Management truly views the service from our perspective, has always been courteous, and always provides well-trained and efficient workers. The cleaners have consistently done an excellent job. Great service! They are always so polite and professional; the house always looks amazing after each clean. I cannot recommend this service enough. It's Maid Day has been cleaning for me for about 18 months and I've always been happy with them. Today I had Sarah and Crystal who may be the best team I've had yet. Hope they stay as a team. As many have said they are prompt not only in arrival but in communicating any issues with the team coming on time. The company always works with me when I have a schedule conflict.

I have longed to have someone come in and clean my house at least once a month. So, I finally took a chance and booked an appointment with It's Maid Day to test it out. Three people showed up on the day of my appointment and went right to work. They did a great job and I will definitely reach out to book my monthly appointments. WELL worth the money to save me some time!

I have had It's Maid Day for several years and have been very satisfied. Deborah has been my team leader the whole time. She is punctual, pleasant, professional, very thorough in her work and a good leader for her team. The office is accommodating if I need to change my day or time and they send emails to remind me of their arrival time. I highly recommend It's Maid Day.

We've been It's Maid Day customers for several years and have been very happy with their services. We had an especially good cleaning on 2/26 when the team of Gisela and TeKjra cleaned our home. They are new to us and we wanted to give them a shout out for the great job they did. They showed real attention to detail and were so profession. Looking forward tot he next time!

What a great experience! Our team arrived right on time, got right to work and asked if there were any personal preferences. They worked consistently and even finished an hour early, which reduced our cost! The ladies who did the cleaning were very professional yet personable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning company. I am becoming a regular customer!

I had my first cleaning today and what a great job. Kathy and Cilia arrived right on time, they were extremely polite, they did a great walkthrough with me of what I needed and/or didn't want done, performed each task to perfection and left my home is great order and cleaner than ever. The price was terrific and I definitely got more than expected. I can't wait to have them back again.

The maids that came to our house, Chantel and Asia were awesome. I cannot compliment them enough. They took their time and got every last bit of dirt. They were also a delight to have in the house. We didn't have to leave, and they eased around us without disrupting anything about our day. They interacted like humans, not cleaning robots, and made it all look so easy. I wholeheartedly recommend this team!

I have used It's Maid Day for several years. It has been a rotating crew over most of that time period but that hasn't been an issue for them. Each team who comes in is aware of what they need to do and get right to work. Everyone I have come in contact has been pleasant and professional and that includes Crystal & Donna who were here today. There was a 3rd person here today but I did not get her name unfortunately.

I think that It's A Maids Day is a very good company. The group (Team#1) that cleaned my house was excellent in their cleaning duties. They were very professional & courteous in the way they took care of their customers. This was the first time I used this cleaning company, & it won't be the last time either. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a very good cleaning of their house or business. Thanks, for the great job you did. See you in 2 weeks for my next cleaning.

Overall the "core clean" service provided by It's Maid Day is a good value and gives me time to focus on work and family. Thanks to the It's Maid Day team for doing a great job as always. I can count on the maids showing up on the scheduled day and doing a consistently good job. The core clean doesn't include a lot of things, but you can always upgrade your cleaning to Deluxe, Spring Clean, etc. I usually rotate my "core" room between the master bedroom and living room. I look forward to having the maids do a Spring Cleaning maybe twice a year.

I have used Its Maid Day for the last several years. Every other week, a team of energetic professional cleaning ladies arrive at their appointed time and immediately begin performing magic in my home. Even tho they have a itemized list of what to do, they always ask if I need anything particular done and then they jump into action. My dog Dusty, my husband, and I look forward to seeing Michelle, Minnie, Rebecca and Deborah, along with their teammates when they knock on our door because we know that our home will look great!

The personnel are excellent. The staff schedule the work are very nice, and will accommodate you if you have specific needs. They visit the home first to understand any unique situations, including cleaning around antiques, etc. The cleaning crews have always been very polite, on time, and seem genuinely happy in their work. The two-person crews always work well together and ensure that everything is accomplished via a detailed checklist. We have used them for several years and are happy they can continue to be available to us. Recently Rosa and Deborah have done an excellent job. It is a pleasure to have someone who really cares about your home as much as you do.

It's Maid Day ,Home cleaning services was a slam dunk! I was skeptical having strangers in my home and if they would do a good job or not . Lashawna and Bree we're phenomenal! The ladies came with all their cleaning supplies right on scheduled cleaning ! They had their masks on which with covid-19 is a must ! They were extremely polite and professional! My house smells so great ! I did the spring clean and they were cleaning for about 3 hours . I highly recommend these ladies and the company ! I signed up for reoccurring cleaning and with their amazing prices and discounts going on now I am extremely happy with the professional staff and Company. Thank you It's Maid Day !

They arrived exact on time today, had everything they needed to clean every aspect of our home. They were very friendly and listened to what were the problem areas of the home. Our master shower has been a pain to get and keep clean since we moved in and they got it as best it could possibly be! I don't normally work from home but was here while they were and felt so bad for being in their way. We also have two furry dogs (who were in daycare during the cleaning) and I can never keep up with dog hair so I'm sure that was a NIGHTMARE for them too, but they seemed to handle everything with easy and speed! I really appreciate the Spring clean and look forward to having them come again soon! They were truly amazing! 10/10!
