Been livin' in our Covington Home for nine years now and it's still as beautiful as the day we moved in! It's just perfect for our family and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The design and construction are top-notch, and we've had no issues at all. We always tell our friends and family to check out Covington Homes if they're lookin' for a new place to call home. Highly recommend!

Covington Homes builds good quality homes that are well made. I found that they are a pro organization that works hard for all their customers. They take pride in providing excellent service. Grace *** provides strong leadership and demonstrates high integrity which shows within the organization. The communication and follow through are top notch. They build in great communities. I highly recommend Covington Homes as your future home builder.

Covington Homes did a great job on my home. *** did the bids and ***, the owner, was great to work with. They did everything quick and professional. I'm happy with the quality of work and materials. Their homes are great with good floorpans and a good community. I recommend them to anyone who wants to build in ***.

I'm a home owner in many states and couldn't inspect every building phase. Luckily, Garrett (sales manager) and Nick (project manager) took care of it for me. They'd check in with my wife or me to ensure our ideas were met. The walk through was easy since everything was perfect. Ron and Grace Covington, the home builders, are gems. If you meet them, you'll see why their homes are built with dedication and precision.

Covington Homes is a great company. They're locally owned and operated, and their quality and attention to detail is amazing. The personal touch they bring made me feel at home. I wasn't just another number like some of the big builders. Whenever there was an issue, they were quick to address it or clarify any information needed. This was impressive, especially during the last two years when there were massive supply chain issues and labor shortages across the country. I'm grateful to the entire Covington Team and Family for all they've done in the building industry and the community.

I'm building with Covington Homes and it's been a long process. I picked out my stuff in April and gave them a check to make sure I got what I wanted. But now, 7 months later, they're telling me the cabinets I picked aren't available anymore. They say they didn't order them because they didn't have anywhere to put them. I thought they'd have a warehouse or something for this kind of thing. They won't admit they messed up and won't order the cabinets I want. I asked them to just get something similar and paint it the same color, but they won't do it. It's frustrating and they don't seem to care.

We just moved to the area and decided to build a new home with Covington Homes. We were a bit nervous since it had been a while since we built a home from scratch, but the team at Covington was super helpful throughout the whole process. They were there for us every step of the way and helped us make all the important decisions. Our new home is amazing and has all the personal touches we wanted. The quality is top-notch and we couldn't be happier.

What really sets Covington Homes apart is how they treat their homeowners. They made us feel like part of their family and even invited us to events to meet our new neighbors. We've owned homes in other communities with big builders, but we've never seen this level of commitment to the community after move-in.

If you're looking to build a home in the area, we highly recommend Covington Homes. They were wonderful to work with and we give them 5 stars!

I live in my Covington Home for almost a year now and I would definitely recommend Covington Homes as your home builder! You won't get a perfect product when building a new home, but I would say our experience was pretty close. I loved the open ranch floor plan and all the beautiful upgrades and quality of home. There are special touches throughout the home that set them apart from many other builders in the area. We bought many homes throughout the years including a custom build and this process was very easy. The entire team was informative, responsive, and they walked us through every step. Even on the warranty end, they addressed our landscaping issues and when weather allowed they replaced our trees. In my experience they will listen to your concerns and address them. Not only do I love this company as a home builder, but I love what they do for our community and all they give back. They host numerous events throughout the year especially for the homeowners as a special thank you and a great way for us to connect with other homeowners. The past couple years have been a challenging time and some people are just unrealistic and bitter. We bought during this time and couldn't be more pleased with our purchase, our beautiful home, and lovely neighborhood. Thank you Covington Homes and Team!

Don't go with Covington Homes if you love your crib and ride. They installed a driveway that only works for raised vehicles, not standard ones. We told them about it during the initial walk-through, but they didn't care. Now, our 2019 dodge challenger barely clears it, scraping the bumper and undercarriage, while our 2019 *** Corolla can't even make it up without hitting the driveway. They won't fix it, even though their warranty says they have to fix "common elements to provide the functions that can reasonably be expected in such a home or common element." We're stuck either damaging our cars or parking on the street, which violates HOA policies and will get us fined/towed. Covington Homes has been a nightmare to work with, except for one employee. We're either going to have to scrape up some cash to fix it ourselves, risk getting fined/towed, tolerate damage to our cars, or move out of our new home. Don't use Covington Homes if you want a good home and a respectful company.

Covington Homes is not a good company to build with. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the warranty department, to sales, to the owners who are no where to be found, this business needs to be shut down. Our family regrets building with Covington in *** Ranch. We had an awful experience and continue to find something new everyday that is wrong with this home. Our troubles began with the move in process where they rushed us into an unfinished home before the end of the year for their benefit. Our basement flooded with sewage on day 10 of living here. Poorly done finishes within the home that needed to be done correctly AFTER we moved in. The grading of the backyard causing our backyard to flood every time it rains or someone above us waters their yard...also sink hole needing to be corrected in our back yard...everyday it is something new with these people. Carry and Lenka are useless once you close on your home; they will ignore all requests and emails. Darrell leaves things half assed then disappears as well. Anne in the warranty department got caught sending a rude email about me... Rod and Rayan have been helpful, but ultimately we are super unhappy with this large purchase and would never recommend anyone build with Covington. Don't waste your money. Also, everything in this neighborhood is sinking! Backyards and sidewalks. We have had our backyard fixed two times because of sinking around the window well and this second time, it spread to under our turf, and they refused to replace the crushed rock under the turf, so because of their poor workmanship, we have to take on that financial responsibility and PAY for their mistakes, AGAIN. Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Covington Homes was our choice for building our home because they seemed honest, helpful, and friendly, and their houses were beautiful. We talked to Brian and Carrie in August about timelines for building a house. They said it would take 6 to 8 months and suggested we wait until November to sign a contract. We signed on Nov 6th, and they said the house would be ready for closing in June or July at the latest. But the timeline changed to late August and then mid-September. The build manager blamed Covid and weather, but we had pictures showing no progress for almost 2 months. We complained to Lenka, the manager, about the bad communication and the added problems due to the late timelines. She talked to the owners about reimbursing our out-of-lease fees, but they denied it. They installed an extra sink in the upstairs bathroom after being told not to, and then they removed it and installed a new countertop. They said they couldn't let us keep the sink because it would show "favoritism." Their houses are beautiful, but we wouldn't recommend them because of the terrible communication and long wait times. Don't expect anything extra even if they mess up in the build process. We'll update our review after closing or if anything changes.

Unfortunately, we have had a very bad experience with Covington. Would NOT recommend.

Covington Homes didn't put up the fence around our new home's property. Their workers messed up our backyard with their equipment, but they fixed it. We tried talking to them, but they were mean and kept arguing. We just want them to finish the job and leave us alone. My wife is almost having a baby and Covington Homes is making her stressed out. Last year, I had a problem with erosion under my driveway and sidewalk, so I filed a warranty claim with Covington Homes. They tried to fix it by packing dirt under the concrete, but they didn't compact it properly. As a result, the driveway is sinking and cracking. I submitted another claim recently, but they told me it's out of warranty and my responsibility now. I've had so many issues with the electrical system that I had to rewire every outlet and switch myself. Before that, the breakers would trip every day. Other people in the neighborhood have had the same problem. This will be the fourth time I've had to get the *** to fix the carpet in the master bedroom. We really like the house, but dealing with the warranty and *** has been a real pain.

I was looking for a new home and stumbled upon Covington Homes. I made an appointment on 2/23 and told them what I was looking for. I wanted a yard for my St. Bernard and 4 rooms for my family. They showed me some model homes and said they could meet my requirements, so I signed a contract and paid $16783. But when the foundation was done, I saw a wall right behind my house. I asked about it for months and on 6/9 they finally told me I won't have a good backyard like I wanted.
