Horizon Services On 24 Nov 2020, just over 5 months ago, Horizon Services installed an insufficient furnace in my home

On 24 Nov 2020, just over 5 months ago, Horizon Services installed an insufficient furnace in my home. By load calculation my house calls for 90,000 BTU's of heat and Horizon put in a 70,000 BTU furnace. This action will cause my A.C unit that I'm not having to get replaced to not run at full capacity as my house requires atleast a 3 ton blower motor. To rectify this issue Horizon needs to remove the furnace they installed approximately 5 months ago and replace it with a Lennox 90,000 BTU furnace, model # ML180090P36B. When this happens I will be satisfied.

Horizon Services I have a contract with Horizon to get new AC

I have a contract with Horizon to get new AC. I signed the contract 9/8. I was told , I will have the system within a week. The house was for sale. I took it out of the market because of the bad AC. The sales person let me sign a weaver to cancel the order. The sales person keep telling me that he does not have the machine even other companies have it. I am being hold HOSTAGE to that person. I asked him to release me but he does not, and also does not want to give me the machine. The home address; ***, Newark, DE 19702. I need either to give me the AC or release me that I can get from another Vender. I can not sell the house with no AC and I can not wait for ever.

Horizon Services on 6/5 Horizon services replaced a water heater

on 6/5 Horizon services replaced a water heater. the wh was under warranty from ***. *** was unable to provide a replacement but could reimburse us if we submitted an invoice for the replacement that showed the price of the wh not including installation. the installer said he could only print an invoice with the wh and installation bundled but would pass request to his manager. Manager never responded. HZ customer service continues to quote policy that they do not invoice with wh price shown seperate from installation. Numerous attempts to contact senior management havent worked, they do not let me get through and will not even give me address where I can address my mail. their lack of cooperation is preventing me from being reimbursed by *** for $900. I need help in reaching the right people, think this is a reasonable request with no harm to HZ.

Horizon Services I purchased a tuneup for my heating unit

I purchased a tuneup for my heating unit. The technician came on 12/8 and told me he was done . He recommended service upgrade on amps and sanitizer on outside box. Did not mention any thing about the motor. Within days loud sounds began coming out of the unit. The auxiliary heat came on for long periods of time. I called the company. I was upset. The girl on the phone hangs up on me. I called her back. Of course she denies hanging up the phone. SHE ABSOLUTELY HUNG UP. The tech came in and immediately says the engine is gone. Claims the tech made an invoice for $1300 for new motor. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A LIE. I have all the invoices recommended for that day. This company also tried to charge me $2500+ for a water heater that cost $500. I did not let them install that. The company is a shady business and should answer for their tactics. Horizon Services I am coming to the ComplaintsBoard.com after months of trying to resolve my issue with the company

I am coming to the ComplaintsBoard.com after months of trying to resolve my issue with the company. The company sold and installed a home HVAC unit in my house on 5/14. When that unit was sold, we were promised 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, a 'No-Lemon' Guarantee, a guarantee that our system would always remain within 1 degree of the set temperature, and a one-day install. Unfortunately, there have been significant issues with the system, which has resulted in 6 different technicians coming to our house to try to resolve the issue over the last four months. The system still has difficulty maintaining the set thermostat temperature. Aside from this ongoing issue, the install took 2 days as opposed to the 1 day promised, the system ended up leaking and damaging the ceiling (requiring the company to repair it- which they did), and we were provided multiple reassurances that they would "make it right." There are not enough characters left to explain further, but we are looking for a full refund.

Horizon Services I replaced my water heater through Horizon Services

I replaced my water heater through Horizon Services. The tech who was onsite said that I will get the receipt with the warranty information via email. Nothing came through...the following day, I called their office and they sent me a receipt with only 6 years warranty ! I called them back and explained that I purchased the A package with 10 years warranty and a LeakStop device. The agent advise me that she will contact the tech who installed it and they sort it out. I Texted the tech myself and told him that I got the 6 years and not the 10 years and warranty. He advised me that he called the office and that he will told them that I got Package A ...Still nothing came through and I called them 2 days later or so to follow up and they re-sent me the same receipt as before (with 6 years W). The tech was nice enough to follow up if I got the issue fixed and he advised me to call the office and ask for plumbing manager Eric Perrot. I called the the office for the 4th time and they told me that he is not available but they sent him an email and he will call me back. it has been a week and no one called me yet and I still do not have the corrected receipt with the warranty info to reflect A package I paid for. Horizon Services Water tank installed May & leaking gas

Water tank installed May & leaking gas. Furnace installed Nov 2020 not completed & has gas leak. Charged more than contract amount. No call back. Hot water tank was installed in May and I've been smelling gas. Had *** check for gas leaks and found one at furnace. Called Horizon to repair furnace and tech said it couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. I scheduled install and was told I needed a chimney liner and furnace wouldn't be installed without it. On November 3 I texted my sales person and he confirmed that furnace and chimney liner would be installed. Furnace installers were late and said they didn't know about the job. I received a call from chimney company saying they weren't informed of the job and it was getting dark and couldn't make it. I texted the Horizon sales person and all he said was sorry they didn't make it when asked for assistance. I called Horizon and explained the situation and was given the number to schedule the work myself instead of Horizon following up. I called and scheduled the install with the chimney company for November 16 th between 9am-1 pm. I called at 12pm to confirm appointment and was told they were definitely coming just had a few hard jobs in front on mine, although I was supposed to be first due to the past issue. Chimney company came at 4 pm knowing it gets dark at 5 and said they need a 40 foot ladder and Horizon didn't tell them they needed it. I kept smelling hints of gas and called *** today to check for leaks and found one at hot water heater and second at furnace. *** has turned off the gas to my entire house. Today I have no heat, no hot water, no cooking gas, incomplete furnace install and was charged more for the furnace than the contracted amount. I've called and asked to speak to a manager twice and no returned calls. Please excuse any typos as I'm completing this on my cell phone.
