Indiana Finance Company I have full coverage on my vehicle due to I am paying this car off

I have full coverage on my vehicle due to I am paying this car off. My car payment is $478 a month. I pay weekly $119 and sometimes I pay $238 to get it paid off and continue to pay. I noticed that they tacked on the 2900 bill when I asked them about it they were like that's for a comprehensive insurance I have full coverage insurance through progressive. The lady stated to me that they are charging me this because I had a $2,000 deductible and the deductible was too high for as my progressive insurance so they put this $2,900 bill on my car I would like to have this removed immediately and I feel that they shouldn't be able to try to tell me what type of deductible I can pay. They are not in my pockets they don't know what I do or how much money I have. I have noticed that they have at I will pay and they will add more money onto the bill that I've already paid it'll be the same amount of owing if you continue to take my money and put it somewhere else then how can my car note get paid off.

Indiana Finance Company On 7/26 my vehicle that is financed through Indiana Finance was in an accident resulting in a total loss

On 7/26 my vehicle that is financed through Indiana Finance was in an accident resulting in a total loss. During my purchase at Oak Motors on or around Feb 2018 I was offered GAP insurance at an additional 25 dollars per payment. I accepted and until the accident my vehicle payments made to Indiana Finance were on time. My insurance determined the vehicle was a total loss following the accident and they contacted and payed most of the balance on the loan a total of 6,428.14. This left a balance of just over 1200 dollars which I rec'd a letter from Kathy stating they were waiting on the GAP to finalize for the balance to be paid off. I recently purchased a new car from another dealer and have tried contacting Indiana Finance regarding the current balance and the daily interest that keeps being added. No one will return my call except to continuously call me about them getting me into a new car, even though I have told them I already purchased a vehicle. When I spoke to Kathy to get some kind of letter saying the balance is paid ( I needed this for my new finance company) she sent me a letter as described above and told me she couldnt give me any other documents. I paid 25 dollars twice a month for GAP coverage for well over 2 years.

Indiana Finance Company My debit card was lost

My debit card was lost. I contacted Indiana Finance and explained to them. Told them my vehicle was actually at the dealership getting fixed and I had to pay for a rental but I would pay in cash when picked up my vehicle. I was unable to go that Monday and pay do to not being able to get off work. I work in healthcare during a pandemic!. I made arrangements with my boss to go into work late on Wednesday and pay it. I sent an email on Tuesday explaining I would be there at 7 am to pay. I go out to leave that morning and it was gone. I transferred money to my PayPal and paid $150 online. please keep in mind I had sent them previous emails asking if I could pay with my PayPal cash card and never got a response. I took $400 out of my account the day before so I can make my payment in person that next morning. So I only had $151 in my bank account. So when I realized my car was gone I transferred the money to my PayPal cash card and tried paying it over the phone and it was successful. I was assured when I explained to them that I went ahead and paid 150 over the phone and was trying to get there to give them their money they would give me my card back because I have all of this documentation of mean telling them I was coming in to pay it Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. I was then told very rudely are there customer service representative and also buy an account manager supervisor to get my car back I had to pay $12,000. My documentation shows I was not trying to dodge out of my payment. working in healthcare during a national pandemic and losing my debit card made it hard to get there to a certain location. If they would have answered me in the first place in about paying with PayPal cash card I would have done that. I explained to them I was not trying to dodge out of a payment and I have the cash on me and if I can just come down and pay it all would they please release my car back to me. I was told in their words that's not my problem you have to pay $12,000 to get it back. I need my vehicle back and I need help from you guys to talk to your Superior.

Indiana Finance Company i work at a jail and we were hit really bad with Covid-19 so alot of employees were out sick

i work at a jail and we were hit really bad with Covid-19 so alot of employees were out sick. I unfortunately was one who was very sick with covid-19. I was unable to communicate for over a month due to my illness but ion my vm i have my daughters number because she can relay the message and i also have my mother number. I got a email saying im 27 days deliquent but i have been out of work . I am just now getting back to work trying to get caught up on all bills and every single bill i have there has been no problem about being late until i spoke to Melissa M Relationship Manager and tried to explain to her my situation and she basically said it aint her problem and that maybe i should not count on my daughter to relay messages. I also asked her did she talk to my mom who number she also has but she stated all she did was call once and left a message. she was very rude and disrespectul, and to tell someone who dang near lost life that it isnt her problem is just beyond me. How can someone communicate when very sick. Then she had the nerves to tell me to stop talking while im asking her questions. I never felt so degraded by a person who is suppose to be a manager. Covid-19 is no joke i is real and i was very sick and high rish due to diabetes and my heart condition. She admitted to calling my references one time so how do you expect to hear back, and from my daughter and mother says they dont have any messages from anyone at this company. I have only had this car since february and already had to have the radiator replaced that has been bad since i got the car but was told it was just oil spilled from an oil change because i smelled burning, i had to replace the whole radiator hose within 3 months of having the car then on top of that the brakes. I spent well over $800 3 months into having the car which is just sad, and i shouldnt of had to do that. thats 4 car payments right there. But to be talked to the way i was by her is unacceptable and instead of being rude it would have been nice to be asked was i ok. Im trying my best to get caught up on all my bills. No one asked for covid-19 and no one expects to get sick from it. I am am essential employee so I had no choice but to show up to work until i could not anymore while sick once i caught the virus. Just pitiful she was and she really need to have better people skills because she does not know what someone is going through during this pandemic.
