iFit iFit App Review: Decent Product, But Customer Service Needs Improvement

The iFit app is pretty good, but sometimes it just doesn't work right. It crashes sometimes when I'm in the middle of a workout, which is super frustrating. I've tried to get in touch with iFit customer service, but it's been a real pain in the butt. I can't seem to get through to anyone who can help me with my problem. It's really disappointing that there's no way to leave a review on their website, because I feel like other people should know about these issues.

If you're thinking about ordering from iFit, be careful. I don't think their customer service is very good, and that's a big problem. I've been using this product for a couple of years now, and I haven't had any major issues with it, but I'm not sure if I would order from them again. I think it's important to have good customer service, and iFit just doesn't seem to have that.

Overall, I think iFit is a decent product, but it's not perfect. If you're willing to deal with some occasional glitches and don't mind not being able to get in touch with customer service, then it might be worth checking out. But if you're looking for a product with great customer service and no issues, then you might want to look elsewhere.

iFit iFit Bike Review: Good Bike, Bad App - Beware of Support and Billing Issues

So, I recently purchased a bike from iFit and I must say, the bike itself is pretty good. However, when I decided to sign up for the iFIT app, I ran into some issues. The email account I used got locked out after sign up and I couldn't reset it. It was quite frustrating, but I didn't want to let that stop me from getting the bike up and running. So, I decided to use another email account. But, to my surprise, both accounts required a credit card, even though there was a free 30 day trial period. I thought it was a bit odd, but I figured I had plenty of time to sort it out.

I immediately sent a support request, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response for quite some time. I followed up several times, but still no response. To make matters worse, I was charged twice at the end of the 30 day trial period. I was quite upset and frustrated, but I didn't give up. I continued to follow up with the support team until I finally received a response, two months later. Unfortunately, they couldn't supply a refund for one of the charges as it was against their policy.

After this experience, I decided to look up some reviews on iFIT and I was quite surprised to see that 70% of the reviews were 1 star. Many people had complaints about the support and billing. It was quite disheartening to see so many negative reviews.

In conclusion, if you're planning on purchasing a bike from iFit, I would suggest that you think twice before signing up for the iFIT app. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. Only buy this bike if you don't want to connect to an app.
