Shady business practice and scamming people I purchased a Zeno 2 *** and it came looking used and missing the usb plug on the drone itself contacting them is only threw email the phone numbers are not real and the address here i believe its fake copy the link it explanes my plight

I got there drone for X-Mas init did not work I reached out to the company all they have done is give me the run around I send it back still
I got there drone for X-Mas init did not work I reached out to the company all they have done is give me the run around I send it back still nothing Company did not respond to me until I made complaints with them on Instagram They asked me to send them pictures and videos of the problem which I did to their Instagram page and I'll let them now because the files was too big to send by email What sense do you address to send the child back which I did and all I received that was the email asking me for the same information still Never received the drone back or anything And this has been going on since Christmas All this company has done send me emails asking me the same questions over and over and over again what's wrong with the drone receipt for the drone my address And I explain to them it was a Christmas gift and that the remote and everything else powered up but the drone did not Don't no what more to do because I see that they just don't care they have the drone in every thing back in I have nothing Definitely not fun for me because I was excited to get my first drone What makes this hard that is to complete disrespect from the company with asking me the same question over and over again Even after they already at the drone and then send a minute email stating that they don't need to have a Instagram webpage even though I sent him screenshot showing that it Instagram webpage gives their address and all their info and no one else's Also sent them a screenshot showing that their Instagram page is who alerted me to check my spam to see when the company finally sent me a email back All I want is a working product sent back Very important to me because it was the last gift that I got from my little brother I hope with this report that something gets done in gets me a working drone back Last email that I sent them was your happy drone and everything if you're not gonna replace it or do anything to see that instead of sending me the same emails that I already responded to
