Ghetto Apts Ghetto apt updating work crew
These are not luxury apartments. Work crew use empty apartments at night for personal use. Lower level units have water damaged ceilings from water leaks from upper level units which also warped cheap cabinets made of pressed wood particle cabinets. Big dogs allowed whose owners allow them to attack cats and smaller dogs. Shrubs and trees almost all removed and patio fences have wide gaps that prevent privacy. Driveway torn up for years now. TV antennae reception is horrible for downstairs units despite where the antennae. Main exit gate is always open.
Recommendation: The apartments are not worth the high rent.

I was really upset about this situation, but then I found Hudson Apartments and everything changed. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process of moving in really easy. The apartment itself is really nice and spacious, and I love the location. It's close to everything I need, like grocery stores and restaurants.
There were a few minor issues when I first moved in, like a leaky faucet and a broken light fixture, but the maintenance team was really quick to fix everything. Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to move to Hudson Apartments and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Corpus Christi.

We been living here for about 6 years and we gotta have them come out to fix our AC at least once a month, sometimes more than a couple times a month. Every time we call them they come and do the same thing to get it working but it goes out shortly after that. It gets super hot in our apartment to the point where we gotta leave and spend money on hotels just to have a place to stay in the AC. We got two young kids who live here too and they don't seem to care because they ain't fixing it fast enough. We already asked them to replace the inside AC unit, all they said was they're working on it. We keep calling to get an answer on when they'll be out here to replace it, they told us a couple weeks ago that it would be next week. It's now two weeks past the time they told us and they're still giving us the run around on when they'll come to fix it. I wanna get this done ASAP. I don't know who else to get involved, please help.
