The wait time for smartfriend assistance is just awful. I can't do or hear anything becasue of this annoying music. Can't you add the service that you will call us back when a technician is available. This is a waste of my time and i am extremely annoyed. Also, you website is so difficiult to navigate to find this place to complain. I am so disappointed and frustrated.

I purchased an HP laptop at Staples in August/2009. I noticed that I am only getting one hour of use with the battery fully charged. I have a sister who has the same laptop and she gets at lest 7 hours on a full charge. Is this unusual and am I covered for a new battery.

i have use laptop of hp pavillion, model no dv6275e .its main board is not working, i have given laptop in hp service center, but they ar not replacee in last one month, every time say you wait for one week,

HP supply software for installation of primnters that doesnt recognise primnters on my network. Their own website device detector doesnt work either!
How can they survive in the competitive world beats me!

i am having same problem. product is under warranty still they demanding money and my credit card details. hp products are good but after sale service are worst, i bought hp laptop and now it become a nightmare for me, their customer care people are fraud. they always try to make me fool and snatch money from me

In my opinion, HP [the Company] SUCKS! & SO DO ALL THEIR PRODUCTS!

I bought a NEW Hp computer tower in Feb 2010. It has been nothing but a lemon for me. I have gone back and forth with Hp--it is now Oct. 2010. They sent me a box to send it back and have it cleaned or fixed--whatever! I honestly don't want it back AT ALL! I can't tell anyone how many e-mails Hp and I have sent each other. I was supposed to do this and do that shortly after I bought--a month or so. I said no way--awhile later I was to call customer care or whatever. Oh sure--after 93+ minutes on the phone--it was FIXED all right. It didn't work at all--then I was to hang on the phone for another 20 minutes and it would be up and running. I said no way and hung up. I called back 3 days later and had to totally re-do the computer. This is a BUNCH of crap--I will not ever buy another Hp computer EVER again. I hope this gets out so others don't screw up like I did.

My name is Tey, from Test Link Sdn Bhd, I beleived HP can provide good after sales service. My office is using HP Laser Jet 1020, HP 948C, HP 2600n & HP L7580. But
I was very dispointed with HP Malaysia, because all the while I'm using HP Original Cartridges. When my blue cartridge Q6001A got blue spot in the printed paper ( using
HP 2600N printer ), my cartridge supplier to to claim for me for two times & was turned downed by th HP staff. Tehn I go there to claim by my self, but was given a very lousy reply --- they said I'm using a bad paer but I'm using DOUBLE A paper ( which should be
one of the best A4 paper in the market ), and teh HP stagg suggested me to use HP A4 paper . If this is true ----- HP PRINTER must use HP A4 GOLD paper, that means the HP PRINTER is one of the WORST PRINTER IN THE WORLD AS THEY ONLY CAN USE HP A4 PAPER. But I have to ythank HP MALAYSIA STAFF as they force me to BUY RECYCLE
CARTRIDGE ( I NEVER USE RECYCLE CATRIDGE FOR MY PRINER ) & NOW is time TO
CHANGE ----- USE RECYCLE CARTRIDGE ! TQ

My husband purchased a C6280 HP Printer for me in 2007. I had the same problem with it. It worked ok in between but I was constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the program disc. Until about a month ago, I had a few paper jams. Then the paper tray wouldn't go back all the way into the printer unless I took off the back and then push it in. Then I kept getting a message stating there was no paper. When the tray was full. What happened apparently the whole paper feed part and spring became dislodged and one wheel broke off.
The C5280 all in one is out of warranty and I was told or I should say my husband was told the only thing they would do is if we pay to have it shipped to them they would give us a refurbished replacement for $150.00 we origanally paid 199.99 before tax. I took it to a local repair shop and was told HP doesn't sell parts for any of their "All in one printers". Needless to say we are very unhappy with HP and their products. Before this purchase I thought they were a reputable company.
We will not buy another HP product. I have read many complaints about their Technical Helplessness Desk also. This has also been our experience. On three different occassions all India personnel all hard to understand. They really dont seem to care from all the other posts of complaints I've read.

This laptop I have has a recalled and I can't seem to get it fix. The Customer Service is not from this planet. It is the worse I have ever seen. After mailing this laptop 4 times nothing has been done. My word to everyone do not buy from this company.

I have a complaint, I'm here in the United States, My laptop which I bought 6 months ago, suddently stopped working at the beginning of february 2009! I had to send it for repair after about a 1.5 weeks came back to me and two days later stopped working again send it back for repair secong time, received it two weeks later now I need to send it again because the forget to put a piece on the back of the screen!

Customer Service personnel wonderful service, but technicians they should hire some new employees because the ones will bring HP corporation down!

Won't reccomend HP ever! I'm a student at the University of South Florida and I bought my computer because I really need it not to have at the HP for repairs every week!

The same is happened to me as well..its been over a month since I bought my HP-pavillion dv5 laptop and inspite of drafting in all the necessary stuffs to HP I still havent received my gift..this is not acceptable AT ALL...plz I hope the authority responsible for this will take action or atleast give us a satisfactory explanation to solve mine as well as of those who are equally annoyed by the similar problem..

I am in South Africa and we are experiencing poor service as well. It does not matter whether you purchase the care pack or not HP service is terrible.
