Lifetime warranty for installed hybrid battery

I purchased a lifetime hybrid battery at a cost of $2500+ from LIFETIME HYBRID BATTERIES in January 2022. It is now October 2022 and the hybrid battery went out again. I called Lifetime Hybrid Batteries to initiate the "lifetime warranty" only to find out that the company's webpage is down, the voicemails are full, the phone does not answer and business is shut down.
I call HYBRID2GO and I let them know about my prior experience with a battery company and spoke to the representative to get a feel for their business. The owner/ representative says that he has been in business for 5 years. I learn that HYBRID2GO has actually only been an LLC since 2021. Lifetime hybrid batteries, though, has been in business since 2018. I also learn that HYBRID2GO is based in Santa Barbara, which is in the same vicinity and Ventura county as Lifetime Hybrid Batteries.
It does not take a brain surgeon to figure out that these are one and the same company. They just changed the name of their LLC, so they do not have to fulfill their warranty promise of lifetime hybrid battery replacement.
Consumer, be careful of this company. You do not want to find yourself out of pocket for thousands of dollars of hybrid battery replacement, like myself. Now, I have to fork out over $3K to Green Bean Battery (a national outfit) to replace the faulty battery installed by Lifetime Hybrid Battery, who is now Hybrid2GO. Avoid HYBRID2GO at all costs! They will change their LLC name in a few years to avoid their warranty promises to the consumer.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back. $2500+

Replacing hybrid batteries with refurbished ones

The process begins with load testing the battery and identifying its current overall state of charge. The battery is then taken apart, and the battery modules or cells are exercised on Hybrid2Go’s equipment which restores their ability to store electrical energy. The modules are then tested, where their capacities are determined and they’re grouped with other modules of a similar power and capacity.
After a final charge and testing of the modules, the battery is built around the good cells. The remaining electrical and wiring components are checked, reconditioned, and tested to ensure proper operation. The battery connections or “Bus Bars” are upgraded with nickel plating to prevent corrosion, and to ensure top performance and long battery life.

And finally, the entire battery pack is then reassembled and load tested in its entirety. Simulating the same demands on the pack as real world driving. Every Hybrid2Go battery must meet stringent performance standards before it can be installed in your vehicle!
Desired outcome: They performed the swap of my battery last night 4/8/2022 I want my money back this is a total scam.
They came and took my hybrid battery which still game me nothing but issues to break down 4th of July weekend leaving town and is going to now cost me another $1700 ! There scamming people with bad batteries and then try to still collect! From what they advertised on there site is legally a lawsuit for them voided there contract before they even install there own batteries. Had sent an email for reminding payment due but when I tried to contact them in regards never can get ahold of anyone. Funny within there email that I couldn’t reply back they talked about taking my plate/vin number which I recorded them when they started performing the transfer amd really didn’t get anything expect my card information. Took them 10 min no test drive no concern just told me I needed to drive to reset codes previously stored. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there for any work! I’m reporting them with the BBB and BBA!
