iPhoneSpecialist.co.uk review: Lost my phone

I took my iPhone to iPhoneSpecialist.co.uk because I needed fast screen repair. The repair took 10 days instead of 3-4 they promised at the beginning. The next day I took the phone from the service center it broke up again. I sent phone back to them asking free repair. Today they called to tell they lost my phone.
