IFabric IFabric Review: Poor Customer Service and Wrong Product Sent

I recently made a purchase from IFabric, specifically their website fabricbravo.myshopify.com, for some polka dot fabric. I was looking for 1/4 inch polka dot fabric, but they also had 1 inch polka dot fabric available. Unfortunately, when I received my order, they had sent me the 1 inch polka dot fabric instead of the 1/4 inch that I had ordered.

I was disappointed, as this fabric was not suitable for my daughter's project. I reached out to their customer service team, but unfortunately, I was unable to get through to anyone on their phone line. The voicemail was full, and I was unable to leave a message. I also tried their online customer service chat, but I did not receive a response.

Finally, I decided to send an email to their customer service team. They did respond, but unfortunately, they were not willing to send me the correct fabric or issue a refund. I even sent them a photo of the fabric with a ruler to show that it was the wrong size, but they still refused to help me.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from IFabric. Their customer service is non-existent, and they will send you the wrong fabric and refuse to help you. It's a scam, and I would advise you to look elsewhere for your fabric needs.

IFabric Disappointing Experience with IFabric: No Customer Service Response or Tracking Number Received

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with IFabric. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service for weeks now, but I haven't gotten a response from any of my emails. It's frustrating because their website says they'll reply back ASAP if you use the form to reach out to them, but that hasn't been the case for me.

To make matters worse, I never received a tracking number for my order. The order confirmation email told me to use the SHOP APP for tracking, but the app never showed me a tracking number either. It's like my order just disappeared into thin air.

I tried using their customer service chat, but I never got a response there either. And when I tried calling the phone number they provided for customer service, it was out of service. I even tried leaving a voicemail, but no one ever got back to me. And when I tried faxing them, I didn't get a response either.

Honestly, I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. It's frustrating to spend money on something and then not be able to get any help when you need it.

IFabric Disappointing Experience with IFabric: Long Wait Time and Poor Quality Fabric

To be honest, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with IFabric. I ordered some fabric from their website and it took a whole month for it to arrive! I mean, come on, that's a really long time to wait for something. I had to send them a message after 2 and a half weeks just to find out what was going on with my order. And even then, they didn't ship it out right away.

When I finally got the fabric, I was really excited to see it. It looked so pretty in the pictures on the website. But when I actually touched it, I was pretty disappointed. It felt like a paper tablecloth, not like the poly-cotton fabric that I was expecting. And it was super thin, which made it really noisy whenever I moved it around.

I will say that the fabric did have a little bit of stretch to it, but it didn't really go back to its normal shape after I stretched it out. And while it was pretty strong (I couldn't poke my thumb through it), it just didn't feel like a good quality fabric to me.

Overall, I wouldn't really recommend IFabric. The long wait time and the poor quality of the fabric just weren't worth it for me.

IFabric IFabric Review: Poor Customer Service and Misleading Product Description

I recently made an order from IFabric, and it took quite a while for my package to arrive. It was about three weeks before I finally received my order, and during that time, I sent several emails to inquire about the status of my package. Unfortunately, I only received a response once, which was a bit frustrating. To make matters worse, the tracking information never seemed to update, so I was left in the dark about where my package was.

When I finally received my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that the fabric I had ordered was not as described. I had specifically ordered a fabric with stretch, as I was planning to use it to make leggings. However, the fabric I received was the thinnest material I had ever seen, and it had absolutely no stretch whatsoever. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with my purchase.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for over a week now, but I have had no luck. Their phone number doesn't seem to work, and their chat feature is also non-functional. The only times I have received a response to my emails, I have had to send the same information multiple times, including my order number and a picture of the fabric. Even then, I never received a response back.

At this point, I am considering reporting IFabric to the Better Business Bureau for fraud. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't meet your expectations, and then not be able to get any help from the company you purchased it from. I would strongly advise against ordering from IFabric, as my experience has been nothing but negative.

IFabric Disappointing Experience with IFabric: Slow Shipping and Lack of Communication

When it comes to ordering fabric, I want it fast! Fashion is all about timing, and if I'm making something, I need it ASAP. Unfortunately, my recent experience with IFabric was less than satisfactory. It took ELEVEN WHOLE DAYS for them to ship out my one item. That's over two weeks of waiting for them to put my fabric in a package and send it my way! To make matters worse, they claimed it shipped out right away, but when I checked the tracking, I found out that a shipping label was created on July 30th, 2020, but the item wasn't actually packaged until August 9th. It's now August 13th, and I still don't have my fabric. They promised it would arrive by 8PM tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.

I was really excited about my project, but now I'm feeling pretty bummed out. I don't think I'll be ordering from IFabric again. Next time, I might try ordering from China - at least it will get to me faster! It's frustrating to have to wait so long for something that should have been a simple and quick transaction. I understand that things can get delayed, but it would have been nice to have some communication from the company about what was going on. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with IFabric.

IFabric Warning: Stay Away from This Scam Store - Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery!

This store is a total scam! I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I placed an order on November 25th, 2021 and I still haven't received my order. I tried calling their customer service number, but it's not working. I also tried using their live chat, but it's not working either. I had to send them multiple emails before I finally got a response on January 7th. They apologized and said they would get back to me with updates, but they never did.

I've been trying to get a refund for my money, but they're not responding to my emails. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they never responded to that either. I'm not the only one who's had this experience. Many people have had the same problem with this store.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this is just ridiculous. I did some research and found out that this isn't the first time this has happened. It seems like many people have had the same experience with this store. I would advise you to save your money and use a more reliable fabric store. Don't waste your time and money on this scam!

IFabric IFabric Review: Terrible Customer Service and Late Delivery

I had a really bad experience with IFabric. I ordered four tablecloths from them a month ago and it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. But after two and a half weeks, I still haven't received my package. I sent them several emails asking to cancel my order because I needed them for a certain date, but they said it was impossible to cancel and that the tablecloths were on their way.

Weeks passed and I still haven't received anything. I kept emailing them and they promised that the tablecloths would arrive the day before my party. But they only arrived two weeks after my party. I haven't received a refund yet and I don't need the tablecloths anymore. I want to send them back and get a full refund, but I don't know who to contact because the customer service person didn't even put their name on their emails.

The worst part is that the customer service person was very rude and unprofessional. They didn't even provide a working phone number on their website. I feel scammed and I will never use this company again.

IFabric IFabric Review: Fake Pictures & Pieced Tablecloths - Beware!

I recently made a purchase from IFabric for my party needs. I was in need of 9 green tablecloths that were 120" round. I carefully read the description and checked out the pictures before placing my order. Everything seemed to be in order and I was excited to receive my order. However, when the tablecloths arrived, I was in for a rude shock. The pictures that I had seen on the website were completely fake!

I decided to check the quality of the material by pulling out one of the tablecloths from the box. To my dismay, I discovered that it was pieced together and not a seamless round tablecloth like I had ordered from other companies in the past. There were two seams across the top, as if they had sewn wings onto a rectangular piece of material. This was definitely not acceptable.

I went back to the website to check the description and pictures again. There was no mention of a pieced tablecloth and the pictures were seamless, just like any regular round tablecloth. I was extremely disappointed and felt cheated.

When I contacted IFabric to complain and request a return, I was informed that there was a 50% restocking fee and I had to pay for the postage on the return. Additionally, the tablecloths had to be returned in the original box. This was a huge inconvenience and I was only going to get $10 back on my $100+ investment.

In my opinion, this was nothing but fraud. What I saw on the website was not what I received. I would not recommend IFabric to anyone and would advise others to be cautious when making purchases from this website.

IFabric IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com) Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Follow-Through

I recently made a purchase from IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com) on 8/6/2020. I was informed that my order would be shipped within 7-10 business days. However, after waiting for a few weeks, I decided to reach out to them on 8/22 to inquire about the status of my order. They responded by saying that my order had already been shipped and provided me with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking number turned out to be fake.

I contacted them again on 8/27 to let them know that the tracking number they provided was not working. They responded the next day on 8/28, saying that my order had indeed been shipped, but they did not provide me with a tracking number this time. I reached out to them again on 8/32, but they informed me that the customer phone number they had on file was not being answered.

After several attempts to contact them, I finally heard back from them on 9/5, and they informed me that my order had been shipped and provided me with yet another fake tracking number. I contacted them again, but it wasn't until 9/15 that I received a response from them, and all they said was "thanks for getting back to me," and that they would check into my order.

I have requested a refund several times, but to no avail. I have yet to receive my order, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency from this company. I have even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and threatened to contact the attorney general in their state. I just want my order or a refund, but it seems like this company is not willing to cooperate.

I would advise anyone considering making a purchase from IFabric to beware of their poor customer service and lack of follow-through. The BBB has also contacted them, but they have yet to respond. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

IFabric IFabric: A Scam Website? My 2-Month Wait & 0-Star Experience

I have been waiting for my package from IFabric for 2 months now and I still haven't received it. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service but I haven't received any response. I even tried calling their phone number but it seems to be disconnected. I am starting to think that this entire website is a scam.

I am very disappointed with this company and I believe that they deserve 0 stars. I have never encountered such a terrible buying experience in my life. I have ordered from hundreds of businesses all over the world but this has been the worst.

I decided to do a trial run first before buying my normal amount of fabric and I am glad that I did. Imagine if I spent $1,000 and they won't even respond to my emails or calls. This has to be a scam, there is no other explanation. I wish I had read the hundreds of horrible reviews before placing my order.

IFabric promised 5-7 business days for delivery but it has been 2 months since I made my order in February and I still haven't received it. This is absolutely insane.

I urge everyone not to order from this website. It has been a sick joke and I can't even get a sensible response telling me where or when I'm getting my package. It's been 2 months and I am still waiting.

IFabric Terrible Experience: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Order - A Complete Scam

This company is not good at all. I was really disappointed with my experience with them. It took them a whole month to even pack my order of just three fabrics. I was so frustrated that I had to threaten to cancel my order just to get them to do something about it. Their customer service is really bad too. I made the mistake of forgetting that they did the same thing to me last year. I ordered one color of fabric, but they sent me a completely different one. When I complained, they blamed me for the mistake and then removed the fabric from their website so I couldn't even order the right one. It's really not fair that they are still in business. I honestly think that this company is a complete scam.

IFabric IFabric Vinyl Review: Great Product, Terrible Customer Service

I bought some clear vinyl from IFabric on July 10th. I was so excited to get it and protect my table. But, it took a long time to arrive. According to the tracking, it was supposed to ship on July 27th. I was patient because of the pandemic and everything, but it was still frustrating. I tried calling them multiple times, but the number was no longer in service. I also sent them a bunch of emails, but they never replied.

Finally, on September 1st, the vinyl left the warehouse in Los Angeles. It took a while, but I was happy to know that it was on its way. I was so relieved when it finally arrived on September 3rd. I really like the vinyl and it's doing a great job protecting my table.

However, I have to say that the customer service was terrible. It took almost two months to get my order. That's a really long time to wait. I wish they had been more responsive to my calls and emails. It would have been nice to know what was going on with my order.

Overall, I'm happy with the product, but the customer service needs improvement.

IFabric IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com) Review: A Warning to Stay Away from This Company

Listen up folks, I made a big mistake by not paying attention to the negative reviews about IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com). I placed my order on March 9th and it's now June 5th and I still haven't received my package. I've sent multiple emails and even made phone calls, but I haven't received any real responses. I did get one response back on March 15th, but that's it. My order is still MIA and I'm starting to lose hope.

I've attached some screenshots to show you what I'm dealing with. I strongly advise you not to order from this company. It's been a frustrating experience and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

Honestly, I'm at a loss for words. All I can do now is hope and pray that I can at least get a refund. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but now I'm just disappointed.

So, take my advice and steer clear of IFabric. Don't make the same mistake I did.

IFabric IFabric Review: Slow Shipping, No Customer Service, and Fake Reviews

I ordered from IFabric over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my package. The tracking number hasn't updated in three weeks and I'm starting to get worried. I reached out to customer service for help, but I haven't received any responses. I even demanded a refund, but still no response. It's frustrating because I really needed the fabric for a project.

I've read some positive reviews about IFabric, but I'm starting to think they're fake. Either the owner is writing them or they're paying people to write them. It's not fair to customers who rely on honest reviews to make informed decisions.

IFabric IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com) Review: No Delivery, No Response, No Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com). I mean, I did my research and all before placing my order for $68.00, but I never received anything! And get this, I ordered way back in December 2021 and it's now February 2022. Like, what gives?

I tried calling the number they provided, but it didn't work. I even tried emailing them, but I never got a response. And don't even get me started on the chat. I tried doing it online and on my phone, but it never went through.

The only thing I did get was an email asking for a review, which I thought was pretty bold considering I never received my order. And get this, my review never even got posted until I came to this site.

Honestly, good luck to anyone who decides to order from IFabric. I wouldn't count on receiving anything or speaking to anyone.

IFabric IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com) Failed to Deliver My Order and Ignored My Attempts to Contact Them

I made a big order on October 28th 2020 from IFabric (fabricbravo.myshopify.com) for a total of $222.87. But, I never received my order. I have been trying to reach out to their customer service through emails, but they have been ignoring me. I also tried to track my package through UPS, but they also never received it. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their website, I only got an automated message telling me that the number is out of service.

This is completely unacceptable! I am being blatantly ignored by this company who is withholding my order from me. I have recommended this company to others in the past, but I will no longer do so. It is frustrating to spend so much money and not receive the products that I paid for.

I hope that IFabric will take responsibility for their mistake and either refund my money or send me my order. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and honesty. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service from this company.

IFabric IFabric Review: Unresponsive Customer Service and Undelivered Fabric

So, I decided to give IFabric a try and ordered some fabric on April 1st. Unfortunately, I never received my fabric and it's been a real hassle trying to get in touch with them. They claimed to have shipped it out on April 12th, which was already too late for my project, but I would have been okay with that if there was any tracking information available. I've tried calling them, but the number is not in service. I've also sent them several emails, but only received one response, and that was only after I threatened to dispute the charge on my card. Since then, I've tried using their chat service on their website, but it's been completely useless. No one ever answers.

It's really disappointing that I didn't read the reviews before making my purchase. I wish I had known about the issues that other customers have had with IFabric. It's frustrating to spend money on something and not receive it, and then have to deal with unresponsive customer service. I hope that IFabric can improve their communication and customer service in the future, so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience that I did.

IFabric IFabric: Unprofessional Thieves Who Don't Care About Customers

This company, IFabric, is not one to be trusted. They charged my credit card right away when I placed my order, but I never got an email confirmation. I tried to talk to someone through their CHAT feature, but it's never available. I even called customer service multiple times, but the phone is always busy. It's like they don't want to talk to their customers!

Finally, I got an email from them saying that my order would ship on Monday, April 4. But it's already Friday, April 8, and I still haven't received my order. I placed my order in early March, and they promised to ship it within 7 days. What a joke! They're just a bunch of liars.

I'm so fed up with this company that I've decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I don't want to deal with these unprofessional thieves anymore. It's a shame that there are companies like this out there that don't care about their customers. I would never recommend IFabric to anyone.

IFabric Disappointing Customer Service and Delayed Shipping: My Experience with IFabric

I recently had an experience with IFabric and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I was in a rush to get my order and paid extra for expedited shipping, which was supposed to take 5-7 days. However, my order arrived a whopping 15 business days after I placed it. Needless to say, I was not happy about this delay.

I tried to reach out to IFabric twice via email to cancel my order and get a refund, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response from them. It was as if my emails went into a black hole. When my order finally arrived, I was disappointed with the quality of the items and decided to return them. However, when I asked for information on how to return the items, I was informed that I would be charged a 50% restocking fee and would have to pay for shipping. This was unacceptable to me, as I felt that the delay was not my fault and I should not have to pay for their mistake.

IFabric IFabric: A Chinese Scam - Fake Tracking Number and No Refund

I had a really bad experience with IFabric. I paid for my order early last year and I was really excited to receive it before Halloween. I kept asking them if it would be here before Halloween and they kept saying yes, but it never arrived. I was really disappointed, but I thought maybe it would arrive before Christmas. Again, they said yes, but it still didn't arrive. I was really frustrated and I kept asking them for updates, but they never gave me any real information.

To make matters worse, they provided me with a fake tracking number. I was really upset when I found out that the tracking number was fake. I felt like they were just trying to string me along and keep my money. I never received a refund and it's been over a year now.

I finally decided to ask for a refund, but they haven't responded to my messages. I think they're just ignoring me now. If you look at the date of my order and the status of the tracking number, it's pretty clear that they're a Chinese scam. I'm really angry about this whole situation and I'm not going to let them get away with it.

I'm planning to go to California next month and I'm going to try to get my cash back. If they don't give me my money, things are going to get nasty between us. I hope they don't try to hide behind their keyboard forever. They're just scam trolls and they need to be held accountable for their actions.
