On September 9, I traded in my car for a pickup. I did everything I was supposed to do, got all the paperwork that I was supposed to get. The device was swapped successfully to the new vehicle. I went to the registry to register the new truck with all of the appropriate paperwork and they wouldn't register my truck. Even though the IID was already installed in the new truck, the electronic notification that Intoxalock sent the registry which was to update the registry as to which vehicle the IID was installed in. Instead of sending the notification that the IID was installed in the new pickup (which it was), they sent a notification that it was installed back into the car that I traded in making it impossible to register the new truck. It is 10/24. I haven't had a car on the road since September 9. My life is literally falling apart right now. Cant make it to appointments, school, the grocery store. Transportation has cost me over $1000 as a result of not being able to drive. I still have to have the truck towed to the shop every month to get it calibrated. The customer service (if you can even call it that) is horrendous. I printed out my call logs from AT&T to send to Intoxalock and I have spent a combined total (up until yesterday) of 479 minutes on the phone with Intoxalock spanning over 27 phone calls since 9 September. I have been talked down to, talked over by the customer service agents. I have been hung up on, put on hold several times for approx. 45 min and then hung up on. I have sent complaint letters to TWO different customer service numbers and received no reply. The customer service agents don't care at all or are TOTALLY unequipped to handle problems. They mostly just say whatever they think that I want to hear so they can get me off the phone. The problem has been 'escalated' several times to the management only to end up back at square one. At least 3 supervisors said that they would get more information and call me back, none did. Im reaching out, if anybody knows how to solve this or has ANY ideas. I am still paying all my bills. I still have to get the IID handset recalibrated every month, but I cant drive my truck until Intoxalock sends the correct notification to my registry. Please help.

Desired outcome: To have an 'electronic install notification' to the RMV. Not the vehicle swap certificate that I get from the installer and bring to the registry, the notification that Intoxalock sends directly to the RMV corrected
