So, I ordered some stuff from Inspired Home and they took my money, but now they won't tell me when my stuff is gonna come. I tried to talk to someone, but all I got was a bunch of robot messages and some dumb chat thing that didn't help at all. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'm so frustrated right now.

So, I was looking for a nice vanity chair and I stumbled upon Inspired Home. I ordered one about a week ago and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the service. I didn't get any tracking information and the contact center wasn't much help either. It's been a week and I still haven't received my chair. I mean, come on, they already took my money! I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

So, I bought this lamp from Inspired Home and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed when I found out that it was missing some parts. Like, come on, man! How are you gonna sell me a brand new lamp and not even include all the pieces? I mean, I'm not exactly a handyman or anything, but I know enough to realize that something's not right when I'm missing parts E and F.

Anyway, I reached out to them to let them know what was up and they told me that they didn't have those parts and that I would need to buy them from another vendor. Like, what kind of customer service is that? I mean, I get that mistakes happen and all, but the least they could do is make it right. Instead, they just told me to go spend more money somewhere else and then they would credit me back. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Inspired Home. I was really excited to get this lamp and now I'm just left feeling frustrated and let down. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

So, I bought a desk from Inspired Home and it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. But guess what? They delivered it to the wrong address! Can you believe it? I was so mad. I sent them a video and picture of my house front, but they never sent it to FedEx. Later, I found out that they made a late claim to FedEx. What a mess! And to make matters worse, they refused to refund my money. The only reason they gave was that FedEx refused. What kind of customer service is that? They never followed up with me and I lost $500. Now, I have to go to small claims court to try and resolve this. It's just not right.

I gotta say, I agree with the other folks who've left reviews here - steer clear of Inspired Home. I ordered a piece of furniture back in April, and when it arrived, it was all busted up. I had to go back and forth with them for weeks, sending pictures and all that, before they finally agreed to take it back. They sent a delivery service to pick it up in June, and that's the last I heard from them. It's now November, and they're still jerking me around about the return. They keep saying they can't find it, even though they're the ones who authorized the return and picked it up from their own warehouse. I've been emailing and messaging them, but they've stopped responding altogether. And don't even bother trying to call - nobody ever picks up, and they don't return voicemails. It's like they just don't care about their customers at all. Honestly, it's ridiculous how little they seem to care about resolving issues. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend Inspired Home to anyone. Their customer service is just plain terrible. I mean, I've dealt with some pretty bad customer service before, but this takes the cake.

So here's what happened. I ordered a sofa from Lowe's, and Inspired Home was the vendor. I took the whole day off to wait for the delivery, but it never came. When I called Lowe's to get tracking info, they told me to contact Inspired Home.

That's when the real nightmare began. It took me 10 days and 13 emails and phone calls just to get a tracking number. And when I finally got it, it turned out to be for an item going to a completely different state than mine. So now I have no idea where my sofa is or when it's going to be delivered.

I've tried calling and emailing Inspired Home multiple times, but they just won't respond. And Lowe's isn't any help either. It's been almost a month since I ordered the sofa, and I'm still in the dark about when I'll actually receive it.

Honestly, I'm just so frustrated with this whole situation. Inspired Home was quick to take my money, but when it comes to delivery and customer service, they're completely useless. If you can avoid dealing with them, I would highly recommend it.
