The pre inspection communications were excellent, even above expectation, as they were asked, after hours and within 16 hours of the confirmed appointment, to move out the appointment by one day, which they did. Inspect360 was on time, finished a bit early, was friendly, professional and thorough in his work and presentation wrap up with our clients, and had the report to us and our clients within a few hours of the wrap up.
