Bought a computer from these guys on ***, they're a third party seller. Got it on November 7th and when I opened the box for the HP omen, the graphics card was gone. They took it out and sent it to me like that. I've been a prime member for a while and never had any problems. I thought about asking for a new one but I just returned it instead. I don't trust third parties anymore. I sent it back and called ***, they're looking into it. Be careful if you buy from them.

I had a few tech-savvy friends look at it, but they couldn't fix it. I sent it back to the retailer twice, but they were hard to talk to and didn't tell me much about what they were doing. They said they couldn't replicate the problem, but it still doesn't work. I asked for a refund or replacement, but they said no. They only offered to send it back to me. This was on June 3. I checked with my bank, but they couldn't help me because it had been too long. I still haven't gotten my computer back or heard from the retailer.
