I was looking to downsize so I needed to sell my home of 50 plus years .. They were efficient and had great work ethics .. No hidden agenda .. it was a quick process and I was given exactly what they had quoted ..

Me and my wife, we had this real uncomfortable situation where we had to sell my mom's old townhouse real quick, and we were in a whole 'nother state, mind you. Let me tell ya, that place was a real mess, like it needed a whole makeover. I wasn't lookin' forward to all the time and effort it would take to sell it, you know? But then this guy Josh *** came along and, I gotta say, he did us a solid. In just a few days, he found a buyer who was willin' to take the house as is, and he even got us the price we wanted. And let me tell ya, he did it all with a real professional attitude and he was real sensitive to our situation. I gotta say, I'd recommend Josh to anyone lookin' to sell their house, no matter what the deal is.

I gotta say, Josh and his crew at Impact Home Team were a real pleasure to work with. As a retired business school prof, I got pretty high standards for how companies should do their thing, and let me tell ya, these guys went above and beyond. We bought this row home in Baltimore from our daughter to help her out with her new crib in Annapolis. We didn't wanna deal with all the fixin' up and stuff to sell it for a profit. Our main goal was to sell it quick and get a fair price. Well, Josh's team came through and negotiated a fair deal for us. They even hooked us up with their dumpsters, so we didn't have to make a trip to the dump. That saved us a bunch of hassle, let me tell ya. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I'd totally recommend giving Josh a shout. He's the real deal.

I got this card in the mail on June 4 from *** Lutherville Timonium MD 21093, 410-***. The card says they're a local company that buys houses. They texted me back on January 2. I texted them to take me off their phone or contact list, but now I keep getting cards from them. They're trying to buy my house, even though it's not for sale. My house has never been on the market. I don't want to keep getting these cards trying to buy my house. I have no plans to sell, so I don't want to keep getting these cards. It's a waste of their time, energy, and money to send me these cards, and it's not good for the environment to keep throwing them away. Please make sure they PERMANENTLY take me off their physical mailing, phone, and contact lists.

In October, I hit up Impact Home Team 'bout buyin' our crib in Indiana. I talked to a few peeps and finally chatted with Ashley who gave me an offer for our crib. She said they gonna send the papers 'lectronically for us to sign. We signed 'em in November. At the start of December, I got a notice from Docusign sayin' the paper got canceled. I dunno if the deal got canceled or not, so I tried contactin' the company in every way possible, usin' all the numbers and methods I could find. I just wanna know if the deal got canceled by the "buyer," Impact Home Team, and if they ain't plannin' on buyin' our property no more. But I ain't got no answers, no callbacks, no emails, no messages. I just need confirmation, ya know?
