Italeau review: Lume Deodorant

Before you decide to make a purchase from Italeau please read customer reviews on the Better Business Bureau's website. I experienced what so many others who ordered from Italeau described on the BBB website. I ordered a pair of booties from Italeau ion early 2023. After two months when I hadn't received the boots I wrote to Italeau for an update. I received a response indicating that the boots would not be available for two more months, I canceled my order. I received a response that a refund was being processed. That was in May of 2023. It is now mid September, I haven't received a refund and Italeau doesn't respond to my queries. Additionally I sent back a pair of boots for a refund and hav not received payment for the return.
