This company Did a horrible job. Every employee that works their is not helpful. The Owners Karin Thyssen and Manfred Thyssen are incompetant. I have had to file a lawsuit due to the damage the caused.

I have a company named Spirax and they screwed me out of money also.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Dr. Burkhardt is an intelligent engineer who just wanted to do good business in America (he's German). The Thyssens took advantage of him because they too are German.
These people are the craziest scam artists in the world. Liars and Thieves. I really can't believe they get away with so much dishonesty. Just pains me to know that innocent victims are being used to fund their lavish lifestyles. Manfred has to hide the boat and trailer in the company's garage so it doesn't get repossessed by the bank. Hilarious...but extremely sad, albeit pathetic.
What is the need to keep defending yourself Thyssen family? Always on the defense - isn't a good trait or position in life... Especially, when we all have complete indisputable proof that you all have a problem that you seriously need to dig deep in correcting. If you don't own up and correct your actions by first admitting that you business practices are very unethical and just plane wrong - you will never get out of the black hole you have dug yourselves into time after time. besides everything else you all need to fix internally, don't forget that forgery is a federal offense...

YES we do owe Vaillant money, however ask Mr. Burnhardt of Vaillaint why he sold us panels that were not SRCC Certified and gave us the run around on when they would be approved. We later find out that they pulled one of the models out of the SRCC certification process unable to process state and federal incentives for our customer causing us to pay the rebate money back to our customer. As I always say people like jbrjaw and Iknowthetruthaboutime are ###, you idiots hide behind a user name to scared to put your identity out there knowing that you will be sued and your accusations are false. You have no proof of anything that's why you post ### on these sites and do not use reputable sites. Like you said Karma will seek its little head, for us not so much since we know the truth and have actual proof for anyone to see.
Karma, pay-back, and all that crap may not happen to these so called electrical contracting vultures - that's reality. Besides the case we've built with a tremendous amount of evidence (displayed) these fools still run and run and run, but putting a lien and a writ of execution on everything they own will be well worth knowing the law will catch up with them as it always does...

Regardless of what anyone from this company tells you, please run the other way before it's too late. I have nothing personal against the owners of IME, in fact Karen Thyssen can be a very pleasant lady; but personal feelings aside, this company has either no idea what "good" business is, or no intention of doing it. For instance, they don't pay any of their vendors on time (or at all) and worse yet, they act justified in doing so. Ex: it took them several months to pay their website designer even though he had done everything to the satisfaction of IME. Also, they created a partnership with "Vaillant Solar Systems" (located in Solana Beach, CA) and if you merely mention the name "IME" or "Karen Thyssen" to them today, you'll see a clear souring of their face. They bounced checks to their employees and in some cases refused to pay them at all. While very little Net Revenue was made by the company, Manfred Thyssen Jr. continues to make lavish purchases like a luxury SUV, large boat and trailer, and greatly expands the office to give pretense of actually doing good and regular business. Manfred Thyssen Jr. works under the guise of Manfred Thyssen (Sr.) whom has no active involvement in IME. When you hear of horror stories of unsavory contractors, this company should immediately come to mind. I have nothing to gain from speaking the truth about IME and its owners. I merely caution, "Proceed At Your Own Risk!"
There is a pending disciplinary action with the Contractors State Licensing Board against them.. We were VERY unhappy with the way they do business. They use threats and we heard from the supplier of the panels that they did not pay for them.
janedoejane, Who are you and what company? Why are you hiding behind a username? Have you filed a small claims action against us to "collect your money"
I heard that Innovative does not pay their own bills. I have been calling for two years trying to collect on an invoice and have not had even 1 response in the last year and half. At first, I was told several times that it was in the mail, now ican't even get anyone on the phone but a receptionist, who supposidely doesn't know anything, but allows me to leave more messages. Very unprofessional.
And that is why your are being counter sued for breach of contract:-)
If any one has an issue with Heating & Air Technology of Ca or IME, Inc please let us know. Heating & Air Technology has hundereds of many satisfied customers. There are a few fradulant people on this site throwing some huge accusations around I know exactly who they are. Like they say there are two sides to every story. There is one person on this site that we are currently foreclosing thier house since they did not pay for work done on thier house. Thier slander is only anger. Manfred Thyssen Senior is fully active in the company, the accusations have no merit and proof.
The other person recived materials for the worked performed and is in breach of thier contract by not holding up to thier end of the deal. Since this matter is also being handled in court I will not mention names.
In final IME, Inc has not screwed anyone out of money owed to them, if you feel that we have then be a professional buisness person and contact me and we can resolve the issue.
