I gotta say, Industry West is the real deal when it comes to furniture. We snagged some barstools from them and they did not disappoint. The delivery was on point, just like they said it would be. And let me tell you, these stools are solid. Like, really solid. You can tell they're made with quality materials and craftsmanship. And the best part? They don't look cheap at all. They're stylish and sleek, and they fit perfectly in our kitchen. Overall, we're super happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Industry West to anyone looking for high-quality furniture.

Industry West is a company that sells furniture and home decor. We recently purchased a sofa from them and unfortunately, it was not very comfortable. In fact, it was one of the less comfortable sofas we have ever sat on. It was not worth the money we spent on it. We have purchased furniture from Ikea before and it looks like a luxury company compared to Industry West.

To make matters worse, the customer service at Industry West is also horrible. We had an issue with our order and when we tried to contact them, it was a nightmare. It took forever to get a response and when we finally did, it was not helpful at all. We also tried to return the merchandise, but it was going to cost us half of the original cost. That is ridiculous!

Overall, we would not recommend purchasing from Industry West. The quality of their products is not worth the price and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your furniture and home decor needs.

Industry West is a company that sells furniture and home decor items. I recently purchased the Arne Console from their website, which they claimed was made of "Solid Walnut Wood." However, upon receiving the product, I quickly realized that it was not what it seemed.

The so-called "Solid Walnut Wood" was actually a cheaply laminated MDF / particleboard. The only parts of the console that were actually made of wood were the drawer fronts and legs. The rest of the console was of such poor quality that it was no better than a $200 piece from IKEA.

When I contacted Industry West to express my disappointment and frustration, I received two emails back insisting that the console was indeed made of 100% Solid Walnut Wood. However, when I asked for more information about the product's makeup and received the product msds, Industry West finally admitted that it was, in fact, made of MDF.

I find this kind of fraud to be completely inexcusable. Not only did Industry West misrepresent their product, but they also refused to honor their return policy. Instead, they seem to enjoy sending me offers of 20% off coupons as a way to distract from their misinformation.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from Industry West. Their dishonesty and lack of customer service make them a company that I cannot trust or support.

I recently purchased some Lyft chairs from INDUSTRY WEST for our showroom. I was excited to receive them, but unfortunately, the quality of the chairs was not up to par with what I had seen on their website. In fact, the chairs looked cheap and the fabric was messy and had gotten everywhere during the assembly process. To make matters worse, the chairs did not come assembled, which was not mentioned in the product description.

Once I finally assembled the chairs, I found that the fabric was extremely itchy and uncomfortable to sit in. I immediately contacted INDUSTRY WEST through their chat feature on their website, but it took them a few days to respond. When they finally did respond, I was informed that there would be a restocking fee and that I would be liable for the cost of shipping the chairs back to them.

I asked if there was a way to ship the chairs back with a shipping label that they would provide and deduct it from our amount, but they said no. I was disappointed to find out that the return shipping would cost $400, which was a significant expense for us. I reached out to INDUSTRY WEST again, hoping that they would make it more feasible for us to return the items, but I was given the same response as before.

I believe that INDUSTRY WEST misrepresented their products on their website, and as a result, they should be covering all the costs associated with the return. While they did waive the restocking fee, they are still sticking us with the cost of returning the items to them, which is not fair.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience was slow and frustrating. It took days for their specialists to respond to my inquiries, and there were issues with the trade discount that I had been promised. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with INDUSTRY WEST, and I will not be referring their company or buying from their site again.
