to the invoice I received. In which I payed a grand total of 1585$ to purchase a 12 valve cummins 6 bolt 5.9 Liter Diesiel engine. The reason for my dispute is that I ordered a Diesel engine however, they shipped me a Gasoline engine. I received the Gas engine on 06/01/2022. In which I called the company as soon as I arrived home after work and saw that they had shipped me the wrong engine. I sent and email with details and photos. I was told I would get a response in 24 hrs. I have not recieved any updates to this day. The Buisness has not even made an attempt to make things right. I have called several times, texted a few times and also sent a few emails. None of my text messages or emails have ever been answered. The several times that I have called and talked to them on the phone though they have answered every time. However, they have never given me a straight answer. Always saying I need to talk to *** but give a different excuse evrery time as to why I cant talk to him. They continue to send me down various rabbit holes. The tracking ID is [protected] Invoice # 1395 Invoice Date 24-May-2022 I would personally just like to receive the engine I payed for. If they aren't willing to do that, I would like to have my money fully refunded.
