Highly recommend! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! HCP has helped my company grow exponentially over the past year! I love their live videos with experts that can help me grow as well. I love their huge library of very useful information inside the app! So grateful that I found them! This CRM is great. they have helped my business tremendously. I have been with them for around 4 years and am glad I made the move to use them. Any problems i have ever encountered have been minor and solved right away. They also listen to you for what you want to see in the future and implement them if enough people need or want them. They are constantly adding new features. I recommend this service to any service-based company. My customers love all the features that House Call Pro gives you to use.

We've been HCP clients since 2018. HCP enabled us to grow from 1 truck to 4, but more importantly, do it efficiently and profitably. This is the easiest software in its space to implement and has a close community of users and developers that'll support each other through everything. Highly recommend!

Housecall Pro There is a bug in the system where clients are charged but their invoices remain open

There is a bug in the system where clients are charged but their invoices remain open. Contacting them, their customer support said that I would have to pay to get their tech support. They said that the pros are ultimately responsible for this and told me to wait for the banks to resolve the issue on my end. I asked if they could just cancel the transaction, they said only for the paid accounts do they offer technical support.

Housecall Pro HCP is the best CRM in the home service industry

HCP is the best CRM in the home service industry. My customers love it. It simplifies our business and makes our company appear bigger than it is to our clients. The cost of the monthly plan pays for itself in a few days. I recommend it to everyone I know with a home service business. The app and site are super easy to navigate and their team is awesome and easy to communicate with via the app, Facebook groups and even calling them. Could not be more pleased with Housecall Pro.

I own a cleaning and restoration company and have had a tremendous experience with both staff and the system. Yes now there will be times when it's a little slow, however the HCP team is quick to fix any and all issues. I love this system! Jed~

Housecall Pro This company changed my life and how I run my company

This company changed my life and how I run my company. I have gone from 1 to 5 trucks since the summer of 2018 and its all because of them and what their team has done for us. They have save me 40 plus hours a week with everything they offer. They also continue to evolve with the market and change their services based on what we need. There are many other companies out there, and non of them are perfect but this team has always been there for me and will continue to have my trust and respect.

Housecall Pro This CRM is great

This CRM is great. they have helped my business tremendously. I have been with them for around 4 years and am glad I made the move to use them. Housecall Pro I can't say enough good things about Housecall Pro

I can't say enough good things about Housecall Pro. I've been with them for 3 years now. They treat you like family, the side of the family you like. If there is an issue or question about something in the platform, they are very quick at getting back to you to get it resolved. Plus they are always improving the system. Every month it seems like they are upgrading or rolling out a new feature. And the price doesn't go up when they do that. Happy customer here. Honestly could not run my business without them.

HousecallPro has revolutionized my business. It has helped me become organized, and through with my customers experience. I run my entire residential plumbing business through HCP, and it does everything I need in order to be successful. When I started using them in 2016, we did less than $300,000 in revenue. With all of the tools that HCP gave me, we are now doing around 1.5 million dollars a year in revenue, simply by using HCP to run, and organize things. HousecallPro is the best thing I have ever done for my business.

Housecall Pro Amazing company and software

Amazing company and software. They have changed my business completely for the better. Using HouseCall Pro, I am able to use so many hours per week in growing my business rather than spending the time manually entering invoices. HCP has been the best investment I made to my business and it is a one stop shop for scheduling, payments, invoicing, post card marketing, email reminders and communication, texting, online booking, and so much more. I am shocked by the poor reviews on here. They are simply not justified. Highly recommend HCP.

Housecall Pro HCP has made my live 100x easier since I signed up

HCP has made my live 100x easier since I signed up. I can run my small business from anywhere and setting appointments is just ridiculously easy. I am not going to lie, their pricing is high if you use the full suite of features that they offer, but if you given them a chance, the money will be well worth it. Thei customer service is not best in the world, we can only chat in and simple fixes take days sometimes, but the Facebook group is on point. All I am saying is that the system is not perfect, but when you weight the pros and cons, the pros have it by a lot. Keep it up HCP, you rock

HouseCall Pro has been a game changer for multiple businesses of ours. Of course it has its flaws, but show me a software that works perfectly 100% of the time and has every feature you could ever dream of. The difference with HouseCall is that their developers are always asking for feedback from their clients on the features they want/need while continuing to upgrade the existing features of the app. I used to waste countless hours doing things manually that I have been able to automate through HouseCall allowing me to spend valuable time in other areas of my business. We have been using Housecall pro for over 4 Years. They have helped us grow exponentially as a company by offering top notch customer support and making it easy for our employees in the field to keep current with jobs and scheduling. I love how HCP emails us to ask for our opinions on what we want to see next, then them come up with a plan and implement it. I have been on a zoom meeting with one of their programming engineers to fine tune things I would like to see included in the program to help grow my business or help track our day to day operations. I would recommend HCP to anyone in the service business to help them streamline their invoicing, pricing, scheduling and tracking. Keep up the good work Housecall Pro.

We have been using Housecall Pro(HCP) since Dec 2015. Before deciding on HCP we had researched and paid a lot of money into other scheduling software that was either extremely complicated to use, very expensive, and/or both. If you are a small to midsize company looking for one of the best scheduling programs to help you and your team run your service company at a reasonable price, no need to look any further. Along with a great software, their support is has always been quick and helpful in most situations. We have certainly grown with them, and look forward to the innovations to come. "Thank You" HCP for being one of the easiest pieces to our growing business. Estimating, Online Booking, Payments Directly Posted to Clients Invoice, Recurring Job Scheduling, and Awesome Client Review tools and more saving us a ton of time and money from all those piecemeal apps. Keep up the great work helping small business owners across the country!

Housecall Pro Housecall Pro seemed so good at first

Housecall Pro seemed so good at first. And they're certainly not the worst. But their CRM has way too many glitches that will negatively affect your business. There is a running joke within their pro community about how they always tell you that they're "working on it" yet they never provide an ETA, not even a rough range. Yeah, you're not working on it. When you challenge them on it because the issue is a big deal to you, they give you some excuse like, it takes time, they have to beta test it, etc. Before I get into the glitches, I'd like to report how they stole money from my business. HCP charges $40 extra / mo. just to have the ability to set up recurring services for regularly scheduled customers. This is unabashed BS, but fine; it's no worse than any other CRM I've looked at in that regard. BUT, they don't have the option to bill automatically bimonthly (6x/yr), so it's effectively useless to my company as 90% of my regular customers are bimonthly. I requested an end be put to the recurring service add-on and a refund be issued less than a week after adding it to my plan (not having utilized it once). The "Support" rep I was dealing with, despite my repeated requests to deal with someone else, stated unemphatically that they don't issue refunds and that it's stated clearly in their terms and conditions. I asked her what those conditions say about misrepresenting their service, one unavailable for test flights btw, to which she evaded, returning to the terms and conditions and asking how they misrepresented themselves after I had told her several times. She wouldn't escalate my complaint nor allow me to speak to anyone else. Here's how you misrepresented yourself, Housecall Pro: you advertise the ability for automatically scheduled and billed recurring services but you don't offer a bimonthly option? How is the misrepresentation unclear when you don't disclose that and don't offer the ability to test it without paying (or be refunded) for it? Obviously shady, immoral business practice. Now to the glitches and other BS - They have a Pro Community on FB, but they censor everything that goes on. I wrote a civil post complaining about them and they didn't approve it nor acknowledge it. Very authoritarian. Now I know why no one complains explicitly on their facebook page (more passively and indirectly in comments) or mentions the fact that no one does... - No transparency whatsoever. They have something called "pro votes" where we can supposedly vote on what features we should have, but we vote without seeing any sort of tally. So how do we know they're not just doing whatever they want? They also auto-enroll you in features like customer financing, so if you don't do financing, you may find one day you actually DO when one of your customers is then approved for it. Isn't that nice? - Their messaging is awful. You can't message the customer until they message you. Half the time your message gets interrupted by the keyboard rising and preventing you from scrolling down your message to edit / add. Think they disclosed that? Not until after you've paid. :) - They don't tell you which actions notify the customer and which don't except in a retrospective, case-by-case basis. - There are so many things you can't do on the mobile app. They don't disclose this, of course. - They offer the ability to save a card on file for a customer, but in the end you still have to send them a link for them to approve it, so what's the point? Disclosed? Nope. - They told me I'm out of luck as a new business without a public address on Google My Business because without one I can't link HCP to GMB unless I have one. Then I learn from a fellow pro that you CAN do it, and they told me how. And it worked. It's a big deal that they refused to help me by telling me this considering the review prompting was the selling point for me, and GMB is #1 of the options they offer. - When I first signed up, they responded immediately, but now it takes often takes hours to get ahold of anyone. - They offer no ability to track pesticide usage, so if you're pest control, SEEK ELSEWHERE Other than these things, which turned out to be major for me, I like them. It's an easy to use app, but they have proven unwilling to bend where they don't want to, despite how important it is to many people. They end up just focusing on whatever they want as evidenced by their lack of surveys about what their customers want. The closest thing is an extremely limited survey within a chosen upgrade of their choice, not one anyone voted for.

Housecall Pro Text messaging

I have called and chatted via web for the past 4 months on the fact that my customers cannot text us back in the program. I keep being told that the business has to be reviewed. IT TAKES 4 MONTHS TO REVIEW? I have sent the requested documents multiple times. I have been told that it is the campaign registry's fault. I have been told that a ticket would be sent to the escalation department. THEY DID NOTHING! I am SICK AND TIRED of paying over $300 for a program that I cannot use to its fullest. I want this fixed NOW or I will cancel and go with FIELD EDGE which is apparently what I should have went with in the first place.

Claimed loss: Text communication with my clients

Desired outcome: Ability to communicate with my clients via text AND a partial refund for the past 4 months of payments.

Housecall Pro On December 8, the app completely malfunctioned

On December 8, the app completely malfunctioned. As of today December 14th I am still unable to access it which is causing me to lose business. I am unable to view appointments, answer messages, reschedule or even communicate with my customer. Please contact me to resolve ASAP

My name is *** and I am owner/operator of ***. I recently requested cancellation of service on 1/27/22 several days before my account would rebill on 2/02/22. I was told the cancellation had been submitted and that somebody from the cancellation department might attempt to call but this would not affect the cancellation from occurring. I did receive a call that I missed the following day where I attempted to call back with no luck getting through to anyone. I also received an email which I responded back "please cancel my service". Unfortunately, I have been billed and I want to get this resolved quickly. I want my service cancelled and the billing that occurred on February 2nd refunded to my account. I will be attaching the response I received from the representative I spoke to through chat and the email I received and replied to. It should be much easier to cancel service if you so decide and Housecall pro does not make it easy to speak with anyone over the phone. Thanks.

The app is good. The backend website is good but missing many important features for me so I decided it was not going to work. The reason for the complaint...try canceling this $200/month service and you will be just as irritated as I am right now. I've tried to cancel on my own. Can't, there is no way to do it yourself. Customer service via chat box, phone and email will not help you cancel. I've been trying to cancel for over a week now. Subsequently I've been charged another month and still can't get anyone to cancel my plan. I cancellation specialist called but I did not answer because I was in the middle of a job. No number to call back. I scheduled an appointment with said person and they did not call. I literally set aside time to deal with this person and they failed to call. When I called customer service I was told I would have to open another ticket because that one had been closed. I can't get them to cancel my plan! I want a refund in the amount of $189 from 17 May

Housecall Pro Stay far away from this scam company

Stay far away from this scam company. They will sign you up, then things get scary. They wont respond to you. They wont cancel your plan. They start playing games to keep you around. They are dishonest. I have finally canceled my card and they got sued for robocalling, now 2 years later, theyre still calling my cellphone 3 times a day to try and get me to come back. I have sent them a legal notice that I will file suit if the calls continue to pour in. I am collecting all calls and recording them to a log for lawyer and judge. They are a harassing company that just wants to take your money. Oh, and theyre business address is fake and the guy that owns the business is a conman. ***.
