Worst experience ever. We were in desperate need of a quick visa application for Vietnam because we could not board the plane without a visa (march 28, 2024). In our rush we found iVisa that offered a ‘super rush’ application which turned out to be very misleading. Apparently the ‘super rush’ application takes 12 days and costs over 500USD while the website of the Vietnamese government states they can issue a quick visa within 1 day for 150USD. In short, after 3 days we still don’t have a visa and are 500USD lighter for nothing. Really the worst experience ever! I really recommend arranging your visa with local governments rather via iVisa. The worst mistake i ever made online was to pay for the iVisa service and for that , my trip to the UK has been sabotaged. I might fail to travel from Zimbabwe to London on 21 January 2024.

I recently had a terrible experience with IVisa when I tried to get my passport photo taken. I was in a hurry to get my passport renewed as I was planning to travel abroad in a few months. I decided to use IVisa to get my passport photo taken as I had heard good things about them. However, I was in for a rude shock.

When I received my photo, I was shocked to see that it looked completely photoshopped. My face looked like it had been cut out and pasted onto a white background. The color of my face looked weird and fake. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the photo.

I immediately went to Walgreens to get another passport photo taken. The Walgreens employee took a new photo for me on the spot, and I was able to send it to the government. I decided not to pick up the photo that IVisa had sent to Walgreens, and they ended up trashing it for me.

When I contacted IVisa to ask for a refund, they refused to give me one. They offered to send me another edited photo to see if I would like it better, but I told them that it was too late and that I didn't need another photo. They just copied and pasted their refund policy to me and refused to consider giving me a refund.

I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service that I received from IVisa. It felt like I was talking to a robot instead of a human being. I would not recommend using this company for your passport photos. The quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse. Don't waste your time and money!

In my case, I was charged a government fee even though the evisa for South Africa is free of charge.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering using IVisa to think twice. Their service is not worth the money and there are better options available. Don't fall for their false advertising and positive reviews. Do your research and apply directly through the government website if possible.

My name is Crystal, residing in Singapore. On 30 March 2024, I planned a day trip to Johor Baru, Malaysia, with my family and our Myanmar national helper.

Given the urgent nature of our trip, I sought to expedite the visa application process for my helper. In my search, I discovered the platform iVisa, which promised visa issuance within 30 minutes. Trusting their service, I proceeded to pay SGD $149.79.

Within the promised timeframe, I received a notification indicating my application was approved, accompanied by a document termed as a Digital Arrival Card. Upon further inspection, I realized this document, which should be issued free of charge, was all that was provided—no actual visa was included, despite the deduction of the fee from my account.

Understanding the situation, I hereby request a full refund from iVisa, as the service did not deliver the promised visa, but charged me for a free document instead.

This company says they provide an online passport renewal but all they do is have you complete the same application that you can print for free, you upload your photos which you would think would get to Gov’t of Canada but that is not the case. You have to print them a specific size, along with the application and mail it all anyway. They charge $70 CAD for this. Don’t waist your time or your money. Now this website has my most personal information and they don’t submit anything digitally.

I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with IVisa. I mean, I've never been one to write a bad review, but this company really rubbed me the wrong way. I'm starting to wonder if they're blocking negative reviews on other sites, because there's no way they're getting all these glowing reviews from satisfied customers.

Here's the deal: every service they provided us was already available for free through the US government. I mean, seriously, why pay for something you can get for free? It just doesn't make sense to me. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer out of them.

Honestly, save yourself the headache and look into what you actually need before turning to IVisa. And if you do need help, there are plenty of other companies out there that can provide better service at a more reasonable price.
