1. Vendors sell you accounts with bad login info, then respond to your refund request with, "DENIED." IGVault customer support says "sorry, you needed to contest their denial, your $#*! ed."
2. Vendors sell you accounts that you play on for 30 days, rank up from "Unranked" to "Platinum" over hundreds of hours, then you log in and the vendor has resold your account out from under you, someoen else is playing on your account and reset all your customer hotkeys
WOW IGV, great experience! Thanks! (how much funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, after 30 days on an account, you now get to try to reset all your custom hotkeys and "hope" that whoever has your account details doesn't login again and reset all your settings.
Chat the vendor? They don't respond.
Get the vendor banned? They already have dozens of other aliases, which you find out by purchases from a "Different vendor" who later changes their name to the same as the original con.
IGVault: Purchase from IGvault if you want to waste your time leveling up an account, only to log in and see that the vendor has resold it.
Purchase from IGvault if you love "Unresolved tickets (but they emaileed the vendor!)", and LOVE wasting hundreds of hours on accounts only to have them resold out from under you.

Claimed loss: Vendors sell you accounts w/ bad info, then refuse the refund request. A cursory search of "IGV Reviews" pulls up a limitless supply of similar complaints. IGV is knowingly facilitating stealing from their customers.
Desired outcome: Refund my purchases. Make good on a month of wasted game time on an account that's already been resold. Cleanse your platform of all the scammers. Take your scam site off the internet.
