Hugo Van Zyl Sports review: appalling service

This company was commissioned by ABSA Bank South Africa to export the rifles I inherited from my late father to the United States. The case has been dragging on for five years and to date I have absolutely no idea what the status of this export is. I have been gived every excuse in the book from South African Police incompetence to two different exporters etc etc. My import permit has already been renewed three times and the ATF in the United States are probably laughing at this pure display of incompetence. Mr. Dennis Schreuder from Hugo Van Zyl Sports in the Cape is avoiding all forms of contact with me and has moved my case to the bottom of his pile. I will definitely NOT recommend Hugo Van Zyl Sports for any form of business and futhermore are considering legal action against this firm. Communication is the key in any business and it is non-existent in the case of Hugo Van Zyl Sports. I have NUMEROUS e-mails to confirm my statements here.
