Just placed another order from them- actually I just called them and I wanted to know what was the best printer for photographs. The spent a lot of time with me and explained the differences between the inks. They did NOT rush off the phone, in fact they told me what printer to but and where I could get the best price. I ended up buying a pro 200 and a CIS from inkproducts.com . They have a great installation video that I watched while I was on the phone with them and they answered all my questions. This is my second purchase from the. Can't wait to get my CIS and my new pro 200 in the mail. Their customer service is superb.

Just purchased a TR8622a based on inkproducts.com recommendations and I have to admit that it is a great printer. I also purchased a CIS (continuous ink system) from Inkproducts.com and it work like a charm. it was shipped to be extremely quick and installation was a breeze. It came with full color picture instructions and they even have an installation video to follow. I am very satisfied with their service. I told my brother and he just bought the same thing I did as well.

I have tried other after market ink sites. And they never answer any questions they just want to sell something to you. I found out about inkproducts.com they were very helpful with my questions. My hp printer was not working, the tech support at inkproducts told me to try a couple of things and got me up and running again. So I purchased one of there ink kits and it was simple to refill and had great printing quality. And the coast was very economical. I will never buy over priced ink again. Very happy with there service.

I bought the Epson Sublimation CISS system from InkProducts and I gotta say, it was a real bummer. After only one day of use, my printer got all clogged up. I recently had an experience with InkProducts and it was not a good one. I recently purchased the Ink Refill Kit from InkProducts for my Brother printer that uses the LC3011 and LC3013 cartridges. The kit came with a 130 ml bottle of Ultra Pro True color ink Pigment Black, which is waterproof, and three 70 ml bottles of Ultra Pro True color Dye-Based ink in Yellow, Magenta, and Cyan. Additionally, the kit included a set of XL Super Size Refillable Cartridges with Resettable COC Smart Chip Installed, and four syringes with refill tips for filling the cartridges. The step-by-step color photo instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to fill the cartridges without any issues.

I was pleased to find that the XL cartridges hold more ink than the original Brother cartridges, which means I won't have to refill them as often. However, I did run into some problems when the printer said the cartridge was empty, even though I had only used it once. I tried following the instructions provided, but they were quite weak and didn't help me resolve the issue. I even tried calling customer service, but they weren't much help either. I ended up buying a chip resetter, but unfortunately, it didn't reset their chip.

It arrived a week later, but when I started to install it, I noticed that there were a lot of inconsistencies with the product compared to the video tutorial. For example, all the hoses were installed backwards, which made it difficult to fit into my printer with the correct hose orientation. Unfortunately, my printer rejected it entirely, and I received countless errors.

I tried calling the company for troubleshooting, but I couldn't get through to anyone. Their voice mailbox was full, and they even hung up on me mid-ring multiple times. I was getting frustrated, so I decided to write an email and put in a PayPal refund dispute.

After a while, I received a call from someone who I presume was the owner, as he had the same voice as in the video tutorial. At first, I tried to be patient, but he immediately called me names like "idiot," "ugly," and "scam artist." I was shocked by his hostility, and I was willing to remove the dispute with some help and a quick walk-through. However, he continued to be rude and unprofessional.

He even said to me, "you're the type of person who thinks nothing is ever your fault, it's always somebody else's fault." I couldn't believe it. He must have high blood pressure or something. I hope he can get the help he needs to relax and make his business succeed.

In conclusion, I would not recommend InkProducts. Instead, I suggest using www.precisioncolors.com. They have great customer service and high-quality products.

I bought 2 ink refill kits for my inkjet printers from InkProducts. I chose this company because they said their products were made in the USA. The online tutorial on how to use the kits was helpful. One of the kits had an electronic part that reset the ink cartridge chip back to full. It worked for 3 resets and then stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement. But the replacement was the same as the first one and it also stopped working after 3 resets. I spent $20 on new batteries, but that didn't fix the problem. Then I realized that the refill kit was missing a bottle of ink. It was supposed to have 8 bottles, but it only had 7. I contacted customer service again and they said they would send me a new chip resetter when it arrived from China.

A month went by without any contact, so I sent an email. They said the chip resetter had just arrived and they would send it the next day along with the missing ink. But I had to wait another month and when I called, they said Tom would call me back, but he never did. I sent another email and they said they couldn't send me the part if they didn't have it. I offered to send everything back for a refund, but they only refunded me $12 for the chip resetter.

Now I have 8 bottles of useless ink because I can't reset the chips for the printer to recognize the ink is full. I ordered on September 1, 2015, and the missing ink arrived on December 18, 2015. It took a long time to get everything sorted out and I have the entire email conversation if anyone wants to see it.

Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the product. The chip resetter didn't work and the missing ink made the situation worse. I wouldn't recommend InkProducts to anyone.

He was very helpful and convinced me to buy a refill bundle without the chip resetter because it was easier. I love easy technology, so I went for it. The kit cost me around $70, and I received it with no problems.

As time went on, I slowly replaced my starter ink cartridges with the refillable ink cartridges I bought from InkProducts. However, when I got to the last one (yellow), my printer would not read it. I was frustrated and emailed them to ask why it wasn't working when I had just taken it out of the packaging. I was hoping they would tell me how to fix it or, worst-case scenario, replace just the one cartridge. Unfortunately, they told me to try one thing, but it didn't work. When I replied that it didn't work, they sent me a link to buy a new one from them!

If they truly cared about their customers or wanted return customers, they could have let me return at least the yellow ink bottle and the yellow ink cartridge to show that I had never even used it before that day. I even sent them an image of the full yellow bottle and my printer showing a red X indicating that the cartridge could not be read. It was disappointing to see that they did not stand behind their product.

I ordered from InkProducts instead of Amazon because I wanted to support smaller companies and because they claim to be an all-American company. However, trying to support the American dream just isn't worth it anymore when companies don't stand behind their product. I will never be ordering anything from them again.

If you're considering ordering from InkProducts, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I found the same products online with warranties for less! This is what I get for paying a little more to assist in helping the little guys.

I bought a CISS SYSTEM from inkproducts.com back in 2018 for my new printer. Unfortunately, the system never seemed to work right. I'm no stranger to working with CISS systems, but this one just wouldn't cooperate. I reached out to the folks at inkproducts.com for help, but they didn't seem interested in resolving my issue.
