Fullscript Company will not allow Complaints

Trying to add other items to an existing order is not allowed. Making separate order takes $$ out of patients pockets into Fullscript pockets... Totally AI driven so patients cannot complain. No benefit to patient at all...

Fullscript Fullscript Unnecessarily Costly for Those Already Suffering From Medical Loss

While my Naturopathic Doctor was fabulous, however, her use of this system reduced my trust. The pricing and quality put me at a disadvantage compared to buying my own products. There was no savings, and the cost was often as much as $10 more per multiple items. It was disheartening and tarnished her reputation as someone partnering for my well being. She knew how I was financially struggling through my illness. I would not recommend fullscript to practitioners or their patients.

Recommendation: To future customers and Pratitioners, I would not recommend fullscript to practioners, stay away from Fullscript or systems that use your trust to gouge you.

Fullscript is a company that's all about doctors and stuff, but let me tell you, they're all about pushing those unnecessary supplements on you. I mean, seriously, my other doctors, the ones I switched to, they all said the same thing. It's like a big ol' scam, you know? So, my advice is to stay far away from buying any products from this company. Like, seriously, don't even think about it. Fullscript Delayed Shipping: Paid for Priority, but Items Didn't Ship Until Monday

I placed an order on Thursday, January 7th, and paid extra for priority shipping. But guess what? The items didn't even ship until the following Monday! Can you believe it? They were supposed to ship on Friday at the latest. Now, I have to wait until January 12th for my order to arrive. That's a whole week! I should have just gone with the free shipping option because that's when it said it would be here. I could have easily used Amazon Prime and had it delivered by last Saturday. Ugh, what a disappointment.

Fullscript Unpaid for Services: Fullscript's Breach of Contract and Lack of Communication

I've been using Fullscript since it started, and let me tell you, I've run into a big problem with this company! I've signed up so many clients and made a good amount of money, around 2 to 4K every month. But now, it's been almost 10 weeks and I still haven't received any payment. Can you believe it? And what's even worse is that they haven't given me any explanation for this mess. It's been two weeks since I reached out to their corporate office in Canada, and guess what? No response! Can you imagine the nerve? I think it's time for me to seek legal help because they've clearly breached our contract. This is just unacceptable!

Fullscript Mixed Quality and Slow Shipping: A Review of Fullscript's Products and Service

The quality of the products I receive from Fullscript depends on what my providers order. Thankfully, most of the products have been pretty good so far. However, I have a suspicion that my provider tends to oversubscribe for the kick-backs they receive. It's a bit concerning, to be honest.

Now, let's talk about shipping. It's quite slow, even when I paid for expedited shipping. Can you believe it took a whole 5 days? And if you don't pay extra, well, be prepared to wait for a week or even more. It makes me wonder if Fullscript caters more to the providers or if they simply don't care about us, the customers.

Sure, they offer a 10% discount for providers, which is nice. But sometimes, I can still find the same products for cheaper prices elsewhere, and I can get them delivered faster too. It's a bit frustrating, to say the least.

Overall, Fullscript has its pros and cons. The quality of the products can vary depending on your provider's choices, and the shipping is definitely not the fastest. Fullscript Shipping Nightmares: Fullscript's Customer Service Falls Short

I gotta say, I've had not one, but two run-ins with shipping issues when dealing with Fullscript. And let me tell ya, it ain't been a walk in the park. The first time around, my order was delayed to the point where I was pullin' my hair out. I had to make countless phone calls just to get things sorted out. It was a real headache, I tell ya.

But wait, it gets better. Or should I say, worse? 'Cause guess what? I had another problem with delivery. This time, I wanted to switch up the delivery method, ya know, try somethin' different. But when I called 'em up, they hit me with this 15-minute window nonsense. Apparently, if I wanted to make the change, I had to do it within that tiny timeframe. Can you believe it?

So, I did what any sane person would do. I talked to not one, not two, but four different agents. And guess what? Not a single one of 'em was willin' to help me out and notify the warehouse about the change. Talk about poor customer service, am I right?

Overall, I gotta say, Fullscript ain't exactly winnin' any awards in the customer service department. If you're lookin' for a smooth and hassle-free experience, you might wanna look elsewhere. Just sayin'.

Fullscript Beware of Fullscript: Doctors Profiting from Supplement Recommendations

I gotta say, I'm really not a fan of the whole concept behind Fullscript. Like seriously, the fact that your own doctor can actually make money off of the supplements they recommend to you is just plain disgusting, if you ask me.

So get this, right? Apparently, these practitioners have the option to give you a sweet discount of up to 35% on the supplements they suggest. But guess what? Most of them would rather pocket a fat 35% commission from your order instead. Can you believe that? It's like they don't even care about your well-being, man. They're just all about that moolah.

I'm telling you, if you don't want to get ripped off, stay far away from Fullscript. You deserve a doctor who's actually in it for your health, not just for the dough. Luckily, I found this amazing doctor who gives all her patients a whopping 35% discount and doesn't make a single penny in commission. Now that's what I call a true healer.

Fullscript Disappointing Experience with Fullscript's Customer Service and Delivery

I gotta say, I was put onto Fullscript by a doc (like, what's the deal with that? Are they getting some kind of kickback or what?). Anyway, my first few orders went pretty smooth, and I even got a sweet discount. They even helped me out when I needed to place an order. But man, my last order was a total letdown. I paid for this item, right? And it said it was delivered. But guess what? I never got it! So naturally, I tried to reach out to customer service. And let me tell you, it was a real pain in the you-know-what to find a way to talk to an actual human being (my previous contact was just replying to an email they sent me). I finally submitted a support ticket, but it's been crickets from them. No response whatsoever. Like, seriously? Can't even get a simple reply? Not cool, Fullscript. Not cool at all.

Fullscript Disappointed with Fullscript's Shipping Policy and Customer Service

I just had my second experience with Fullscript today, and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. When I placed my order, I noticed that there was a shipping fee of $8.75. Now, I'm not one to splurge on unnecessary expenses, so I quickly realized that in order to qualify for free shipping, my order needed to be over $50. Talk about a bummer!

Without wasting any time, I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see if there was anything they could do. I asked if I could add a third product to my order to meet the minimum requirement for free shipping. To my surprise, they were willing to accommodate my request, but there was a catch. They couldn't modify the original order that had already been processed. Instead, they offered me a credit for the third product, which would be sent to me at no additional cost.

While I appreciated their effort to find a solution, I couldn't help but feel a bit frustrated. It's not like I was asking for the moon here, just a simple adjustment to my order. And to make matters worse, they informed me that it would take over a week for my order to arrive at its destination. Seriously, over a week? That's quite a long time to wait, especially when you're eagerly anticipating your purchase.

This whole experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. It seems like as soon as they receive your money, they're unwilling to budge an inch. Fullscript Terrible Customer Service, Ethical Problems, and Constant Supply Issues: A Warning About This Company

This company is like, seriously the worst. Their customer service is just terrible, like, really bad. And let me tell you, they have some serious ethical problems and a major supply problem. I mean, they're always out of stock, like, all the time. And get this, they don't even honor their own sales prices. Can you believe that? So, here's the deal, right? You place an order and then after 21 days, they just go ahead and cancel it. And guess what? When the item is, like, "magically" back in stock the very next day, they won't even give you the sale price you originally paid. How messed up is that?

I mean, come on, this company's whole existence is based on selling supplements. So, how in the world are they constantly out of stock on so many items? It's like they don't even know how to run a business properly. And let me tell you, it gets even worse. They don't even have the decency to honor the sales prices they advertised. They just cancel your order without even waiting for the product to be back in stock. That's just plain wrong, you know?

Honestly, if I had the option, I would give them a negative zero review. Yeah, that's how bad they are. They don't even deserve a single star. So, take my advice and stay far away from this company. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I be orderin' my vitamins and supplements from Fullscript, a company that my doctor be recommendin'. Let me tell ya, they got some quality products, ya know? Not all them supplements be equal, so ya gotta be careful. So, one fine Monday mornin', I be placin' an order, right? But then I be realizin' I forgot to order two more items, dang it! So, I be placin' another order right away, ya feel me? Then I be contactin' 'em through that chat thingy. I be tellin' this dude named Robert what I done did and if they can combine them two orders so I only gotta pay one shippin' fee. Turns out they can't combine 'em, but ya know what? They be refundin' one of them shippin' fees, which be $4.95. Every dollar and cent counts these days, man. Gotta save 'em all, ya know what I'm sayin'?

Now, let me tell ya 'bout somethin' that happened 'bout a year ago. I be expectin' an order to be shipped to my crib, but guess what? It never arrived, man. I be pretty sure some sneaky thief done stole it right off my porch. So, I be callin' up Fullscript and explainin' the whole situation. And you know what they did? They be changin' my shipment address to my workplace and sent me another order, all for free! Can ya believe it? It's like findin' a needle in a haystack to get this kinda customer service these days, I'm tellin' ya. That's why I be a loyal customer, man. Ain't no way I'm leavin' 'em.

So, yeah, Fullscript be the real deal, my friend. They got them quality products, they take care of ya when ya mess up your orders, and they even go above and beyond when somethin' goes wrong with the delivery. I be stickin' with 'em 'cause they be keepin' me healthy and happy. You should give 'em a shot too, ya won't be disappointed. Trust me on that one, bro.

Fullscript Your practitioner is getting commission

The idea that your practitioner is making money off of supplements they provide you for your health is disgusting.

They have the option to give you up to 35% off supplements, my wonderful doctor told me and yet most practitioners rather make 35% commission of your order. If you do not get any discount at all. DO NOT buy from fullscript. Practitioners should be giving you a discount but instead they choose to be greedy.

Find a doctor who is in it for your health not for money. My doctor gives all her patients 35% discount and makes no commission.

Fullscript Frustrating Experience with Fullscript: Lack of Product Knowledge and Customer Support

I gotta tell ya, I had a real frustrating experience with Fullscript. So, get this, I wanted to know if I could cut one of the tablets I bought in half, right? Seems like a simple question, right? Well, guess what? These guys had no clue! Can you believe it? They sell all these supplements, but they don't have a single clue about how to take 'em. It's mind-boggling, really.

I mean, come on, if you're in the business of selling stuff, you should at least know a thing or two about what you're selling, right? But no, not these folks. They just shrugged their shoulders and said they had no training or info on the products they sell. Can you imagine? Fullscript Delayed Shipping and Lack of Weekend Delivery Disappoints; No Overnight Shipping Offered

I ordered a heat sensitive thing on Tuesday, but it didn't get shipped until 2 days later. Now, I gotta wait till Monday for it to arrive 'cause UPS don't do no deliveries on weekends. They could've done me a solid and offered overnight shipping to make up for the delay. I ain't gonna order from them again, that's for sure.
