They did a great job on my roof, fixing all the leaks and making it look brand new. The workers were friendly and professional, and they cleaned up all the mess afterwards. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to quality. I would definitely recommend Sanderson to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company. They're the best!

I got a quote from JD Sanderson Inc on October 1st for removing, hauling away, inspecting, underlayment, replacement shingles, site cleanup, and more by ***. They said they would start the project in 7-10 days on October 10th, but they didn't call or show up. I followed up with them on October 20th and October 28th, and they finally started working on November 2nd. Two roofers showed up, sat in their truck for about an hour in our laneway, worked for 1 hour, and left to another job site because of an emergency. They came back the next day to finish the job, but it wasn't done properly, ***. They came back to fix it, but the company has been hard to reach by email, and *** has been rude and twisting my words. They haven't helped with the broken walkway, leaking roof, broken eavestrough, reviewing flashing, fixing if not nailed properly, communication, assistance, or reassurance.

I got my roof done by Sanderson in July . On Oct. 16 2021, the first day of heavy rain after the roofing work, a leak came through the ceiling of the top floor. I called Sanderson that day, spoke to someone by phone, and the week of Oct. 18 *** from Sanderson came to check it out and observe the leak from the inside of the house. He didn't bring a ladder long enough to get on the roof, but committed to come back. The following week, the week of Oct. 25, *** from Sanderson attended and did some patching - I'm not sure exactly what he did - but it was raining when he did it and he said he or someone else from Sanderson would come back to finish the job when it wasn't raining. As of today, Dec. 22, 2021, no one has returned to finish the work. I called Sanderson on Nov. 11, 2021 to remind that *** said someone would be coming back and to request someone come to finish the job. I subsequently emailed Sanderson to repeat my request on Nov. 25, Nov. 30, and Dec. 6 for someone to come and finish the job. *** attended again on Dec. 1, and came inside to observe the damage the leak has caused to the ceiling, but did not do any repairs or sealing to the roof. The bottom line is, I paid $8,814 to get my roof redone. The result was a roof that leaks, and Sanderson has not remedied the problem. I'd like Sanderson to finish the work they stated they would undertake to stop the leak, or if they are unwilling or unable to complete that, refund $2,000 of the money I was billed.
