Jaanuu Jaanuu Scrubs Review: Lack of Order Confirmation and Terrible Customer Service

Hey y'all, so I thought I'd shake things up and give Jaanuu a try for my latest scrubs purchase. Unfortunately, I hit a couple snags in the process. First off, I never got an order confirmation. Like, what's up with that, Jaanuu? I tried reaching out to customer service, but let me tell you, it was an absolute mess. No response, no nothing. And to top it off, when I checked the site, it said I didn't even have any orders on file. So how am I supposed to track my package without an order number? It's like a vicious cycle! The only thing Jaanuu did manage to pull off was taking the payment out of my account, but other than that, I'm feeling super left in the dark. Needless to say, I won't be giving this company my business again.

Jaanuu Disappointing Experience with Jaanuu: Delayed Shipping, No Order Number, and Unreachable Customer Service

So, I thought I would give Jaanuu a try. Let's just say, it hasn't been a great experience so far. I ordered a set of scrubs that cost over $80, and it's already been a week and the package is still on the other side of the country. I checked the tracking number and it says the same thing. Come on, Jaanuu, get it together!

What's even more frustrating is that the confirmation email doesn't even have an order number. How am I supposed to track my package without an order number? And to make matters worse, they are unreachable by phone. Not a single phone number listed anywhere. I mean, what kind of company runs like this?

It's ridiculous that they have no problem taking money out of customers' accounts, but they don't seem to care if customers can't reach them. It's a real shame because I had high hopes for Jaanuu and their products. But now, I'm not so sure. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from them unless you want to gamble with your money.

Jaanuu Jaanuu Scrubs: A Delivery Disaster - My Order Still Missing after 14 Days

Put in an order for Jaanuu's scrubs way back on May 9. Was supposed to get my order on May 14, but the delivery folks sure played tough to get. And now, as of May 23, still no package at my door. Got all the dates switched around like a buncha juggling balls, and no working way to track my package. Tried reaching out to their support team, but they're nowhere to be found. To make a good story great, the "on track" delivery system they used was a total flop - no way to speak to a real-life human being, either. Swear on my grandma's tomato soup, I'm never getting anything from these jokers ever again.

Jaanuu Jaanuu Clothing Review: Deceiving Wine Color & Unusual Customer Service

Jaanuu, let me tell you, is quite interesting. First of all, they don't got no phone number for customers to call, can you believe it? Crazy stuff. And don't even get me started on the wine color. The picture shows a bright red, but when it arrived it was a dark brownish red- super deceiving! The worst part is that the relaxed fit pants' drawstring is not stretchy, and that means you gotta be untying and tying it up again every time you need to go to the john. Not ideal, not at all. And to top it off, the arm holes on the top are tight, so it's tricky to move around a lot. Plus, for how pricey their stuff is, it's pretty disappointing. They did hit me up with an email asking me to write a review on their site, but as it turns out, they only post the good stuff. What a shame- I wrote a solid review and nobody got to see it. So, if you're thinking about Jaanuu, be warned- what you see and what you get may be quite different.

Jaanuu Jaanuu Review: Poor Customer Service and Order Issues

I recently had an experience with Jaanuu, an online retailer that sells scrubs and medical uniforms. Sadly, I have to say that my experience was not a favorable one. I placed my order on December 28th, excited to receive my items quickly. Unfortunately, it has been two weeks and I have yet to receive any updated tracking information. When I contacted USPS, I was told that they never received the items.

I immediately reached out to Jaanuu's customer service team via email to express my concerns. They blamed USPS for the delay and asked me to be patient. However, after waiting for seven more days with no updates, I realized that there was a serious problem. I sent multiple emails to Jaanuu, asking for a resolution to the issue. After six days of sending emails everyday, I have not received any reply from Jaanuu which is very concerning.

It is clear that Jaanuu's customer service is not up to par. They have ignored all of my emails and have not provided me with any solutions or updates. As a customer, I feel disappointed and frustrated with the company. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this brand.

In conclusion, my experience with Jaanuu has been very upsetting and unsatisfactory. I believe that their customer service needs to be improved significantly in order to provide customers with a better shopping experience. I hope that Jaanuu takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.

Jaanuu Jaanuu Scrubs: The Best Scrub I've Tried Yet!

So, I gotta be honest. I just got my hands on my first Jaanuu scrub last week and boy, is it the bomb! I was browsing their website and saw that they were offering free express shipping, so I thought to myself, why not give it a try? And let me tell you, within 3 days I had the scrub in my hands. Talk about fast, right?

Now, let's get to the important part. The scrub itself. Oh my goodness. It's hands down the best scrub I've had. And trust me, I know my scrubs. I've tried Figs, $#*!ie's, Mob, and even some local brands that a friend has recommended to me. But Jaanuu? Totally underrated, man.

One of the things I love about Jaanuu is that they have tons of options when it comes to colours, designs, and sizes. And let me tell you, their designs are slick and stylish. It's like I am wearing a scrub that came straight from a fashion runway!

My only suggestion would be to take the time to really read through the options when you're buying a top scrub. Make sure you look at the images of the exact bottom scrub that matches your top. And read each option carefully because the measurements are already stated. Trust me, it's worth it. And with the right measurements, you'll receive a scrub that's almost perfectly tailored to your size.

And lastly, would I order from Jaanuu again? Absolutely. No doubt about it. They've earned a loyal customer in me. So, if you're in the market for a new scrub, give Jaanuu a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Jaanuu Disappointing Experience with Jaanuu Scrub Sizing and Customer Service - My Review

My first time ordering from Jaanuu (jaanuu.com) definitely did not go as planned. As someone who wears scrubs frequently, I was excited to try out a new brand. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received my order and found that the sizing was completely off.

Before ordering, I thoroughly went through the size chart and measurements, only to receive a top that was four inches too small. I even got the next size up, just to be safe, but it still didn't fit. I couldn't even zip it up! Not only was the top defectively sized, but there seemed to be a mistake in the sizing tag as well.

Of course, being a consumer who paid hard-earned money for a product that did not meet expectations, I reached out to customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, the person who responded to my inquiry didn't seem to fully understand my issue and even referred to pants that I never ordered. This only caused more frustration for me as I'm now out about $50.

Overall, my experience with Jaanuu left much to be desired. The sizing issue could have been avoided if the chart and measurements were accurate, and customer service should have been able to properly assist me in resolving the issue. It's a shame because their scrubs seemed to be great quality, but ultimately, the sizing and customer service issues make it unlikely for me to order from them again.

Jaanuu Jaanuu.com: Disappointing Delayed Shipment and Poor Customer Service

So, I made a bulk purchase of four scrub pieces from Jaanuu's website, jaanuu.com. I shelled out $189.00 on June 29th, 2020, hoping that my order would be shipped to me in a timely manner. However, days passed, and I saw no sign of my package arriving, and I began to get worried. So, I checked my delivery status on July 13th, 2020, and to my surprise, my order had not even been shipped yet!

I was getting so anxious and decided to use their text option to contact their customer service department. A few hours later, a customer service representative named Hayley, got in touch with me to explain that they had made an error on their part, and that my order had never been shipped. To make matters worse, every item that I had ordered was already out of stock! Imagine the frustration I felt in this situation.

The company offered a refund and a paltry $15 credit as an apology. But where was the accountability on their part? If I had not contacted them, I would have never known what had happened, and whether or not my package would be delivered. The fact that I had placed an order for an item that was labeled "in stock," and my payment had gone through with no issues, should mean that I would receive it. This experience with Jaanuu has made me very uncertain of ordering from them in the future.

I was expecting a professional level of service, especially from a company that operates an online store. However, this glitch in their system failed to display any manners of professionalism. It is unfair and unacceptable for orders to be delayed without adequate communication or notification from the vendor. As a customer, I'm entitled to receive what I ordered, not just a mere $15 credit. I am left with no option but to seek better options for my future scrub purchases.

Jaanuu Delayed Orders and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Jaanuu Scrubs

So, I decided to order some new scrubs for work from Jaanuu's official website. I made my order on December 1st, 2021 and requested the logo and embroidery on two scrub sets. However, much to my dismay, it's already February 15th, 2021 and I still haven't received my order. Despite numerous attempts to follow up with the company, I was left without any tangible update on the status of my package. I had to initiate contact with their customer service, which was quite ineffective. Diana, my designated customer service representative, was unresponsive for a considerable amount of time.

Eventually, after much persistence on my part, on February 4th, 2021 I was informed that the scrubs had been prepared and that they would be shipped promptly. On February 11th, I still hadn't received any updates or a physical package, so I sent them an email, but yet another delay was revealed. They told me that my scrubs weren't ready and that they would be shipped in four days. I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the delay, but to no avail - I still remained helpless and frustrated.

This ordeal left me with an unsatisfactory experience with Jaanuu, as I was unable to obtain my scrubs on time and their customer service was less than satisfactory. I felt let down and that I had been a victim of poor customer service. I had no other choice but to reach out to the bank to request a refund. I had previously ordered from Jaanuu without any problems, but it certainly left a sour taste in my mouth after this entire ordeal.

Fast forward to February 22nd, 2021 and I received an email notifying me that my long-awaited scrubs had finally been shipped. I was further offered a partial refund, which I am still waiting on, as of March 1st, 2021.

However, I have decided to stick with Figs for now. Figs delivered my scrub set order in a timely manner, within a week, and kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to go through the hassle of constantly emailing them to inquire about the status of my order. It just goes to show how important effective and efficient customer service is in this day and age.

Jaanuu Jaanuu's Disappointing Customer Service Policy for Delivery Address Errors

So, I placed my order on Jaanuu's website in the early morning at 8:21AM EST. But, to my horror, I realized that I had entered the wrong delivery address within a few minutes of placing the order. So, I immediately contacted the company to correct the mistake. I got an e-mail from Jaanuu confirming that they had received my message with the correction at 8:24AM EST. This was just three minutes after the order confirmation e-mail from them.

However, the next day, I received another e-mail from Jaanuu. It stated that they couldn't process the order due to my not contacting them within 30 minutes or during regular business hours. As a result, they said that I would have to wait until the items were returned to the sender before requesting a refund and then reordering the items. This was quite frustrating for me, considering that I had adhered to Jaanuu's written policy.

Moreover, the e-mail that I received about my order was not only dismissive but also conveyed that because I had not followed their guidelines correctly, I would have to wait even longer. When I reached out to clarify my situation, I was told that I would still receive my order. However, at this point, the company had missed the fact that I had paid extra for expedited shipping. Therefore, honoring this paid service was of utmost importance to me.

All in all, while the fault was on my end for the incorrect delivery address, I believe that Jaanuu shouldn't have such policies if they were unable to adhere to them consistently. And, if they did, the company should approach customer service with a solution-oriented mindset, rather than just expressing their disappointment that I didn't follow the guidelines perfectly. This whole experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and the response from Jaanuu has been entirely unhelpful.

Jaanuu Jaanuu Face Masks Review: Uncomfortable and Poor Fit

I jus got my hands on sum Jaanuu face masks, but to be honest, I ain't really feelin' them. Da fit is all wrong, and every time I try to talk, da mask slips below my nose. Plus, da ear straps ain't adjustable, so they're not exactly comfortable for longer wear. It's a total ripoff if you ask me.

Jaanuu Review: Jaanuu Clothes - Slow Shipping and Inflexible Return Policy

Jaanuu clothes ain't exactly speedy. They take forever and a day to come through. Plus, if you don't like them, you better make up your mind quick because the return policy is way too short. Aint nobody got time for that! I made the mistake of splurging on a pair of scrubs that set me back a hundred bucks, but boy was that a mistake. They didn't fit right, and now I'm stuck with them because they don't take returns once they've been worn. I tried contacting them to see if we could work out a solution, but there was no way to get through to them! Ain't that just peachy? Overall, I wouldn't recommend Jaanuu. Jaanuu Fashionable Scrubs: Jaanuu vs. FIGS Review

Jaanuu, the place for expensive scrubs that doesn't seem to have a reason for their high price. But if you're someone who loves to splurge on scrubs, Jaanuu might be your jam. Just a word of caution, don't expect to call them up. Their phone services seem to be a little iffy. But hey, go for it if you don't need customer service. Personally, I think their competition, FIGS, might be a better option. Just my two cents.

Jaanuu Poor Customer Service Alert: Jaanuu Workwear Changes Sizing Without Notice and Refuses to Own Up to Errors

Jaanuu is no bueno, man. They done gone and changed up their sizing without tellin' nobody. And the worst part is they ain't even ownin' up to it when they make errors in your order. I dropped over $400 on their gear and ended up with the wrong size in one of my two orders. When I brought it up with them, they acted like it weren't their fault and basically said it was a "limitation of their system" (like that's supposed to make me feel better?).

Now, I ain't no rocket scientist, but I do know a thing or two about customer service. And let me just tell you, Jaanuu ain't got it. They don't respond in a timely manner, they don't take accountability, and worst of all, they don't make it right. I tried to return the incorrect item, but they wouldn't take it back. And as far as I can tell, they ain't addressin' this issue head-on with their customers.

I wouldn't recommend Jaanuu to nobody. If you're lookin' for some good workwear, it's best to take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and the cash, and shop somewhere else. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

Jaanuu Disappointing Experience with Jaanuu Scrubs: Unresponsive Customer Support & Order Issues

So, I made up my mind and gave Jaanuu scrubs a shot. I placed my order and got a confirmation email without any troubles. I patiently waited for two weeks, hoping to hear any updates, but unfortunately, nothing came along. It was quite a bummer to discover my order had been canceled - without a single notification!

I decided to reach out to customer support, hoping they would help me out. Sadly, no replies came through - and I felt ignored. After taking a deep breath, I confirmed that my first order hadn't charged and placed a new one. I hoped things would go right this time, but boy was I wrong.

My order took two long weeks to ship, but the moment I received it - I knew something was off. My order was messed up and not what I had ordered. I was so frustrated and decided to ask for a refund. Sadly, they charged me for shipping - what a disaster.

To be truthful, I don't know if I will give Jaanuu another chance. My experience with them was a total mess. I hope they improve their services and show more concern for their customers.
