This is a message for all of those who have been lied by Ideal Image. I am seriously considering to file a lawsuit against Ideal Image and I am reaching out to anybody who is interested in joining a class action lawsuit to write and describe their case or situation. I will print all of your emails and take them with me to the lawyer next week. PLEASE make sure you file a complaint as well with the Better Business Bureau and the General Attorney Office. It is very important to take these both actions especially with the General Attorney Office to make sure they receive as many complaints as possible to encourage a lawsuit. Let's do something about the lies, the rip off, the sales pitch, the burns, the regrowth of hair, the price changes...If we don't do anything then they will stil rip off other women (or men) who are so desperately in need to find a solution for their hair growth. They refuse to refund me even thou the nurse said that it would not the machine would not be able to latch on due to my stomach being big. So I left. The people in the office were amazing, but when I call corporate, they tell me they a refusing to refund me even thou, no treatment was done. And yes your belly is not able to be treated but you can get other areas done. I don't want other areas and I'm still you over weight to be considered a candidate for the cool sculpting.
They did the exact same to me and will not refund my money. Let me know if you have any other ways to get your money back
This is breaking their contract. It says that if their medical professional deems you as an unfit candidate then you are obligated to a refund.

I am in the process of trying to get a refund for services that were never done. $4700.00 paid in full and on the day of the appointment they mention vaccine and mask mandate policy. Not mentioned before so we said ok we don’t need the services anymore. That was 2 days ago today they called and said they will not refund us. Wtf. I called the North Andover office in Massachusetts they transferred me to corporate in Missouri and my file manager was not available. I told them if it is not sorted by this Friday I will be taking action.

I have been in customer for approximately 5 years they started on my back and shoulders and once that was supposed to be complete they did my chest wow doing the procedure on my back I sustained second degree burns and had to go to the emergency room when I told them that Ideal Image would had happened the nurse that was dealing with me told me that they had been using the wrong laser that the one they were using was for an African American which I am not they changed the laser have not had any other issues with Burns however 5 years later it is just as bad as it was when I first started going and they would like to charge me an additional fee every time I am highly dissatisfied

Ideal Image services for CooI Sculpting back fired and did the opposite of what it should have accomplished. I had multiple sessions with them for my stomach. When I didn't get any results after going back and forth they did a few more sessions. Now my stomach is bigger than ever. It left my stomach disfigured, known as PAH, (paradoxical adipose hyperplasia). I didn't know this is what occurred until I read an article the other day Super Model Linda Evangelista posted. I was planning on talking to a lawyer. I am interested in what everyone else is experience and plan to do about it.

Me too. I was unaware of the contract that I was entering to. I called for a consultation through Zoom, and they asked to sign to see the approved amount to finance with out interest for 18 months. so I did what she asked me to. I was never told how lending works and I had to pay no matter if I use their service or no. who pays for service that they never receive does? . I bought the whole package for my whole face sides in my neck front of my neck around my face the back of my neck across the shoulders and under arms and I was in London with my husband he was cheating wife so I got to go came back it was a day late they started charging me interest now here’s the fun part. Member when they said when you come in for touchups cost me $185 well mine wasn’t for Tessa mine was for the same exact hair growing out started in Rio Rancho Albuquerque New Mexico they had so many bosses and not enough employees had one girl she did it I didn’t have to come back I didn’t have to shave it off then we have another bus come in no no that’s not why we do it is too high she can tolerate her skin tone baba is like mine Sarah we get transferred to Tucson Arizona I talk to the supervisor what she was supposed to be a nurse and she was going down to Albuquerque because they had multiple complaints about IDEAL IMAGE in Albuquerque said really and she said I’ll check into it I have your records well she came and gone and then I’m paying 185 for touchups that don’t work now I have to see a dermatologist my face will break out in cyst, i’m on so much medication for this I have to use I’ve been trying everything for sis acne razor burn to get the ingrown hair out and antibiotics which I had to start because now I’m allergic to Cipro along with penicillin possibility everything myosin they don’t care and because I had a service dog I think they thought I was stupid so my husband came with me and he watched what they would do and I go look at my face and I go home and wash it the next day of the hair was there I have to shave my legs every day there needs to be a lawsuit against the so-called credit card people there was nothing I can do I was in London and had proof of it send them a copy of my plane ticket and had to cross out Social Security numbers for my husband this is horrible as I was in London in Australia know we’re still going to charge you a late fee and now we’re going to put the percentage on there nobody did anything for me and New Mexico Rio Rancho New Mexico you go down the hill from Rio Rancho and then you hit Albuquerque and Albuquerque is the IDEAL IMAGE then in Tucson and there should be a lawsuit against IDEAL IMAGE because they clearly stated clearly it will remove your hair permanently I want you’re wasting my time or my money if this wasn’t true because now I’m paying for it doctors appointment medication cream I had to get approval from my insurance company so I can use the strongest Retin-A it’s pretty bad when I’m up there in age have two kids that’s at six ones going to college from home the other ones going to be a junior this year and I have to live with the SS disgusting I love lady my age shouldn’t have to be putting up with this if I was in puberty I could understand that needs to be a lawsuit and I’m going to ask my husband to ask the Jag military lawyers or attorneys how does she start a lawsuit and then start having people sign a petition and take them to court and they’re still saying out now it’s one girl said oh yeah every Missouri I got really is that why mine hasn’t gone anywhere how old with me now use new lasers OK you now used new lasers then you want to do mine for free until it’s gone. I will get back with you how we will get an attorney and everybody in all 50 states will sign a petition for a lawsuit against IDEAL IMAGE that way they can pay for my dermatology my medication it’s disgusting that’s all I have to say so I will find out.

I was unable to receive services last month due to being sold products that the company has a company wide policy stating someone who has had anaphylaxis such as swelling of the lips cannot get injections.
I was not told this until the DAY of my procedure in the office.
I am now being charged for products sold prior to the operation date, and was advised to use those products pre-op to prevent bruising. Now I am being told, that since I used the products, I am responsible for paying for them. If I had known I would not be able to get the procedure done, I would have not used the products sold to me.
"This is 100% non-negotiable and I will not continue this conversation further as you have now been advised twice on this."
Why am I being treated poorly for being falsely sold products that I was never going to be able to receive in the first place?
I literally cried as I left the building that day, I felt incredibly stupid and hurt.. this isn't my fault, why should I have to pay for any of this?
I was looking to get a lawyer as well and gathering in numbers. So glad I came acroas others that know what is going on. I called to get information a month ago and before I know it I was signing up to set up an appointment to go to the office in a month and a half (June) from the day that I spoke with the lady. I am highly disgusted with this place and I know that this should not be legal to do people this way and get away with it. Tavia/Tabia("case mgr.") finally called today May 23rd (after waiting multiple 5-7days and calling like a maniac ) to tell me that I am not able to get the money returned to financiers, clearly they said 30 days, but I have learned by what Tavia/Tabia told me, that the 30 days applies to the lifetime package ONLY. You are able to cancel it which is misleading information and was not clarified about what the 30 days pertains to, this would have given a better chance for me to say No. So they definitely think that this is ok and I am so upset I can't fight back my tears because this has put me in debt with no services rendered. The contract that they get you sign is major setback. I can see why they would be on ads because they are definitely adding in the money and burning bridges with potential customers. I will be sure to put out my truth on all social media because people should know what to expect before being bamboozled by words. This will probably make me become an activist against big bully businesses.

Next thing I know the calls ending and she said that my one time payment would go through shortly like what payment I was in belief that I wasn’t paying for anything just getting information and having y’all take mine for any future appointments and this is just ridiculous. What a scam of a “business”.

Ideal Image is one of the worst places you could ever go to get treatment. I went to have fillers done and they left me with nerve damage to my face due the incompetence of staff. I filed a complaint with the BBB, Ideal Image responded with lies. I want to file a lawsuit and have this company shut down for good. Please don't be fooled by their ads, you will walk away with heartbreak and disappointment!

They lied me lifetime membership I called them last year to cancelling the membership and they agree for not charged me again for the next year mean this year 2022 but when i asked the confirmation number regarding cancell membership they don’t give just promised not will charge again and also i called my credit card to give me the new account but this year Ideal Image still charged me the membership with my new credit card account and they don’t want give me refund. Waiting too long when call Ideal Image almost 2 hour and tried to go their office in Philadelphia their office is closed just by appoinment only. What kind business is this? Scam!

Hi, can please tell me how can I join the lawsuit? They failed keep their promise and can’t follow the contact. They have canceled my appointments many times randomly without asking if I can make it or not. They said they have called me, I didn’t answer. That’s a lie. Also saying the system have sent me email, I didn’t confirm the appointment so they canceled it. That’s also a lie. The whole plan just got dragged so long, it will cause me can’t finish my laser hair removal treatment with satisfaction within the period of time they give. So more likely I’ll end up either not getting the results I wanted, or buy more treatments. I felt I’m trapped in this, and being scammed.

I did my laser in Miami , Fl Kendall location at that.
First i had my face burnt because they were doing the laser and a much higher temperature that they should so bad i couldn’t do my treatment until the burn marks had gone away & they had to send me bleaching ointment to put on my face which i did not even use in fear of what they were giving me. Second i did not even get to finish my treatment due to a “contract” where you have to finish treatment. in a certain slotted time however due to having not been able to go for 2 months and in 2 occasions how was i suppose to complete my treatment? then they offer life time guarantee but it isn’t only 4 touch ups how is that life time? i did my face and i find it crazy how they would just leave it that way! horrible service horrible experience and SOO painful to endure. i’ve heard multiples experienced where people don’t have to endure that much pain during procedures. They don’t do honest business and treat you as if you were just a number.

I decided to stop paying ally lending because I can't even get services at the moment because no one told me I couldn't use their numbing cream while breastfeeding. I can't even lie, I cried. I took the areas I could without numbing cream but then they said it was a few months out for another treatment. I reached out to Ideal Image and heard NOTHING until I stopped paying ally. Funny huh? I was told by the lady who did my consultation/signing that my contract from 9 or 10 years ago is probably no longer valid because it's not on file. I told her they told me if my hair grew back they would still do treatments for free. Mind you I never completed all my sessions either. So I asked her if I could at least finish the treatments or be refund for the treatments I never did and she basically said that wouldn't be possible. I reached out to Ideal Image twice and didn't get a response and complained to some fb post to which they provided an email and nothing. I'm beyond frustrated with them
Lies, unkind, unprofessional-- stay away from this place---go to a dermatologist. Thier confidence changes everything is BS---don't fall for this. Lawsuit for lies is needed, b/c I have spent too much money to be ignored.

I am fed up with Ideal Image, they burned my skin and won’t issue a refund after my local clinic medically approved my case for a refund. I’m looking for other people that are ready to sue them. Their customer service is just horrendous!

I complained about them to. I reported them to the BBB and FBI. I also wrote the Attorney General. I will join the class action lawsuit. This company is running a scam and we all are paying for it.
If anyone in charge with this class action suit would be so kind as to teach our to me at their earliest convenience I would be brought to tears of happiness. This company is just down right awtful and only is taking advantage by appealing to womens insecurities. Myself included how humiliating.

Ideal Image is a scam. They lied to me as well! They do and say whatever gets someone to cough up their credit card info or worse have them apply for a loan. I can’t believe that (1) Ideal Image is still operating as a business today and (2) Ally Lending (lending arm of Ally Bank) maintains a relationship with Ideal Image. How can I join this suit? The Sales Consultant lied to us about how painful Ultherapy could be. This despite us expressing our concerns based on information we gathered. The Sales Consultant only recommended Tylenol and that’s it. My wife went to the Chandler Arizona location and they started the treatment. After less than 5 minutes, my wife decided to have it stopped because of the intense pain. Using the Pain Scale, it is a 10. We called and requested a refund for the lies and deception. The Manager said they do not issue refunds. Yes we are joining this class action lawsuit. And yes - we are also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General. Since Ideal Image suggested for us to apply with Ally Financial to take out a no-interest loan, we also applied and was approved for financing. Now we are paying Ally the monthly installment for the $4, 000 we borrowed - all without getting anything from Ideal Image. I will also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
Hi there! I’m interested in joining in on the Lawsuit. How can I get in touch? I’ve actually submitted to BBB and just recently to the attorney general. I’m considering small claims court. I bought nine laser treatments from them and it’s been absolutely impossible to schedule them in time to be effective. They make their money by forcing people to sign these “contracts” and refusing to give refunds despite awful customer service and incompetence. I want to also say that I finally got in touch with someone named Craig at Ideal Image headquarters and he was hostile and threatening.
I had the same situation and I have been reduced to tears for laser hair removal treatment paid 1428 for literally 0 treatment I am so clueless don't know what to do they told me no refunds as the contact said that I signed for making payments plan. But I did not take any service and was out the clinic in pain n tears within 5 mins. Please help me I really want guidance
